I have said it was all a scam from the beginning. Now they teach it in schools. They are heading to Copenhagen to sign a treaty about it, which is a major step towards a Global Government.

And it is all a fraud. Junk science, bunk science, no science. All politically motivated. All aimed at controlling our lives, and redistributing the wealth of America.

The Emails that have been leaked out are damning. Fraud and lies. Collusion to keep real science from being published. Then ridicule those for not being published. A scam on the world, pulled off by a handful of self serving politicians and a Progressive academia community.

Is it making big news? NO – because the mainstream media signed off on this long ago. The White House still plans on signing the Copenhagen deal. Congress is calling for an investigation. This would put Cap and Trade to bed. But so much money has been invested into this scam, and they have spent years putting it into effect.

The truth is now out there, and is simply being ignored, again for purely political reasons. They can't admit the lie, if they do, what else have they lied about?

What would happen to the Green Industry that government has forced upon us? What would happen to General Electric, which is set to make billion s form the scam? Or Al Gore, the leader of the scam, who is set to make hundreds of millions?

Or the Progressive Left, who based their Presidential campaign on ending the wars, and stopping Global Warming?

Nope, too mush is ridding on this scam being pulled off, no matter what the evidence or the science says.

Once more, what everyone told me was simply my own conspiracy theory, turned out to be fact. After all, they said, all the scientists have said it is true. I think this is criminal, and they should all be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for the damage they have done to not only the US economy, but the world economy as well.

As California drives full speed ahead over the financial abyss, there seems to be no one holding the steering wheel, just a foot on the gas peddle. Four months into their fun and games, called the new budget, they are already facing a 6.9 Billion dollar deficit. And that is just going to get uglier.

The Unions are hard at work, trying to keep the legislature from cutting any funds from their interests. Feels like we are living in a giant version of GM. The Unions run the place into the ground, and in the end, they own everything, and the state becomes a ward of the Federal Government.

Last week it leaked out that the State Financial Officer had been looking into the Constitutionality of the state filing bankruptcy, or my favorite, dissolving the state and state government entirely, and becoming a federal territory. I guess they could make Guam or Puerto Rico a state, to save money on changing the stars on the flags.

While that probably won;t happen, just that fact that they were looking into it speaks volumes as to how messed up the states finances are.

Their answer will of course be, more taxes. They already snuck in a 10% income tax hike. They say it is temporary. No one believes them. They say it is just a loan. No one with a brain believes that. They say the tax payer will get it back April 15th when they file their tax returns. My dog doesn't even believe that.

This from the state that handed out IOU's to the tax payers this year, and didn't actually give out the refunds until after the Federal Stimulus money funneled in. And where else did that money go?

Mostly Union pension funds.

As goes California, so goes the country. We have all heard that. And unfortunately it is true. California can be used as the indicator on where every other state will soon find itself. 9 of them on right on her heals. Not counting New York, where they expect to be bankrupt by the end of December.

Old California has led the country in social welfare programs,and entitlements. It has also lead the way in government regulations and taxes. They have regulated many business's right out of the state, and all the new tax ideas will send even more out. That will ccreate even more unemployment, and even less tax revenue for the state. Which will send the budget into an even deeper hole.

It is hard to tell if they understand this in Sacramento, or if they just expect the Fed's to bail them out again with another Stimulus, The only thing for certain is they have no intention of cutting any spending. In fact, they have actually voted to increase spending since they “fixed” the budget 4 months ago.

Keep doing the same thing, and expect different results. That is the definition of insanity.

The government can come in and inspect your home an cause you all sorts of distress for absolutely no other reason except they can. I don't know if you have ever dealt with our own DCS, but they are a nightmare.

It is bad enough that an anonymous complaint against you will put them on your case for a good six months, making your like a living hell. It doesn't even matter if their initial investigation proves the allegations were bogus. They keep showing up to reinspect and re-interview. Threaten from time to time. And in general, make you miserable. Imagine if the government didn't even need a complaint? That it was their job to harass everyone who has children, and that simply the fact that you have kids gave them the right to intervene into your life. I actually think there is a provision for that in the Pelosi Health care bill.

And before you say that can't happen here, well, it is happening in England.

Private gun ownership was banned in England a few years back. They did it under the guise of public safety. Since the ban, gun related crimes have gone up over 300%. People who held onto their guns and shot intruders, have gone to jail for gun possession, and are looking at life sentences. Now it appears that the simple act of turning in a gun found will get you five years in prison.

This is the law the Dem's want here, it already is the law in England.

I know I am a nit picker. It seems like it was way, way back there to the beginning of last weekend when DHS declare our border secure, and that it was time for the Amnesty Program to get passed in congress. I know, we were all excited by this news, and were hoping to make all the illegals that are here US citizens so they can come out of the shadows. Then today, a full couple of days after the DHS announcement, I saw this:

And apparently Mr O dropped something when he was meeting the Emperor of Japan. Certainly he wasn't bowing and showing a monarch they we the United States is subservient. After all, that is what bowing to a Monarch means. So I am sure the official word will be he dropped something, just like when he didn't bow to the King of Saudi Arabia. It really doesn't matter what we think. It is what the world thinks that matters here. And to start any negotiations with a deep bow that symbolizes subservience is not a good way to play your hand.

Did you know that Mr O is the first President in the history of the USA to bow before any leader? That was a conscience decision by our founders. Not bowing has been a symbol that we are a free nation, and owe no allegiance to any Monarch. I guess that was another of the Founders ideas the new team has tossed out the window. It might also be why he doesn't seem to get anything besides a lecture overseas. But that is just my take on it.

And in this insane upsie down world John Stewart from Comedy Central is now a legitimate news organization. That is right, at least according to Anita Dunn and the White house.

John Stewart is a funny guy, and I like his show, but really – are we so far down the looking glass that comedy shows are where the White House wants us to get our news?

Two of my favorite congressmen, Barney Frank and Chris Dodd, want to reform the banking regulations. Talk about letting the foxes watch the chicken coops. Those two are directly responsible for a mafor part of the banking collapse. Now they are just trying to cover their tracks so they can get re-elected. And while all evidence points at them, their little stubby fingers have been pointing at everyone else.

It is just me, or has anyone else noticed that when Mr O leaves the country, Eric Holder immediately announces something crazy? Last time he announced he was going after the folks that worked for Bush, this time that the terrorists will be tried in NYC. Both times leaving Mr O in the clear as he is out of the country. You don't think he does that on purpose do you? Naw, I'm just being a conspiracy nut there.

Housing Market Rebound?

Since at least as far back as June, every week those dunderheads on TV have been telling us the housing market has hit rock bottom, and things are turning around. Then the other dunderheads use that to explain to us how this means that we are in a full economic recovery. As you may have noticed, I have been a tad bit doubtful.

Fanny, Freddie, and the FHA are all going bankrupt, and will need further tax payer money to keep this Ponzi scheme rolling. The homes saved under the new modification plan look to nearly all be back in foreclosure, yet the banks aren't taking possession, because they do not want to further flood the market. They are trying to artificially keep housing prices inflated.

I guess that would be because of the shadow housing inventory they already have, and are not listing as of yet, to try to keep home prices inflated.

Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac collectively, have lost 20 Billion Dollars this year since they bailouts. That is 20 Billion Tax Dollars down the drain, and are now set to get more.

GMAC got 6 Billion last year from us, and are now back and slated to receive another 7.5 Billion of our money. General Motors has become a permanganate ward of the state.

CIT received 2,5 Billion from us, but they were allowed to go bankrupt two weeks ago.

Goldman Sach's, JP Morgan, and Morgan Stanley are paying out 30 Billion in bonus's. All received government money, and all have been given sweetheart deals from the government in taking over failing companies. The government removes the debt, and sells the assets to them for pennies on the dollar.

California is bankrupt. New York is bankrupt.

Nov. 7 (Bloomberg) -- UCBH Holdings Inc.’s United Commercial Bank, a San Francisco-based lender with $11.2 billion in assets, was seized by regulators, becoming the 120th U.S. bank to fail this year.

United Commercial was bought by East West Bancorp of Pasadena, California, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. said. United Commercial was the fifth U.S. lender to be seized by regulators yesterday as banks fail at the fastest rate since 1992.
Banks are buckling under the weight of souring real estate loans caused by the worst recession in more than 25 years. The Labor Department said the unemployment rate rose to 10.2 percent in October, a 26-year high. Banks shut yesterday had total assets of $11.6 billion and deposits of $7.9 billion.

As I suspected, the domino effect has started. Too bad I haven't seen this on the mainstream news. I think they are purposely ignoring it. It goes against all the happy talk feel good stories about the jobless recovery I hear about everyday. You can't inspire consumer confidence when everything is falling apart. But if you don't tell them, you might suck the last of their money away.

With unemployment still rising, the commercial market is going to implode just as the housing market did, and I suspect it will cause an equal amount of damage to our frail economy.

Gold is still rising, the Dollar is still falling.

And Obamacare passed a late night vote in the House, where I have read an additional 800 pages of amendments were added prior to the vote, although no one seems to know what was in there. I suspect the secrecy implies that not much good will come from this bill. Hopefully the Senate will have the good sense to stop it, but I have my doubts.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — California wage earners will soon notice a little less money in their paychecks.

Starting Monday, employers in the cash-strapped state are required to withhold 10 percent more in state income taxes to help ease the budget problems.
It's part of a plan to artificially inflate state revenue by $1.7 billion through next June.

Brenda Voet, a spokeswoman for the state Franchise Tax Board, says it's technically not a tax increase since workers will get their money back after April 15.
A single wage earner making $51,000 a year with no dependents will get about $4 less a week.

I think that number is way off. $51,000 divided by 52 weeks is $980 a week gross. The 2.5% income tax already in place plus the new 10% non-tax brings us to 12.5%. 12.5% of $980 is $122.50. A little more than the $4 they came up with using government math.

But hey, you get it back after April 15. This is the same state that sent out IOU's this year for tax returns. And I have never heard of a temporary tax that didn't become permanent.

The good news is all the other states who are in trouble will most likely adopt this same plan.

The Coming Collapse Part 4

Eight dollars-per-gallon gas? The idea certainly sounds absurd. However, the idea of the government pouring over $100B USD into the auto industry and partially nationalizing GM and Chrysler might have sounded ridiculous a decade ago too.

Mike Jackson, chief executive of AutoNation Inc., offered similar sentiments, complaining, "The U.S. allows the price of gasoline to go back and forth across this line where the consumers don't care about fuel efficiency and where consumers do care about fuel efficiency."

He suggests a near term fix of taxing gas to around $4 or $5 a gallon to help vehicles like GM's 2011 Chevy Volt EV grab marketshare. Jerry York, a former GM board member and an adviser to billionaire investor Kirk Kerkorian, concurred. He states, "Unless gas is $3.50 or $4 a gallon, consumers are not going to want to buy those cars."

It is no big secret that the Cash for Clinkers program was aimed at getting GM's sales up and running. Much to the dismay of the White House, GM was the only company that didn't see a jump in sales under the program.

It's the peoples way of saying we don't like the government running things, and dictating what they make and we can buy.

As much as publiclly they say the are staying out of the daily operations, behind the scenes the government is calling all the shots over at GM. Including their line of hybrid's that no one wants to buy. Pelosimabiles as I like to call them.

So what does a government that runs a company do when no one wants what they make? Tax the competition out of business. And if it further destroys the economy, so what. Lest we forget, the initial wave of this economic disaster was when gas prices skyrocketed. That alone sent hundreds of thousands into the unemployment lines.

The DIIRT folks say it is environmental justice. But I think the truth is to drive Ford out of business. Because Government Motors can't compete with them in a free market. Ford was the big winner in Cash for Clunkers. They make good products, and folks like the fact they didn't take any taxpayer money. And I have said since day one that the government will find a way to tax and regulate Ford out of business.

$8 a gallon, depending on your tank size – that is $80 to $160 bucks to fill up. When the President said a couple weeks back that the middle class will have to get used to doing with less, he wasn't kidding. This is in the works

The Coming Collapse Part 3

There is so much smoke being blown up our rear ends right now it is hard to know where to start. Today I thought we would take a look at how the government and business are distorting some numbers to make it look like we are all living in lollypop land.

This is from the Wall Street Journal this morning:

Jobless Claims Decline in Latest Week

The number of U.S. workers filing new claims for jobless benefits declined more than economists expected last week, the U.S. Labor Department said in its weekly report Thursday.
Total claims lasting more than one week, meanwhile, also decreased.
Separately, U.S. productivity grew during the third quarter by the most in six years as the economy recovered from severe recession and employers kept firing workers to save money.
Initial claims for jobless benefits decreased by 20,000 to 512,000 in the week ended Oct. 31. That is the lowest level since Jan. 3. The previous week's level was revised to 532,000.

Now lets look at what this really says. The first paragraph means nothing, it is all feel good. The second line makes no sense – claims lasting more than one week also decreased – that would mean everyone is finding new jobs within one week of filing a claim, and that clearly isn't the case,

The next paragraph contradicts all logic. Productivity grew while employers continue to fire workers to save money. How does productivity grow when you are eliminating your work force?

And the last line has the most BS in it. Claims dropped by 20,000, revising the level to 532,000. That number will be revised back up again in a few days, although it won't make any headlines. And that is because they always drop 250,000 off the top because of the government birth / death business index. This is where the government arbitrarily makes decides that 250,000 new jobs are created every month. This has absolutely no basis in reality, yet it is how they manipulate their statistics.

Another thing that baffles me is how 500,000 new claims are filed every week, yet at the end on the month their new jobless totals are only 500,000 higher than the month before. Somewhere 1,5 million people disappear under the government accounting system each month.

My point is you cannot believe the government numbers, they are playing with them to try to hide how mess up everything really is. True unemployment is over 20% nationally right now, and has been for a few months.

There has been a lot of hoopla about companies beating expectations and things are turning around. They tout an increase of sales over year to year. Ford just did this. And I like Ford. But there is more to this than meets the eye.

First, most of these companies that have just turned around and are in happy days, have laid off large parts of their workforce, closed offices and plants, and reduced production. All of these things cut down overhead.

Next you get into the accounting. Assets are not being depreciated on the books, debt is not being counted as liabilities, things are being moved around to make the books look good. This is pretty much what ENRON did before their demise. All the banks that received TARP money have also done this. They still have all those toxic assets, they just moved them to a set of books that are no longer used in the profit / loss reports. This has disaster written all over it. Yet it is being sanctioned by our government. So it is easy to show year over year profits when you've cut your overhead and move your debt off the balance sheets. It is like you decided not to account for your house payment in your monthly budget, suddenly on paper you have a lot more money to spend. But in reality, nothing has changed in your budget.

This week India saw the writing on the wall, and dumped their US dollars and bought gold, driving the gold price to a new all time high. We already talked about the monkey business in the gold markets. But one thing this move did was drive the dollar down even further. Which is not good news for us.

So what have we learned so far?
The gold markets seem to be rampant with fraud, une is much higher than we are being told, companies are fiddling with their books to look happy, and the commercial real estate market is quietly imploding around us.

California is so messed up they did something that is probably Unconstitutional this week. After being told over and over again by the voters that they do not want any more taxes, and we want them to get their spending and budget under control, the state took a more inventive route.

They have added a temporary 10% income tax on all it's residents. No tax is ever temporary. The gas tax was temporary back on the 1950's, and it has only grown since then.

The State figures this tax will get them out of the whole they dug. But as we have seen, there is never enough money for government. Several months ago they did all their little accounting tricks to try to balance the state budget. It only took 10 weeks for that to implode on them, and three weeks for them to come up with this new emergency plan.

Unemployment in the sunshine State is up there at the top of the charts. Over taxation to fund feel good polices have driven out many a business, causing the high unemployment rate, which in turn created a tax revenue crises for the state. Their solution, stick it to folks that still have a job, and do it right before the holidays. I don;t think you have to be a rocket scientist to understand how this will hurt the already faltered economy.

Holiday sales are already expected to be dismal. Take away 10 % gross of an entire states income, and expect sales to be ever more dismal. This is going to affect the sales tax revenue they have already projected they will have, and factored into the sate budget. And that my friends, will lead to another revenue crises in just a few short months.

Dismal sales will lead to even more companies that are just barely clinging to life to die by the beginning of next year. This will increase the unemployment rate. In turn, will put more homes into foreclosure, and more commercial real estate up for auction. Which leads back to less tax revenue for the state. Cause and effect, something our government seems to have forgotten about.

The really spooke thing is, what happens in California, works it's way across the country. I would expect to see other states take this insane and desperate move, and quite possibly the Federal Government to do it as well soon.

Frankly, the only reason we don't have the soup line and people selling apples in the streets right now like we did in the 1930's, is because of the programs FDR put into place. Namely Social Security, unemployment benefits, food stamps, and the welfare system.

Meanwhile two of the largest Federal Government spending programs are going full steam ahead, Cap and Trade, and the Health Care debacle. The Federal Government is now at 100 TRILLION Dollars in debt. They use the same accounting tricks that the banks are now using. It is not a pretty picture.

The only reason our Dollar is worth anything right now, is pure faith. Faith that the rest of the world is quickly losing. India proved that this week. China has been dumping Dollars since the beginning of the year. All I can say is try to be prepared, because like every house of cards, it will all be tumbling down soon.

So the gold market is being manipulated and is in trouble. But that isn't all that is going on.

CIT filed for bankruptcy Sunday night. And this is being downplayed by both the media and the government.

It was one year ago when Lehman went down in flames and the housing market crashed. Earlier this year CIT was deemed “to big to fail” and was given over 2 Billion TARP funds. Why should we care about CIT?

CIT is the nations largest loan holder for the SBA, and the largest loan holder for commercial real estate. And the government has decided they are not too big to fail after all.

Commercial real estate has been the big secret that no one has wanted to talk about. It is in the same bubble that housing was in before it's demise. The fact that CIT is bankrupt should be proof positive that the economy is not all sunshine.

Small business are not able to repay loans, and commercial properties are sitting empty and those loans are being defaulted. I think we should consider CIT to be the Lehman of commercial real estate. This will be the first domino to fall, but it will not be the only one.

One of the first victims of this new development will be an increase in bank failures. We are already sitting at 115 seized banks so far this year. I would expect that number to increase dramatically over the next month.

And it is also going to be dealing a blow to all small business that have been staying alive through loans and financing. What few life lines that have been out there are about to be severed.

The Comming Collapse - Part 1

This may get a little long, but I have a lot of information to go through as I take you my trip into why we are most likely on the verge of a complete financial collapse. And this has nothing to do with politics, as this has been in the making for a very long time. Our first stop will be a quick look at the oddities in the world Gold market.

There have long been rumors of the gold markets being manipulated. Even our own supply is in question, as the Fort Knox gold reserves have not been audited since the 1950's. Another issue is that government actively deflate the price of gold for their own purposes. Here is an excellent article about the shenanigans governments and central banks do with gold to keep their currencies afloat.

In late March, 2009, the gold price had been steadily rising. A number of big gold dealers on the COMEX had large short positions. To make matters worse, during the past few months, more and more people had actually been taking delivery of gold contracts purchased through the COMEX. When a buyer takes delivery, the seller must deliver. If the gold price has risen since the seller went short, then the short seller will suffer a loss. At the end of March, it appears that Deutsche Bank was short a significant quantity of gold which had to be delivered by March 31.
Interestingly, on March 31, the European Central Bank (ECB) announced that it had sold 35.5 tonnes, or about 1,141,351 ounces of gold. On that same day, the Deutsche Bank miraculously delivered a total of 850,000 ounces of gold to COMEX gold buyers. This amounted to 8,500 contracts' worth of gold. The ECB did not reveal the buyer of its gold, nor did the Deutsche Bank reveal where it had gotten enough gold to make its gold delivery. However, it is certainly an interesting "coincidence" that the Deutsche Bank was able to find a way to deliver about 26 tonnes of gold on the same day that the ECB announced that it had sold a huge amount of gold. It is also interesting that the gold price has dropped since the ECB sale.

There is also a motive for gold price suppression from the world's so-called "bullion banks", being large global investment banks carrying a surplus of bullion (Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank for example). By using gold they can access a huge source of capital for spectacular gain, provided the gold price does not rise.

Gold swaps is something I think that needs closer inspection, but right now lets look at this;

Gold derivatives include various complex instruments, but the simplest derivative is the gold futures contract. The turnover of gold futures each day equates to several multiples of the amount of traded gold. Gold futures can be cash settled, so while massive futures selling may imply the sale of a large amount of gold, expired contracts need not require delivery of actual gold.
I think the important thing here is this: expired contracts need not require delivery of actual gold.

The theory goes that the world's bullion banks are "in" on gold price manipulation schemes. JP Morgan is banker to the ESF. Bullion banks were on the wrong side of LTCM's short position default in 1998. If bullion banks "sell" gold via futures contracts, thus suppressing the price, any losses incurred at expiry through a gold price rise can be offset by freshly printed dollars provided by the banks' ultimate guarantor - the Fed.

The point I am trying to make here is that the gold markets are being manipulated. And the same ounce of gold is being sold over and over again to unlimited numbers of people and governments. Now hoe could this happen you might ask me? Easy, gold certificates.

When you buy gold, usually you don't actually receive the gold to hold in your hand and watch it sparkle with awe. You receive a gold certificate that says you own some gold in a vault somewhere. Surprisingly, very few people actually take delivery on their purchase. In a perfect world this would not be a big deal.

But in a perfect world, the main players is n this scam would not be Goldman Sach's, and JP Morgon either. Two of the dirtiest hands in last years financial meltdown, of which they both surprising not only survived, but profited greatly at the demise of the country.

Now what happened when suddenly everyone that bought that ounce of gold actually wants it to put in their hand? A major problem for these banks. If you read the first article, they sold gold they didn't have, and had to cut some deals to come up with it.

They had the same problem at the London Comex this year, when the greedy little people wanted to actually take delivery of the gold they had purchased.

On Tuesday morning, gold derivatives dealers, who had sold short in the face of a fast rising gold price, faced a serious predicament. Some 27,000 + contracts, representing about 15% of the April COMEX gold futures contracts remained open. Technically, short sellers are required to give “notice” of delivery to long buyers. However, in reality, buyers are the ones who control the amount of gold to be delivered. They “demand” delivery of physical gold by holding futures contracts past the expiration date. This time, long buyers were demanding in droves.

You would think this was illegal, and it is. But they seem to own the overseers.

So what does all this mean? Well, what would happen if everyone who thought they owed gold suddenly discovered that all they own is a worthless piece of fancy looking paper? 500 folks they never heard of own the same chunk of gold as they do. What would that do to what is left of personal wealth? How many banks would go down the drain in a mess like that? How many governments would discover they don't have the gold reserves they thought they had.

What would happen to the global economy? Complete and total disaster. If this was the only thing going on it would be horrible enough on it's own.
Wall Street would collapse again, that is for sure. So would all the non central banks. Lucky for us that JP and Goldman have worked their way into the government and the Federal Reserve, so they will survive. Well, probably not only survive, but once again profit at the expense of everyone else.

As gold goes up, the dollar goes down. And against all logic, gold has been holding around the $100 mark. It really should be around the $2,000 mark right now. But it isn't. Because it's being kept down artificially to keep everyone's currencies on life support.

I believe there is ample evidence that the gold market is shaky at best right now. Soon the dirty little secret will come out from the dark. That out of all the gold certificates and derivatives people around the world own, that is all they own, and the banks have been selling worthless paper over and over again, without the gold reserves to back it.

Something a friend of mine said made me wonder about something. Why has the White House been putting off it's decisions about troop reinforcements being sent to Afghanistan? I don't know if I have the answer, but I do have a good conspiracy theory!

I've been trying to find what the federal quarantine regulations are that Obama has quietly brought back to life. All I have found so far really is they call for provisional quarantine's lasting from 3 to 6 days. That was the old Bush plan, so I am not sure what is in the new deal. I'm sure it is tucked away somewhere on a government web site, buried in a ton of hard to read government speak.

I do know that over a month ago the DOD and DHS had gotten together to work out their pandemic contingency plans. Yesterday I showed you the CDC web site where they changed the way they count the flu numbers, and are in fact inflating the numbers by counting nearly every case of the sniffles as H1N1.

Last week the President declared a State of National Emergency due to H1n1, using the fraudulent and inflated numbers supplied by the CDC as the reason.

Now we have the apparent vaccine shortage that the government didn't see coming. Of the horrors of it all.

Right now your asking yourself, what does this have to do with troop deployment overseas?

Simple. You can't declare a national quarantine without first declaring a National State of Emergency. And you can't enforce a national quarantine unless you have troops at the ready and at your disposal.

We've been told for years that our troops are already stretched thin as it is. And in the event of a national emergency, it would take months to recall enough troops to enforce a national quarantine, or to put down any civil unrest.

And if there is something nefarious in the works, you would want to delay sending your troops off for as long as possible, for any reason you could come up with.

Putting off the decision until after some more bogus elections is a very week reason for delaying a decision, when we already have folks there and they are getting killed. Now that the election seems to no longer be taking place, it will be interesting to see what the President decides now.

The White House has already leaked that they at best will only send half of what the Generals on the ground have asked for. But they clearly did not want to make the final and official decision until at least two weeks from now. Going forward, I think we should keep mid November in mind, just to see what if anything happens.

Personally, I am of the mind that he is holding the troops back for a national quarantine that has already been planned.

That would explain the fraudulent CDC numbers reported, and the declared State of Emergency.

I am still of a mind that the economy is about to collapse. And I will get into that next time. But as I have been suspecting since last June, I still think the government will use the H1N1 as cover for when it collapses. And the military will already by in place to impose martial law and keep civil unrest at a minimum.

What does the CDC say?

Every now and then I like to check out the CDC web page to see what is new in the world of the H1N1 Pandemic. Since President Obama declared a State of National Emergency last Friday night after all the news media went home for the weekend, I thought I would check again to see how bad things really are.

As you might know, from the beginning I have had serious doubts about this being as bad as the media has made it our to be. And I have wondered where all these huge numbers of sick and dying were coming from, since they stopped actually testing for the H1N1 virus months ago. And the CDC page has the answers.

The CDC has changed the way influenza is being reported, just for the swine flu.

These will be reports of all influenza and pneumonia-related hospitalizations and deaths, not just those due to 2009 H1N1.

Yes, you read that correctly, all influenza and pneumonia-related hospitalizations and deaths, are now counted counted as H1N1. It almost reads like any respiratory illness and or death, is now tallies up as swine flu. Isn't that what I have been speculating all along?

However, the syndromic reports of all hospitalizations and deaths recorded as either influenza or pneumonia will mean that the case counts are less specific than before and will include cases that are not related to influenza infection.

That looks a lot like government talk for we are knowingly inflating the numbers.

Due to CDC’s new case definitions, there will be no definitive way to differentiate between hospitalizations and deaths due to seasonal influenza versus those due to 2009 H1N1 influenza from aggregate reporting. And some deaths that are not due to influenza specifically will be included.

So they are indeed, inflating the numbers of illness and death related to H1N1.

But don't take my word for it, read the CDC site:

So the question is why? Why create a pandemic, and inflate the numbers to support your claim. Why declare a State of National Emergency, when you know the numbers are inflated? Could it be as simple as a grand money making scheme for the drug manufacturers and the world governments?

35,000 people die every year from influenza in the United States alone. This year this number will escalate simply by the changing of the criteria of how, and what, they are counting the flu cases. I am not saying H1N1 is probably very nasty and might kill folks. I am saying there is no real evidence of a pandemic, and the numbers from the government are now backing up my argument.

What I fear is this sham was perpetrated as a means to an end. I think the numbers were inflated specifically so that a State of National Emergency could be declared under the radar. And my real fear is that this is only step one.

I think its time to recap a few of the events of this year. And maybe connect a few dots along the way.

Way way back in time, all the way back in June 2009 ( I know it's hard to remember back that far), I was raising my doubts about the entire H1N1 pandemic.

Now that it is Halloween, I thought I'd take a look back, see what has transpired, ans see where we are now. So back in June...............................................

If you will recall, I was wondering why during the initial Mexican H1N1 outbreak not a single reporter from any news agency went down to investigate. Huge fatality numbers were being reported by the Mexican news sources. Mexico City was supposedly under lock down, yet the airports remained open. In fact the borders remained open. I thought it odd then, as I still do now. It rated a ten on my “it smells funny” meter. If we recall, the official death numbers dropped dramatically from the hundreds to the tens, and suddenly we had the makings of a pandemic.

Think about that, highly inflated fatality numbers, and no reporters looking into what was really happening. The borders remained open, as spelled out in the DHS pandemic contingency plan, which also defies any logic. But according to the official plan, by the time a pandemic is recognized, it is too late to stop, so there is no point in closing the borders and trying to limit the spread. How this makes any sense to a rational thinking person is beyond me.

Remember way back there in June, I said this flu outbreak would be used to declare a National Emergency. Of course everyone I know thought I was becoming a paranoid conspiracy nut.

Well, then last week President Obama quietly declared a State of National Emergency because of the H1N1 pandemic. Who saw that coming?

Lets take a look at this pandemic for a minute. From the media reports, it's everywhere and spreading. But how do they know? There were only two labs in the US in June that could test for the H1N1 strain. Both of which stopped doing any testing for the virus back in July. Logic would dictate that since they are not testing for the virus, they would seem to just be making up numbers. Why would they do that?

Well, you can't declare a State of National Emergency unless you have a pandemic. And you can't have a pandemic without a high number of victims. So the question remains, why the need for a State of Emergency. The reasons for the declaration seem harmless enough. But under the law, regardless of why one is declared, the Federal Governments powers are the same, should they decide to use them.

Under these powers, we the people have no rights to privacy, no right to property, no right to free speech, no right to assembly. The government can arrest and detain without warrant, or charges. Residences can be entered and searched. It suspends the Constitution.

Pretty scary stuff. You also might remember I mentioned that the North American Union formation deadline had been move to January 2010. I know, you think I'm back on the conspiracy wagon. But wait, it's back.

End of the Recession!

Wow, did you hear? The recession is over again! Yes sir. Happy days are here again!

The GDP rose 3.5%. That is huge!

Now for the bad news. That is all Cash for Clunkers and housing tax credits.

In fact, apparently for every $4,000 rebate for the cash for clunkers program, we the people are out $24,000. We could have just given away the cars and had the same effect. But hey, that is a government plan is action. According to the government the program was a huge success. I guess only spending $24,000 for a $4,000 rebate is a success when it comes to the government.

Stripping out auto output, the economy would have expanded at only a 1.9 percent rate in the third quarter
Well, that's not so huge, but still good news. Of course, when you take out the government job expansion, and the housing tax credits, we are back in negative GDP growth.

But here is what really chapped my hide this morning. That stimulus was supposed to jump start the economy, and create or save what was it – 4 Million, no, 3 million jobs?

More fraud and fibbing here as well. The millions are more like thousands, and apparently the thousands were overstated and triple counted and just plain fabricated.

So – the GDP isn't really growing, and the stimulus hasn't really created any jobs to speak of. But, we can now trust the government to take over the health care industry.

I read somewhere the other day, that the reason there is now some 80 Billion dollars in medicare fraud every year, is because they (the government) don't have the money to hire the manpower to look into the fraud.

I would think they would pay for themselves the first week. But then, I am not in the government. So I guess I don't understand how wasting 80 Billion is OK. Of course if they solved the fraud problem now, they would not be able to use it as a selling point for the new health care takeover.

Maybe I do understand how the government works.

Yes, today they announced the recession is over. This is the 44th week in a row this has been announced. Yet I see no changes except more unemployment, and more companies folding. Caterpillar is laying off another 2,500 folks. Many GM factories are gearing up for the November shutdowns.

What Emergency?

So what does a National State of Emergency mean? Possibly nothing. Maybe it is simply what it is being made out to be. A way for the government to cut through the red tape they themselves created.

But nothing is as it seems with our government these days. And a state of Emergency carries many unsettling possibilities.

The first clue that something isn't right was the original outbreak. When all the news was hundreds dying in Mexico from this new strain of H1N1. However despite the fact that the airports and borders with Mexico remained open, not one single news reporter from the US went there to get a first hand account of what was going on. Instead our news agencies relied on what now seems to have been faulty government reports. Once the “crises” was over, the death count dropped form the hundreds to the tens.

From that point on, the CDC and the WHO began what appears to be a simple scare campaign. There are only 3 centers in the US that accept samples to test for H1N1. Both centers stopped taking samples well over 2 months ago. It seems that everyone who went to the doctors with a sniffle from that point on, became a H1N1 statistic.

Over the last few months, the numbers have sky-rocketed for victims of the flu. How they know this without testing leaves me baffled.

The CDC last week said the flu has actually run it's course and is decreasing in strength. This on top of the vaccine now seeming to be in short supply. Health care workers in NY who vowed to boycott the mandatory vaccine, and the growing feeling that this was all a creation of the media and the government, and some special interest groups.

Then late Friday night, after all the news reporters went home for the weekend, President Obama signed a Presidential Proclamation declaring a National State Of Emergency because of H1N1.

Something here just doesn't smell right.

Under a State of Emergency, the Federal Government has supreme power. The people has no rights. Martial law can be imposed, cities can be quarantined. Warrant-less arrests can be made. Property can be seized. People can detained indefinitely without charges or due process. It is a bleak possibility.

The White House and the media are downplaying this aspect of the declaration. But the timing of this seems most peculiar considering the government itself is telling us the worst is over. One thing that does seem clear is this administration seems to have ulterior motives for much of what it does.

One thing is clear, they have set the stage that would enable a complete power grab, if they so desire. And here is the issue. What is the motivation for this move?

If George W had done this, it would not only be front page news. But every Democrat in the country would be screaming about this abuse of power. Oddly, once again, no one is saying anything.

The White House said the US Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) had issued a call for proposals for the fund, which will provide financing of between 25 and 150 million dollars for selected projects and funds.

With all the bad news in our economy, and unemployment rising, we are going to send our tax dollars over to the Muslim world to enhance their economies?

Eligible projects would advance economic opportunity and create jobs in areas like technology, education, telecoms, media, business services and clean technology, the White House said.

What ever happened to enhancing our economy?

Things are still quite a mess here, in case the White House hasn't noticed. And we are already in a big hole as far as owing money goes, yet we are going to send more imaginary money that we will have to pay back to the same countries that sponser the folks that want us dead, and already make billions in oil profits from us.

In his speech to the Muslim world in Cairo last June, Obama argued that "education and innovation will be the currency of the 21st century" and that under-investment was rife in many Muslim nations.

Hugo Chavez controls the press. So does Fidel Castro, and a slew of other third world dictators.

And apparently, President O would like to as well.

The White House already started a war with the free press a week ago. It's been on the Limbaugh warpath for quite a while now. FOX news is now enemy number one, and Matt Drudge is now responsible for the dollar dropping.

Yesterday the press pool at the White House was called to come interview the Pay Czar about his new unconstitutional edit about corporate pay. Well, they were told they could not let FOX News come to play too.

Banning a news organization that belongs to the White House Press Pool. I don't think anyone has ever tried that before.

In a breath of fresh air and a reminder to the White House that we still, so far anyway, live in a free country, declared that either FOX was allowed in, or no one would cover their little press vent. I am sure Axlerod and Emanuel have already sent out their detention slips to the executives of the offending Networks.

The White House backed down, and the story got out. Today I was surprised, and delighted to find that even the Washington Times has seen this chink in the aluminum armor.

I wonder if it was the video of Anita Dunn bragging on how Team O has been controlling the media that woke them up to the fact that they have forgone their prime directive and simply become the Team O cheer-leading squad?

Maybe there is still hope that we won't march down that path of complete government control. If the press actually starts doing its job, maybe that will be what breaks the goosestep march to a socialist utopia that the Progressives have in mind for us.

Speaking of, I think since Mr O had been President now for about 10 months, it is time he stopped the constant campaigning and starts making some decisions. But that is just me.

The Labor Department said Thursday that new jobless claims rose to a seasonally adjusted 531,000 last week, from an upwardly revised 520,000 the previous week.

So add in another 250,000 to readjust for government seasonal adjustments. That puts it at 556,000 newly unemployed.

Now that sure sound sbad, but still they are have a nice spin to put on it:

The report is "slightly disappointing," Ian Shepherdson, chief U.S. economist at High Frequency Economics, wrote in a note to clients, "but it does not change the core story, which is that ... a clear downward trend in claims has emerged" over the past two months.

I guess it is slightly disappointing if you happen to be one of the folks that just lost your job. I am also sure that the official numbers released at the beginning of next month will gloss this over and make it sound nice.

Just this week Team O started their new message campaign. Unemployment is going to be at 10% or more for a very long time. This will be the new standard, and we will just have to get used to it.

Why will we have to just get used to it? Because all their new programs are going to make it worse. They know it, but do not care. They spin and spin on how we need these programs. But don't like to mention the point that it will destroy what is left of the middle class. But they are trying to get us used to the fact that we are going to be poor, and stay poor.

The number of people continuing to claim benefits dropped for the fifth straight week to 5.9 million, from just over 6 million the previous week.

While that sounds nice, it isn't. Though the FED's extended benefits, it only applies to 26 states. In all the remaining states, benefits remain the same. Once you are off the rolls, you are no longer counted as unemployed. Six months ago 750,000 people a month were filing for unemployment. I think it is safe to say not all of them live in the 26 states where benefits have been extended.

I moved to a state where benefits have been extended, from a state where they have not. Now in a rock and a hard place. According to the unemployment people, I don't even exist anymore, let alone get counted.

So I have done what many people in my situation have done, who's industry is no longer a viable source of income. I've gone back to collage. It was a joy to find that the costs of going to school have skyrocketed, each used book for each class is at least $100, and classes offered have been cut in half due to budget cuts. So choices of majors where I am have been cut back.

Counselors have no idea what is a viable occupation. The only thing they all agree on is things will remain very bad for at least the next few years.

Yes, the new normal will be high unemployment and a lower standard of living for all. That is the message from the government now. And for once, I believe them.

The pending destruction of the economy

So lets look at the coming disaster that congress is about to force on us in the name of social justice.

Never mind how the Health Care reform is going to affect you. Lets have a look at the other nasty bill hiding in the Senate – Cap and Trade.

I'm not even going to go into the scam of trading carbon credits. Al Gore and GE and Goldman Sach's are set to make billions off of that. None of it will help the environment. It will make the cost of goods and services go up.

But let's just look at the energy aspect. Electricity and gasoline will nearly double instantly under the bill. So if right now you spend $350 in household electricity, and say $80 a week in gas for two cars, you will be instantly paying $600 in electricity an $160 a week in gasoline. So now just keeping your lights on and getting to work will now cost you $1,240. Not counting the price of oil going up.

That will most likely take all of your spending power away from you. It's probably more than you home payment or rent.

Now look at the business aspect. They will have the same cost increase. Which means they will be forced to raise prices to offset it. Which means the price you will pay for everything will nearly double.

Now when your expenses double, and the price of everything doubles, what happens class? Spending drops even more than it already has. Business close, and those that remain open are forced to cut more jobs, Lots of jobs.

Now lets add in the new Health Care taxes. Say good bye to more small business's and more jobs.

Then add on Nancy Pelosi's Value Added Tax, which will add about 25% to the price of every good and service.

What happens to in in all this? If you still have a job, you will be one of the lucky few. State and Federal Tax's will continue to go down, causing more state programs to be cut, and state employes to lose their jobs.

I am not even looking at all the other cost's of the Cap and Trade bill. Just what the energy portion will do.

But here are a few interesting things that are not being talked about. The government has commissioned a study to determine the “Health Care Affects of owing firearms”. Which sound like they are stacking the deck to impose a major tax in their final Health Care bill for anyone who owns a gun. I am sure the goal is to tax it away from you.

And the fact that in the Health Care bill, if you do not buy into it, your are committing a felony. and face prison time. That sounds very Stalinist to me, and with rising unemployment, I don't see how everyone can comply even if they wanted to.

My worst thought is this will be the beginning of forced labor camps. It has happened before.

The last thing I want to mention is the runaway inflation that is coming. The games the government and the Federal Reserve have been playing printing money can only end this way.

Under inflation, your dollar is devalued, and prices skyrocket. By itself, it would be bad enough, but add in all the other factors the government has planned that will also spike prices and kill jobs, this will be devastating.

The wealthy will survive, they always do. The middle class will be destroyed, and poverty will be the new normal in the USA.

And all of this is being done on purpose. If you don't want to believe me, just do the math for yourself. Math has no political bias.

I guess being in lock step with the administration and it's plans is required by the White House now. There is no room for opposing ideas. This is a very scary development, in an ever increasingly restrictive government. The transparency that was promised during the campaign has not only not occurred, but the depth of secrecy has actually grown.

Add to this the assault on private citizens, being targeted by the White House, and it is hard not to imagine the early years of the Nazi movement when they were consolidating power. They too had the media on their side, and went after at first private citizens, then entire groups of the population.

Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.

The chairwoman of the Illinois Republican Party, Judy Topinka, said at a news conference, after Ryan withdrew, that Republicans would probably take several weeks to settle on a new candidate.

"Obviously, this is a bad week for our party and our state," she said.

As recently as Thursday, spokesmen for the Ryan campaign still insisted that Ryan would remain in the race. Ryan had defended himself saying, "There’s no breaking of any laws. There’s no breaking of any marriage laws. There’s no breaking of the Ten Commandments anywhere."

Sad state of affairs

Lets see who we should believe here. The health insurance companies are trying to throw the kabash into things, by releasing their new study today. This study shows that affect of governmental taxes proposed on the industry. They say the taxes alone will make policies go up to around $4,000 per year for everyone.

The White House says they are just greedy.

But since it cites new taxes imposed, I tend to believe it. The government is the greedy one here.

Lets look at good old California. They are bank in bankruptcy. It only took 10 weeks for all their accounting games, tax hikes, and Union Deals to break the bank again. I believe the SEIU has a lot to do with it.

They forgot that unemployed people do not pay income tax. Funny how they always forget that fact. What happens when taxes are raised when the economy is in the tank? Think people! Unlike what the government economist's seem to believe, more firms close, more folks lose jobs, and tax revenues go down. Happens every time. Just remember, what happens to California always works it way to every other state.

Back to the White House calling the Insurance Companies greedy.

They called the GM investors greedy right before they wiped them all out. Well, so much for all those retirement funds for regular Americans.

In fact, they call everyone greedy, right before they wipe them out.

Cap and Trade, not making much news. Probably because it's colder then ever and winter came early this year. In a sane world it would go away.

But what they don't like to mention is the EPA. The EPA has the authority to implement the Cap and Trade none sense if congress doesn't get it passed. Which also defects it away from congress, so next election they can honestly say they didn't vote for it.

And they say Bush went around the Constitution.

If you do the math – and use a graph like the economists love to use – it destroys the US economy, the private household, and the country in general.

Why would our government do this? Moral justice. That is what is driving everything now.

Moral justice says we as Americans are bad, and we must give up our way of life so that we are on the same playing field as the third world countries.

That is why they are letting the Dollar fall.

In socialism and communism, the elite who run things live in opulent wealth. Everyone else has an equal share of, nothing. And that is where we are being driven. And it looks like the road is a one way

VAT - TAX IS BACK

The Value Added Tax – VAT is back, at least according to Nancy Pelosi. You remember VAT, it is the extra 25% tax the Federal Government wants to add on every good or service in the country.

It is also a hidden tax, as it is added in to the price, and you never see it.

This was popular way back at the beginning of the year, after the Stimulus Bill passed. But the idea went on the back burner during the Health Care fight. Now it is back, as a possible way to pay for it.

The logic is, Europe has this. And if Europe has it, I guess we need it too.

Illinois is now facing bankruptcy. California is already there, but thanks to some creative accounting they are still hanging on. Of course this kind of accounting will land you in a Federal Prison if you tried it in the private sector.

Unemployment is still rising. On;t the Government can say with a straight face, that 550,000 people applied for first time unemployment benefits last month, but only 250,000 people lost their jobs. There is that Government way of counting things again.

And I also like how they state they don't count the folks that have stopped looking for work. What a crock, There is no way they know who is and isn't looking for work. What they mean is they stop counting you once you have used up your unemployment benefits, and get dropped from the program. And more and more folks are getting dropped every week.

Which is leading to the increase in home foreclosures.

And since a stupid idea never goes away in government, Barney Frank, one of the main architects of the housing crash, is back to pushing the same plans that caused the mess. Maybe if they were held accountable for their actions he could be stopped. But since the crash he has been busy pointing his finger at everyone except himself, and the policies he forced on the banking world, and the mandates he imposed, that caused the disaster,

And who said Obama was pro Union? Besides me that is:

Like a true Progressive liberal, our old friend Jimmy Carter now says he did not say what he said. The right wing has made his statement sound like he called everyone who didn't agree with Obama's policies a racist.

He now says his original statement was that the fringe right wing were racist. Well, here is the original statement:

I think an overwhelming portion of the intensely demonstrated animosity toward President Barack Obama is based on the fact that he is a black man, that he's African-American. I live in the south and I’ve seen the south come a long way and I've seen the rest of the country that shared the south's attitude toward minority groups, at that time particularly African-Americans, that that racism [unintelligible word] still exists. And I think it's bubbled up to the surface because of belief among many white people, not just in the south, but around the country, that African-Americans are not qualified to lead this great country. It's an abominable circumstance and grieves me and concerns me very deeply.

I don't see anything in there singling out the right wing fringe. Sounds like he's calling everyone a racist.

But hey, who cares what Jimmy says anyway?

Lets move on to Health Care. Here is what the folks in DC are saying:

Sen. Thomas Carper (D.-Del.), a member of the Senate Finance Committee, told CNSNews.com that he does not “expect” to read the actual legislative language of the committee’s health care bill because it is “confusing” and that anyone who claims they are going to read it and understand it is fooling people.

“I don’t expect to actually read the legislative language because reading the legislative language is among the more confusing things I’ve ever read in my life.”

So there you go. When anyone tells you they know what is in the bill, they are lying. Apparently no one really knows. And we won't know either, because they voted 13 to 10 to not post it on the internet for us, the unimportant little people, to read. God knows there might be a laywer out here who understands the language and spills the beans on it.

Except it does seem that if you don't have any insurance, you will pay a fine, nd or go to jail for a year. Unless you are an illegal alien. Once again they seem to be exempt from our laws.

TARP is a year old today. Remember, it stands for Toxic Asset Relief Program. As of today, not one toxic asset has been bought under the plan. Where has it gone? Who knows, since the FED and the Treasury have fought long and hard not to reveal the information. Happy birthday!

Auto sales came out yesterday. Don't be fooled by the happy numbers they released.

An example,. Ford announced it was down a mere 4% over the same month last year. That sounds good, until you look at last year and see they were down 35% from the previous year. GM is just in the tank. They went down 45% last month. Even with the cash for clunkers plan.

And unemployment. Somebody explain this to me. 550,000 folks filed for unemployment last month, but the official government number is 250,000 newly unemployed. And the EXPERTS say they are surprised by that number. After all, the recession is over, the government keeps saying so.

And forget about all the folks who just lost their benefits, they do not get counted anymore. According to the government, they all have jobs now, just like the 200,000 folks they forget to include in their new unemployment number.

I, Me, Mine

First off I want to address the new announcement this week that once again, the recession is over. One of the numbers cited this week for happy times again is the new unemployment numbers.

However, new jobless claims last week jumped 17,000 over the previous week, coming in at 551,000. That sure looks like the same number that we have seen every month for the past year now.

I am not sure what the official unemployment percentage is, since that number hasn't been released yet. But I doubt it will change much from last month.

That is because, once again, because the government fiddles with the numbers to make them more palatable, Also about the same number of folks are being kicked off the unemployment rolls, and are no longer being counted.

And that isn't counting the statistic that came out last week, that over 50% of folks under 24 are unemployed.

But that isn't the topic I wanted for today. Penski decided not to buy the Saturn car company from GM. I haven't been able to find the details yet, but I can make a few guess's on what happened.

If you remember all the way back to earlier this year when the government decided to send GM through is special bankruptcy. You remember, the one where the shareholders lost their butts, and the Union and the government came out owning everything. As perplexing at that still is, part of the deal rested on Penski buying the Saturn line. As you will remember, the Hummer line was sold to China.

Yesterday, Penski backed out of the deal, leaving GM no choice but to announce it was closing Saturn for good. They say it will not affect any jobs, but I am dubious.

But that isn't what I anted to talk about either.

Today I want to talk about President Obama;s Health Care Plan, or lack or one, so to speak. For what seems like years, although I know its only been months, every time I turn on the TV there is the President telling us about HIS plan. My plan has this. MY plan does that. That isn't in MY plan, they are lying.

I wish he would just get his own channel, so I could watch something else from time to time. Anyway, I have been asking everyone that supports this fictitious plan to show me where I can read it. Send me a link. Show me something. So far, no one has been able to. And the reason became clear yesterday.

And the real irony is the Flag.gov web site. Turn in folks spreading rumors about a plan that does not exist. No wonder he is having a tough time selling us on this, non plan. The spooky thing is, 49% of the folks believe he has a plan somewhere.

So, we are left to Pelosi, an Reid to give us a plan. And only bad things can come from that,

Off to Copenhagen! In the growing list of firsts for a sitting President, it is time to add Olympic committee participant. He does seem to like to micro manage things. An we are talking about bringing them to Chicago, after all. Never mind there seems to be a fair amount of resistance from the good people who live there about the whole matter. Many think he has some more important things to do than personally lobby for the 2016 Olympic games.

Seems like just last week when he became the first sitting President to chair the UN's Nuclear arms committee. There he diligently discussed ways to eliminate nuclear weapons with some very important leaders from some small impoverished African leaders.

I do wonder why he waited until the next ay at the G-20 to mention Iran's new nuclear facility. I mean, he was the chairman of the UN committee just the day before, that deals with things like that. I just don't understand the guy.

Speaking of, I am still waiting for someone, anyone, to send me a copy of, or a link to, Obama's Health Care Plan. Everyone tells me I am wrong about his plan. And every time his mug is on TV, all he does is talk about his plan.

But I can't find his plan. All I can find is HR 3200 posted by the House, and the Senate Bill that changes daily. And both of these plans contradict what the President says is in his plan.

So where is his plan? I want to read it. And why isn't congress debating his plan, instead of writing their own versions?

Ion that illegal aliens are back in the plan. In the House version they will again be covered. Remember all that you lied stuff from way back two weeks ago? The President swore his plan didn't cover Illegals? Then the House quickly adopted an amendment to exclude illegals, right before they censured that poor little Representative who yelled you lie. Well now that they have smeared him, and it is out of the public forefront, there it is again. Looks like public funding for abortions is back in as well. I could have sworn the President said his plan didn't include that either.

Again, if anyone can point me to the Presidents plan, I would like to read it, and compare it to the ones now in congress.

Speaking of the wars, well, I'm sure you are thinking about them. Probably more then the President is these days, what with the Olympics and the UN and the G-20 photo opportunities with the powerful an the simply crazy leaders of the world, he is a busy man.

But since we now have no clear objective, I think it is time to pull out of both wars. The heck with them. In the eight months our objective went from winning to, well, we're not sure what victory is.

That is pretty much the micro management from Washington that screwed our troops in Viet Nam.

Policy changes this year mean captured combatants now get Miranda rights, our troops cannot return fire if they enemy is hiding behind civilians (which is how they fight), if our troops are attacked and civilians are in the area, our boys must retreat. There are many other silly restrictions, that are only going to lead to unnecessary lose of life for our troops. Since we no longer seem to have the will to fight the good war, as Obama put it, bring them home.

Let Iran take over Iraq and let the Taliban have Afghanistan again.

At the very least decide on whether the General he put in charge to implement his mission should receive the troops he has asked for.

I know, hard to squeeze that decision in, what with going to Copenhagen to fight for the Olympics.

I won't even go into the economic disaster that is getting worse daily.

Unemployment for those between 16 and 24 is now officially at 52%, according to the labor department. Is this another sign the government is going to point to when they tell us the recession is over?

Labor Dept. statistics also show that the number of chronically unemployed -- those without a job for 27 weeks or more -- has also hit a post-WWII high.

WWII is what got us out of the Great Depression. So is the labor department alluding that our current unemployment is now rivaling what was experienced in the 1930's?

It is interesting that this story got released late on a Friday and then buries deep in the Sunday news. This has long been the policy of releasing not so good news that the folks in charge legally have to release, but don't really want anyone to see.

This and the unavoidable tax increases that are coming our way can only spell disaster for any economic recovery.

I am sure President Obama is a nice guy. I am sure he truly wants to improve the country. And I believe he believes in his vision of overhauling the way the government and business work.

And there is where we have issues. In the world of academia, one can envision all sorts of social ideals that on paper, seem like it would create a wonderful utopia. In reality, these plans simply do not work.

I would venture to speculate that the combined true unemployment numbers are nearing 25%, if not a little above. An understanding of Business 101, which only gives the fundamentals of how business works in the real world, would clearly show the folly of the present plans in congress.

In a badly damaged economic environment, tax revenues are already down. Down by at least 21% Federally, probably more at the state level, depending on the state. With the work force still shrinking, and business's closing and going bankrupt, logic would tell you that increasing the tax burden will only lead to more job losses, and more business closings.

This will lead to the Fed printing even more money to keep the government up and running, which will only devalue the dollar more, and add to the defect, which is already at unsustainable levels.

The Stimulus clearly hasn't done anything to help the situation. But then, that is also by design. The majority of the money isn't set to be released until before the congressional elections next year. A clear and blatant ploy by the Democrats to try to buy votes next year.

Clearly, the social agenda of transforming the nation into a Progressive paradise is taking precedence over any real attempt to actually get the country going economically again.

Pittsburgh is big in the news today. The military is there along with the riot squad. The thing that caught my eye was the use of the sonic cannons. I am not sure if these are the same ones I read about a couple of years ago. But back then the military was running tests on sonic cannons for use in Iraq. Our good friend Harry Reid apparently think investigating ACRON is a waste of time. They only receive Millions of tax dollars every year. And our old friend Barney Frank is at it again. As you may recall ( I know he doesn't) back in 2004 George Bush ordered an audit of Freddie and Fanny, and wanted to tighten the lending rules.

Mr Frank blocked the regulators who were looking at Fanny and Freddie. As you also might recall, they informed Mr Frank that the books of both agencies were being cooked and it was going to become a huge disaster, to which Mr Frank told the regulators that they were the problem, and that there was nothing wrong over at Freddie and Fanny.

Of course when everything collapsed, Mr Frank can only remember George Bush blocking all attempts Mr Frank made to get to the bottom of the crises.

Never mind Mr Frank mandated that 57% of their loans were to low income families. That was then and this is now, and Barney wants a new regulatory organization created, probably with him at the helm.

I do not recall either of you ever coming to me and saying you didn't have strong enough rules - Barney Frank to the FDIC yesterday.

The US / Mexican border has a civil was going on along it. It is spilling over into the US border cities.

There is nearly 1,300 miles that are barely monitored, human and drug trafficking business has never been better.

The Government Accountability Office has revealed that three persons linked to terrorism, and 530 aliens from special interest countries were intercepted at Border Patrol checkpoints last year.

So what does homeland security have in mind to solve this problem?

Well you guessed it, take 384 border patrol agents and move them to where things are really bad. The Canadian Border. You just can't have enough security up north to keep the pot heads out of Washington and Oregon.

Can't be too careful with those crazed shoppers in NY.

Maybe they are to keep the Canadian Universal Health Care Patients out of our decrepit system.

FY 2010 staffing requirements, after review by DHS and the Obama administration. Send them to Canada.

DHS said the Border Patrol’s goal for fiscal 2009 was to have 815 of the 8,607 miles of border for which the agency is responsible under effective control. It it just me, or does it seem to leave a lot of border under ineffective control?

The NDIC described the Arizona-Mexico border as “largely underprotected” in the areas between official ports of entry.

Government Spin

As the media spins.

Last month we were all happy. The recession was declared over again, and unemployment was said to be at an unexpected low, of 350,000 newly unemployed, Cars sale were up, housing sales were up, and life just could not be any better.

Then they readjusted the unemployment numbers back to the 550,000 number that we seem to be actually consistently staying at for the last 9 months.

The cash for Klunkers plan expired, and auto sales are back in the dumps. Plus after it was over IRS announced that the $4,500 rebate was considered taxable income, so you lose there.

Today I read that last weeks new unemployment applications was down to a record low of 550,000. Nice way to spin that.

And then housing – thought all was well there, but again today a different set of numbers comes out. Existing home sales unexpectedly dropped 2.7%.

Foreclosures and other financially distressed sellers accounted for about 30 percent of the market. That and the $8,000 government rebate that will end soon for first time buyers. Sort of looks like the government created another mini bubble. Big sellers were homes under $100,000.

That would be foreclosures.

And foreclosures are still holding steady monthly. As the new unemployment applications hold steady every month. An we are looking at close to 1 million folks being cut from the unemployment rosters in the next couple of months. The government extended benefits, but only for a handful of states.

And here is a cheery one – the US government will have have issued 7 TRILLION in new debt before the end of the fiscal year, which is next week.

That is not including TARP (which still hasn't bought a single toxic asset) or all the money the FED has printed up and passed out. You know, the money they will not disclose who received it, as it would collapse the economy.

We have lost our way. The President has flim flamed his way into office. And has changed positions since being elected.

The rank and file Democrats are disappointed, as he is not doing what they elected him for.

The rest of us are upset because we see what he is pushing as fundamentally changing our country.

Well, he did promise that during the election, just the left was too in love to hear him and take him at his word.

He see's that as a mandate for his radical plans, and I am sure does not understand why folks are upset.

As the weeks roll on, more folks that know him are coming out and saying, well, yes he was tight with all those radical folks he threw under the bus during the campaign. And he agrees with them.

Contrary to what he told us during the campaign when knowing them became a liability.

And those radical left idea's are to bring the US down to a third world state, they call it social justice.

It is the redistribution of wealth. That is what Cap and Trade is all about. Along with the Health care overhaul.

The folks in DC simply are ignoring the Marchers from 9/12. The media has them painted as kooks and racists, and astroturfers. I was told today that it was all put on by Beck and Limbaugh. They weren't really upset people. This was said with pure conviction. Because that is how it is portrayed.

He also told me that most of the folks who were creating the problems were ignorant and uninformed.

I consider myself neither. But you can't argue with the propaganda put out there.

Our President is turning his back on our allies, and emboldening our enemy's. MSNBC may not tell you that, but a look around the world's newspapers sure will.

Nobody understands any of his foreign policy decisions.

The domestic policies he is pushing with all his might, global warming and health care reform, are two of the least important issues to the American public right now.

Every week for the past six months they declare the recession is over. Every week things get worse for the average American. The policies he is pushing will not only add heavy new tax burdens, but will eliminate even more US jobs. And he knows this, yet that is where he is putting his immense energy.

The only thing that makes sense from all of this, is to go back to his radical friends and what they believe, for those are his beliefs as well.

The truth is not always so nice.

I remember back when George Bush stared to push his Social Security makeover plan. It was a good idea, to privatize the system, and in doing so, would keep congress's greedy hands out of the pool.

Oh course congress didn't like that idea, and went on the attack. They made up all sorts of none sense about it, an did their best to strike fear into the hearts of all the seniors. Naturally under the Bush plan, they argued, everyone would lose their money. It was a lot of BS, and I don't think Bush pushed it as hard as he should of.

Which brings me to our salesman in chief. I cannot turn on the TV without seeing him pushing this ill fated plan. I realize we will get it no matter what. And I also have read enough of what the proposals are, and what the folks pushing it, really are trying to achieve.

But really, 5 Sunday shows, Letterman, there are other things that really do need his attention. And he says nothing new. And he keeps saying HIS PLAN. But He doesn't have a plan. In fact there still is no single plan. The Dem's can't even agree with each other on what should be in it.

The only thing they do seem to agree on is they will use a questionable rule in the Senate meant for budget measures, to ram it through. An much as I have suspected, they now say in reconciliation they will put the public option back in.

That really is the key for the entire reform idea.

Mr ACORN has no idea whats going on with ACORN, because its not important. Well, yes it is.

Iran and Russia now think he is weak. The Pols, Czech's, and Israelis all think he is a turncoat.

He is threatening Honduras to reinstate their dictator, which they legally tossed out.

The economy is still heading South, and most economists expect it to take another major nosedive soon.

The banks they bailed out, are now doing the exact same things that led to the collapse, again, with government approval.

Commercial loans and real estate are about tho collapse, making the housing bubble look like a ripple

.Our government is starting a trade war with China. Not something you want to do when you rely on that country to keep buying your debt.

The yearly deficit is growing by more than anyone anticipated.

Unemployment is still rising at an alarming rate, with no hope for the trend to turn in the foreseeable future. In fact true unemployment is already into Great Depression numbers.

Afghanistan is becoming a disaster. The General he picked says he needs more troops now. Team O has put off the decision until he studies it more. That is the Good War in his own words. Now that it is his, it looks like we will fold there too.

And that is just scratching the surface.

And yet all he talks about is his Health Care Plan, which does not exist in reality.

The time for nonstop campaigning has been over since last November. It's high time he started trying to lead the county.

The ARK in America?

I am tired of politics. It is just a never ending pile of hype and none sense.

But what I do find interesting, is the upcoming show on the History Channel alleging that the Knights Templar brought the ARK of the Convenient across the seas and hid it in what is now the USA.

This might sound like a pretty far fetched idea, but there is a lot of evidence that puts the Templar's, at least some of them, here in the 1300's, which would be around the time of their expulsion from France

And for those who believe that Columbus discovered America, he didn't. Lots of folks seem to have been here long before him. From the Norse, to the Chinese, ancient America was a busy place.

Aside from all of the Europeans running around over here, there are many tales of others who came.

It also would seem that ancient Hebrew people were here as well. I know, you thought I was going to say space men.

Back in the 1800's, a rock was found in a mound in eastern Tennessee, that many think has ancient Hebrew written on it. Another large rock was found in New Mexico, also with ancient Hebrew written on it. Another oddity found in southern TN were stone coffins, resembling the stone burial boxes of the ancient Hebrews. Over time, arguments have been made both for these being the real deal, and for them being elaborate fakes. Since everything mysterious eventually finds its way into the Smithsonian black hole, we will probably never know for sure.

Another mystery is the Smithsonian itself. They have a warehouse where all the odd artifacts go. Apparently it is a one way ticket. According to them, this warehouse has serious asbestos problems. They say they have no catalog of what is in there, nor is anyone allowed in due to the asbestos. Things go in, and are never seen or mentioned again. Too bad the Stimulus Bill didn't send some money to them to clean the place up.

Another curiosity of the ancient American Southeast were the Yuchi Indians.

Long before the Cherokee moved into the Southeast, it was the land of the Yuchi. From accounts passed down, the Yuchi language was said to be very much like ancient Hebrew. Their creation story said they came form a land far to the east. Their dialect shared nothing with any of the other linguistic groups in the America's.

By the time of the Indian removal, only a handful of the Yuchi remained. When the Cherokee moved into the Southeast, they declared war on the Yuchi, and did a fine job of exterminating them. The few that remained were integrated into other groups during the removal. Today the Yuchi language is considered a dead language.

So this begs the question, did a tribe of Hebrew speaking people come to America and settle? And if they did, could they have brought the ARK with them? And if they did, is it possible that it is still hidden somewhere in America to this day?

There are many who think it is here. How it got here has as many ideas as there are stars in the night sky. There are those who believe it is in England, Scotland, the Middle East, Africa, and on and on. Many ideas share just enough possible evidence to make the theories seem valid. But, it can't be everywhere, now can it?

There is a oral legend that says the ARK was hidden in a cave in east Tennessee up until the Great Depression. The tale goes that when the Tennessee Vally Authority, under FDR, went about to build a dam, the hiding place of the ARK was moved. Where it was taking is just another mystery, to add to all the other mysteries surrounding the ARK.

Is it or was it ever in America? I don't know. But I do find it interesting that an entire race of people that spoke ancient Hebrew, and still existed during colonial times, has virtually been wiped from the history books.

I don't believe in coincidences.

Amnesty on the Horizon

Even though I do not believe we can extend coverage to those who are here illegally, I also don't simply believe we can simply ignore the fact that our immigration system is broke. That's why I strongly support making sure folks who are here legally have access to affordable, quality health insurance under this plan, just like everybody else. If anything, this debate underscores the necessity of passing comprehensive immigration reform and resolving the issue of 12 million undocumented people living and working in this country once and for all. Once again, amnesty for illegals is on the way. Although I am sure this time around, everyone who is against this (again) will be labeled a racist by both the media and the Progressive Left.

I have been saying to deaf ears that this was on the back burner all year. Once Cap and Trade and this insane Health Insurance reform get passed, this is the next battle. And this time, just as last time, it will be up to the American people to stop it.

Once the government gets an idea, it never goes away, just sits on the back burner until they think they can sneak it in.

And my favorite completely insane Progressive, Nancy Pelosi, is now drawing parallels between the Americans who oppose this insane Health Insurance reform to the assignation of Harvey Milk back in the late '70's.

I have no idea how she came up with this comparison, it seems like a stretch to me.

But for once I agree with her. The left needs to stop calling the American people un-American, Brown shirts, Racists, Nazi's, angry unruly mobs, astroturfers, making tea bag jokes, and smearing anyone who does not agree with their vision of the a happy utopia where all serfs are equal, and wealth is redistributed to the third world to amend for past wrongs and social justice. In the process we bring back the caste system,

And just how is the American people taking a stand for themselves any worse than Mrs Pelosi encouraging the crazy left groups to create a ruckus, disrupt events, shout down speakers, protest the President, throw pies in peoples faces and a host of other things during the Bush Presidency?

I guess the difference is, she didn't like Bush, or those policies, so that was fine.. And her Left wing groups mostly are paid to protest.

This time it is The Average American, who are rightfully disgruntled with the politicians. And I think that scars her.

She is not used to an honest debate, a debate she cannot control, or having the American people demand she listen to them. She spins her none sense, makes up lies and tells them with a bold straight face, Never apologizes for any nut job allegation she makes. And gets rattled when folks demand she backs up her statements. And thinking we do not notice, she simply moves on pretending she never made the allegations or statements in the first place. We notice.

And then we have my favorite Progressive Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Back when john Kerry was running for President, Mr Kennedy petitioned the state to change the rules so then governor Romney could not appoint a republican as a replacement Senator in the event Kerry won. Instead they would have a special election.

Then, when he knew his time was coming to an end, he petitioned the state to change the rule back so the now Democratic governor could appoint his replacement, a mere 8 years after he had the rule changed. After all, you can't trust the people to make such a monumental decision.

Sound like partisan politics, doesn't it. Well, it looks like Mr Kennedy is getting his wish. I just love how the ruling class constantly changes the rules to keep themselves and their party in power.

Don't count on the USA

I think I know why the world, according to the Left, doesn't like us. And it really comes as no surprise, and if fact, was illustrated once again today.

The United States cannot be trusted to fulfill its promises. Time and time again, our leaders promise protection to other countries and peoples in exchange for something, and every time we have what we want, we walk away and turn our backs.

It happened after the first Gulf War. We asked the people of Iraq to stand up to Saddam, and we would stand with them. Then we walked away leaving Saddam in power, and he then tortured and killed everyone that sided with the US.

It happened in Viet Nam, we we left the people who helped us, to be massacred by Pol Pot. What is 3 million dead Vietnamese to our politicians?

And it is happening again today.

President Bush, for all his faults (and there were many) understood that we have to stand up to Russia. His missile defense system for Europe was most likely less about the Iranian threat and more about the Russian one. The countries that were formerly under the old Soviet rule have a deep and real fear or being annexed back into the Russian Empire.

The missile defense system was more like a line in the sand. Especially after the invasion of Georgia, and the Russian Military flexing its muscles again these past two years. Putin wants to be a world force.

President Obama, in his Utopian word of feel good international relations, doesn't seem to understand the possible repercussions of todays actions. For one, the countries we said we would protect, are now terrified. Secondly, Russia now knows we will back down, and nations such as Poland and the Czech Republic will not be protected by the US.

When the Czechs thought the missiles were coming, they agreed to have a US radar station built in their territory. Once the Russians found we have decided not to deploy the missiles, they cut the gas line to the Czechs. Sort of like putting a naughty child in a time out.

Russia knows, and so do these countries, that they are vulnerable. Putin's plan is to restore the Soviet Union to its glory days, and rebuild the empire. And now he knows he has won the chess game with the US, and we won't stand in his way.

And it also sends another clear message to the world that the USA will not live up to its promises.

Not to mention, hours after the announcement of the missile defense plan was scraped, it was announced that Iran probably has the capability to build nuclear bombs now, and are working on finishing the long range missiles to deliver them.

Odd little coincidence there.

Apparently the new open and transparent White House, since the flap over the Flag the White House Dot Org, has decided to just cut out the snitches, and is now just pulling information off Facebook, and Youtube, and probably every where else. Most likely any forums you might frequent. As it seems open and transparent only applies during speeches.

I was going to write a piece on Nancy Pelosi and all her kooky comments during the Bush years, and see if they passed the Congressional “rules of the House when talking about the President”. But she has said so many kooky things I started getting a headache.

So on to the real topic of today. I think you all know my personal opinion of Jimmy Carter. But to be fair, he does have his fans.

One of his fans is Osama Bin Laden. In his latest rant against the Western World, he suggests we read Mr Carter's Palestine Peace Not Apartheid.

Saudi King Fahd contributed 7.6 million to the Carter Center in 1993 .He also received a million dollar pledge from the Saudi-based bin Laden family. Hmm, why does that name sound familiar?

In the late 2970' his Peanut farm was bailed out by the Saudi Royal family.

Agha Hasan Abedi, gave Carter $500,000 to help him establish his center, and more than $10 million to his different projects.

Jimmy Carter - Racism - And The Progressives

I have a few bones to pick this morning. And I am going to start with my old friend Jimmy Carter.

In my opinion, Mr Carter has done more damage to this country and its allies than any other modern day President. And he has continued this trend since his retirement.

Now he has come out and is basically calling all white Americans who don't like Team O's policies, you got it, racists.

I was watching his little rant, and came to my own conclusion. He seems to be speaking from the heart, like a Klan member who says he isn't one, but he know people who are.

I submit that Jimmy Carter is a racist himself, and is deflecting his true feelings by calling all white Americans racists.

By his own actions, we know that Mr Carter hates the Jew's, and the state of Israel. He constantly promotes Hezbella and Hamas, and visits them often. He calls for the terrorists to have their own state at the expense of the Israelis, He is also the main reason we have such problems today with Iran.

He has gone around the world certifying third world elections to be fair and just, even when the evidence is contrary. But his certifications always seem to favor his socialist dictator friends, in fixed elections that give the illusion of democracy.

I submit that Jimmy Carter is just an old white racist, who desperately wants to be relevant. Instead, he is bitter, and out of touch with reality. He serves no purpose by his rants, other then to further divided an already divided country. And he calls America racist, because he is a racist, therefor everyone else must be one as well.

And again, this is the far left bringing race into the public debate, when no one else has, then crying that it's time to end all this racism. This tactic is really getting old, and all it does is create more tensions across the inner cities.

But as long as they keep race out there on the news, it gives them a tactical advantage. Because if you try to stand up to the allegations, you are then branded a racist, and you are used to prove their point.

That is my first beef.

Lets get back to the dramatic statement of you lie.

If Rep. Wilson was wrong shouting out you lie after Mr O once again said that illegal aliens would not be covered under hid plan, then why did the house Dem's write an amendment yesterday stating that illegal aliens would not be covered. Right before they censured Rep. Wilson?

And when Mr O states that abortion coverage is not in his public option, I guess technically he is telling the truth. It is not stated in HR 3200. However it is stated in the amendment that Pelosi had attached to HR 3200.

They are playing loose and fast with the facts while they try to cram this thing through. And I am tired of it. I wish they had the integrity to just be honest about what they are trying to do. Thought I realize they know if they were honest it would never pass in any form.

Which brings me to this. Mr O has been in full campaign mods for nearly two months. He is on every TV show, at every union meeting. Giving three or more speeches a day all across the country.

At the same time, old Joe Biden is off globe trotting.

So I imagine that leaves Rahm Emanuel back in DC actually running the country. I don' t recall Mr Emanuel being elected to the position of Prime Minister. More disturbing, since Mr O is on the campaign trail, does this mean that Mr Emanuel has really been running things from behind the scenes all along?

If so, this is spookier than any conspiracy theory about Dick Cheney.

Back under Bush, whether you liked him or hated him, he would have stepped up and tried to put an end to this race none sense.

Mr O seems content to let it play out, and occasionally even add to it.

This has been a tactic of the Progressive Left since 1960. Inject race into a discussion that has no racial overtones, then cry that the opponents are racists, then denounce the opposing position on the grounds of racism.

It is high time the American people see it for what it is, and put an end to it once and for all. The people who only hear sound bytes assume racism is rampant. And in the inner cities is raises tensions and does become deadly.

The Progressive Left does not care about real world consequences. They only care about consolidating power and control. And they have no problem tearing the country apart, for it is only an means to an end.

Oil - A Renewable Resource

Earlier this month is was announced that one of the largest oil discoveries was made in the Gulf of Mexico. You would think this would be big news, but not when the Greenies run everything. To them this is probably the worst news possible.

They want us to run out, to push their agenda. They want gas to cost upwards of $10 a gallon to offset the alleged damage to the environment. Even though that would completely destroy what is left of our economy. They see it as social justice. Thank you Al Gore, quasi science, and outright lies and fabrications.

It is also a fact, and I coved it extensively earlier, that there is enough oil under the US to keep us going for another 1,000 years, completely self sufficient. But Congress and various Presidents have made it all off limits.

So they are going to hate this news.

I have long questioned the whole concept of how oil was formed. I just never understood how that many dinosaurs would die in on spot miles under the Earth's surface to create such huge oil reserves. I also read earlier this year that old wells that had been capped for years, suddenly had oil in them again. And that didn't seem to jive with the accepted theory of how oil is formed. Of course in our Green world, that story got buried rather quickly, and I have no idea where I read it now,

The Fall Of ACORN?

Well, we can hope!

It's been a bad week for ACORN, but a great week for the American People.

As you probably know, earlier this week FOX news got hold of not one, not two, but three separate videos exposing ACORN workers braking the law. If you haven't heard about it, just Google it.

Of course this is on top of all of the voter fraud charges still working through the courts fromlast year in I believe 24 different states.

So after the first of the videos broke on Fox News, the Census Department announced they were cutting their ties with ACORN.

As you might remember, once Mr O took the Census Department and gave it to Rahm Emanuel , somehow ACORN was awarded the job of assisting with the 2010 census.

That had a lot of folks upset, as the atmosphere for fraud seemed to be mighty high,

Well, that isn't the only place ACORN has worked its way into. And in the Stimulus Bill, they were set to receive a whole lot of your tax dollars to expand their fraudulent scams.

But by God, there might still be hope for this country after all. Today the Senate voted to cut all Federal Funds off that were heading ACORNS way.

Score another big one for the good guys!

And I am sure there is a lot of ass covering going on over at the White House tonight, since ACORN is to Obama as gasoline is to a car. He spent a lot of time getting them integrated into the governmental system.

And that begs the question about Mr O and his affiliation with them.

His only real job seems to have been the time he spent as a community organizer with ACORN. And in fact, he was so good at his job, he was a regional trainer with them. So what was he teaching them? How to scam the system?

Likely we will never know, but I do have suspicions.

Economic News

There are several things making news quietly this past weekend that are so far being ignored by the media.

All three have to do with the economy, and all three of them seem to go counter to the happy recovery talk on mainstream TV.

First off, word is the Wall Street insiders are dumping their stocks as fast as they can. The last time this happened was right before the crash last year. These are the same folks that have been driving the market up for the past six months leading up to what many have speculated as a giant sucker market.

So if you have a lot of money in the market, you might want to think about diversification right now.

Tonight Mr O will announce his new sweeping regulations for the banking industry. He wants to make sure that another crash can be avoided. My only problem with that is he needs to implement some sweeping reforms on congress as well, so that they will let the regulators do their job.

We all remember ( at least I hope) Barney Frank telling the Fanny Mae regulators that they were not cooking the books, and in fact the regulator was the problem. He denies it, but the meeting was captured on Cspan for all to see.

So there is already plenty of regulation. There is just even more obstruction by members of congress. And true to form they point their fingers in every other direction looking to assign blame for the mess they created.

But I digress. According to Joseph Stiglitz , our banks are in worse shape now then they were last year before the collapse.

And since the world governments are regulating laws based on Gore's theories, they might want to listen to a guy who actually is an expert in economics.

Have I mentioned that Mr Gore has a journalism degree, and not a science degree? And that he is set to make upwards on 100 million dollars once the Cap and Trade Law gets signed?

Well,the news reports attribute it to concerns from congress, but I think it has more to do with Glen Beck relentless campaign of exposing their fraud. Either way, the Census department dumping ACORN is a good thing.

Especially now as the videos have come out of ACORN workers clearly violating the law. Even so, ACORN is still in the position to receive over 8 Billion in tax payer dollars from the Stimulus Bill.

Here is a name you haven't heard; Harlan James Drake. Seems he shot two Pro Life activists in Michigan yesterday. He was offended by their handouts.

But I guess the left thinks that is OK, since I have not seen it on the news anywhere. Where if a Pro Choice activist gets shot, it is front page for a week, and the out of control ring wing is to blame. I believe it is also a hate crime, something which Mr Drake is also not charged with.

Tens of Thousands of Tea Party Protesters are marching on Washington DC today, yet no news coverage by the media. There will come a time when they will no longer be able to ignore the people.

The Lefties like to site the Million Man March, which had no where near a Million Marchers, but it is a catchy name. Today's march on DC looks to be at least as large if not larger, but is being completely ignored. Although I am sure, the name calling will soon be all over the airwaves.

We are tired of the out of control government in general, not just Team O's fundamental restructuring of America. But we don't like that either. Oh, we are getting change, just not what was promised.

Cass Sunstein , another name you probably don't know, yet. He is Obama's new regulatory Czar. Near as I can tell, this position is in charge of regulating nearly all laws in the country.

He is kookier than Van Jones is. He is a advocate of a new bill of rights, which reads like the old Soviet propaganda for the people. He also advocates animals have the right to sue their owners in court, with public defenders representing the animals.

Waste Farud And Abuse

Squeezing it out of the providers? That is the doctors and Nurses.

Medicare and Medicade both being government run programs, yet they admit they are filled with waste, fraud, and abuse.

And the question everyone with a brain is asking, why do we need a massive congressional overhaul of the entire system, to fix the waste, fraud, and abuse of a government run system? Why can't they just fix that first?

Because maybe there is more behind all this none sense?

The Unionization of Health Care Workers that broke today, is part of it. A large element is Economics 101.

Let's follow the Presidents promises.

Insurance companies profits will be capped.
All preconditions will be covered.
You cannot be dropped.

Lets just run with these three. Right there you have spelled disaster for any company.

Now throw in whatever they are going to call the government option. Where subsidized by tax money, it will undercut the Private insurance companies price.

Then toss in the added taxes on small business to support this new system.

In 10 years time, Private Insurance Companies will have been forced out of the marketplace. And everyone will be on the Government option.

The added tax burden on small business will force most to shut down.

This will happen over time, not overnight. But that is the plan, and has been for some 40 years.

The fundamental change of America. That is what he promised, and that is what he is trying to deliver.

As the Senate moves to raise federal debt limit beyond $12.1 trillion by mid-October, as asked by both Tim Gietner and President Obama, a series of game changing events are happening elsewhere.

Today the UN put out a report, calling for a new world base currency, and dumping the dollar.

China is pulling all of its gold reserves out of the London storehouse, and moving all their gold to Hong Kong.

China has given permission for its companies and banks to default on all the derivatives they bought.

And China is officially dismayed at the spending and money printing of our government.

Unions and Govenrment Hand and Hand

There is a scary thing happening in DC. It is what seems to be the merger of both the government and the Unions.

In the past week several disturbing things happened that are not making much news.

As I have written before, the head of the NY AFL-CIO was named to the head of the NY Federal Reserve.

Then, the same day, we have the AFL-CIO announcing their new tax plan for Wall Street stock transactions.

Quietly today, as one crazy Czar leaves, another is a appointed. He was the head of the Steele Workers Union, now he is the manufacturing Czar.

We also have the SEIU working with the DNC and Health Care For America Now, to swamp the town halls and either disrupt or keep out dissenters. The SEIU is also working behind the scenes to take over the retirement plans for all Americans.

And one has to wonder why Mr O would address the AFL-CIO today to push forward on his health care reform, and why the AFL-CIO has taken the position that without the government option, there is no reform.

After all, if you read the thing, the AFL-CIO, and in fact all Unions, are exempt from being forced into the government option. So just why is it so critical to them?

The Unions, by their very nature, are socialist entities. You have the elite upper class that run them, and then everyone else who all has the same entitlements. Sounds like the old USSR. Oddly, they do have a lot in common.

The Unions and the Democratic Left have been working together since the late 1950's to achieve their socialist utopia. And it looks as though they are realizing their dreams.

The lines between government and Unions have suddenly blurred, as they seem to be one in the same now. And it makes sense if you look at all the other Czars Mr O has appointed. I really don't care what goes on in Venezuela for the most part. It really doesn't effect my world at all. However, under the new direction of the Diversity Czar in the current administration, there are some spooky parallels.

All eye's should be focused on congress this month. This will be the month that we either stay a democratic Republic, of we swing into a complete fanciest state. If Pelosi and Reid keep all the Dem's in line with the way they want to vote, it will be game over. There will be no way to undue the damage.

Also, still under the national radar, but not out of the works, and Mr O touched on it today in his radio address. Your retirement. What they have in mind but are not saying is another spooky idea. They are planning for the SEUI to take control and run everyone's retirement accounts. No longer will you need to think about what you want to do, the Union will make all your decisions for you.

So far in the last week, the AFL-CIO has taken control of the NY FED. The AFL-CIO is now making proposals for tax increases in industries that they have no business in.

In a fascist state, the government takes over industries and partners with the workers, Suddenly, the two major Unions seem to now be part of the government making decisions for everyone else. You can listen to the noise out of the White House all day long saying that it is crazy talk that they are taking over.

Yet the fact remains they have taking over the Auto industry, the banks, the insurance companies, put full control of the tobacco companies into the hands of the FDA. They are trying to gain full control of the Health Care industry, and Cap and Trade will give them control over the energy and oil industries.

ACORN has also become a partner of the government, and so have their hundreds of splinter groups.

History doesn't lie, but it does repeat. And they can call it whatever they want,the end result is still the same.

Everything they have done, and are planning, they say we done to save the economy. Was it really? Nothing has changed except the way they keep their accounting books. Only now the government has control of the greatest portion of our industries and business.

The progressives are all excited. They have spent the last 50 years working for this day. And if you take the time to read up on what they have been saying and planning, you'll understand just how dangerous this point in time is for our nation.

Funny thing. The original article in the LA times said the culprit was an anti Obamacare guy, and the victim was as an innocent pro Obamacare guy.

Kennedy, The One, And Rangel

It all sort of looks like the government is gearing up for a major operation. Right now it is flue season in South America. Argentina is being hit the hardest according to the news. And as of now they have a 1% mortality rate at best. Less than the normal seasonal flu.

What with China's derivative market starting to tank, there is a very good chance it will adversely affect our own markets. Many suspect our markets have been manipulated by the Treasury and the FED, and that it is all about to come crashing down.

Well here we are. Team O has ratings at 42% positive now. It doesn't seem the vacation helped there. Might have cost him a few favorable points as I think the average American is getting tired of watching him and his family take very expensive vacations while the everyday American is losing everything.

Today Mr. Gibbs again blamed the GOP for not willing to act in a bipartisan manner when it comes to Health Care Reform. He did forget to mention that Nancy Pelosi told her House Dem's not to even talk with the GOP members.

But have no fear, she is planning to get her Dem's to fall into line once they get back to DC. They are planning to soft sell the plan now. The government option will be downplayed.

She wants to undo the damage done over the break.

Well, so much for a slow news week.

Harry Reid is trying to bully and financially ruin the largest newspaper in Vegas. Apparently they don't agree with his politics.

Ted Kennedy, who spent the last 40 years trying his darnedest to turn our country into a Socialist Wonderland, is now being hailed as the greatest Senator of our time. Never mind his tattered past, what with killing a woman, and trying to undermine the country by dealing with the old Soviet Union behind everyone's back.

In fact, if he hadn't been a Kennedy, he most likely would have died in prison.

But, they will pass that insane health care deal, slapping Ted's name on it and doing it in his honor. It matters not what the country wants.

We now have forty some odd Czar's in the White House. All of them far left radicals, many of them self proclaimed communist's. All of them are pushing agenda's to completely destroy our country and rebuild it into a Socialist paradise.

California seems to be burning down to the ground. Excellent timing, since the state is bankrupt.

The media finally discovered the Bill that gives the Bamster the power to shut down the Internet. It's only been floating around DC for two months now. Suddenly they are surprised.

Our old friend Charlie Rangel is in even more tax trouble. If he isn't smart enough to know where he hid his money, he really should not be writing the tax laws.

Barney Frank now says he'll come up with a bill to audit the FED. I guess he doesn't like Ron Paul's Bill. I'm sure Barney needs to get in there and goober up the language so it will not do anything.

Speaking of the FED, Blomberg news sued under the FOI Act, to find out who and where all those trillions have been going. Of course Mr Bernake filed an appeal, stating that if the information was released, it would cause a collapse of the financial system.

So I guess if things are so precarious, that would mean they are lying to us about how the recession is over and everything is wonderful.

I have noticed several things since our new Dear Leader has taken charge, and the economy has plunged further south.

One, racial tensions are higher. I as a white male, had some racial slurs tossed my way this week by a couple of thugs in a public place. Minding my own business, and they were loud and arrogant about it.

Two, crime and assaults seem to be on the rise, as do home invasions.

And third, suicides seem to be on the rise as well, although it isn't making the news.

Here is something that did make the news. And it is appalling. And this can happen to any one of us.

I'm not going to bash Mr Kennedy, But his passing has brought out everything that I, and probably most Americans, dislike about both Washington and the media.

To the folks in DC and the media, Mr Kennedy was the Liberal Lion. A fighter for the little man. A man who devoted his entire life to public service.

To me, he represents one of the major problems in Washington.

A wealthy elitist who spent 50 years as a Senator, pushing the left wing Progressive agenda. His ties with the common man were most likely limited to his driver. Every thing he pushed for was aimed at growing government in size and in controlling our lives.

He didn't hob knob with the poor folks. He pushed for wind energy, then fought the company that wanted to put windmills in sight of his home front view.

Yet, in memorial, he is now remembered as a friend to the poor, and a fighter for clean energy and the little man..

True, he has been pushing for government controlled Health Care for decades. But not for the betterment of the people, but for the government to gain control over the poor.

I could go through a long list of his quotes to illustrate my points, but again, I'm not here to bash his memory.

When they raised the minimum wage, and Mr Kennedy and Mrs Pelosi were all a giddy with how they have helped the poor everyday man, they forgot to mention something. Union wages are tied to the national minimum wage. When that goes up, so do Union wages. Ever wonder why the Unions are such liberal supporters?

Also consider the same Unions are exempt from all this Health Care reform. And they had a seat at the table writing the bill. Under this administration, the Unions have been elevated to a new type of status. It would be akin to nobility in the Old World.

Anyway, now with Mr Kennedy barely cold, Mrs Pelosi and her ilk are trying the hard sell to get their health care plan passed in honor of Mr Kennedy. I think it just shows their complete insensitivity and crassness. And if this backfires, they will move on to another tactic.

It has moved from Health cars reform, and there is no single payer plan, to Insurance reform, this is not Universal Health care, to yes there is a single payer option, and without it there is no point in passing it.

The bottom lie is, the single payer plan. While they send every operative on the offensive to state this will not lead to a government takeover, last year the same people were touting how a single payer plan would incrementally lead to a government takeover.

And that is what Mr Kennedy wanted all along.

The Real Unemployment tale

If one considers the people who would like a job but have stopped looking -- so-called discouraged workers -- and those who are working fewer hours than they want, the unemployment rate would move from the official 9.4 percent to 16 percent, said Atlanta Fed chief Dennis Lockhart.

Well, at least someone is admitting is really is worse than the 9.4% crap they are conning us with. .

But how does the government know how many people have stopped looking for a job?

Do they call every single employer and audit the applications? No.

Once your unemployment benefits expire, they decide that you are no longer looking for a job.

Crazy right? But that is how the government view things in this mess up country

Truth be told, the actual unemployment rate is over 21% right now. But the government has decided that an imaginary 300,000 new jobs are created every month, so they deduct that number from the totals. They also decide to adjust for seasonal employment, what ever that means, and they pick a number out of thin air, and deduct that from the totals as well.

Then they subtract the 500 to 800,000 folks that are now losing their unemployment each month.

And like magic, you have a manageable 9.4%.

Sounds much better on the evening news. 21% and above is Great Depression numbers, and they simply will not admit to that.

One must keep in mind that during the Depression, unemployment hit 25% for one year only. That was 1933. For the rest of the decade plus it was between 16% and 20%. And it fluctuated up and down.

So if you look at our rate now, and eliminate the funny accounting the government does to put a happy face on things, we are in big trouble. A fact that I think everyone except the government will admit.

H1N1 - Czar's And Quarantines

A little while back I speculated that all the new Czar's Team O has appointed were more nefarious then they would have you believe. My theory is that the Progressives are installing a Shadow government. While several looked at me funny when I stated my theory, I am now seeing more and more folks coming to the same conclusion.

Kathleen Sebelius, who never let the law get in her way as governor of Kansas, is in full propaganda mode. She seems to be going out of her way to try to scare the bejeebers out of everyone about H1N1. And she is pushing mandatory vaccinations, starting with school kids.

One thing about the vaccine that they have not been mentioning. They have been running tests in Poland. Giving poor folks some cash to take the shoot, so they can see how it does. So far, there is a 10% mortality rate. That is 10 people out of 100 die from the vaccine.

I am not sure what the flu mortality rate is, but I don't think it is 10%, at least not at this point.

Which takes me to that bastion of Progressiveness, Massachusetts. This week their Senate passed Bill 2028. Which basically says, if you don't get the vaccine, you will either quarantined, and or fined up to $1000 a day.

Still you ask, what does that have to do with a shadow government?

Consider what would happen if the entire country gets quarantined for 14 days to 2 weeks. The economy would finally go over the brink. Since it most likely is anyway, a national quarantine would be the perfect excuse. Blame deflection, something the government is very good at.

Coming out of a national quarantine, everything will have imploded. Congress acts too slowly on a good term, or too quickly when it comes to stupid policy, regardless, they can not be trusted to do what the administration will see as the only choice going forward.

Enter the Czar's, which answer to no one except the President. All of them are far left Progressives hand picked for their positions. Ready to implement the Presidents policies at a moments notice.

I can envision a country with no congress as we know it. No checks and balances. The ground work has been put in place for this. The Constitution is an annoyance to them as it is, in this brave new word, it will simply be a historical document.

The Progressives are globalists. One can not forget that, despite all the rhetoric about justice for the poor. They don't care.

I see the founding of the North American Union coming out of this. Team O was just in Mexico with the other 2 amigo's discussing plans.

Mr Kennedy passed, and my thought go to his family.

But one must remember what Mr Kennedy has stated before.

Socialism hasn't worked in 6,000 years of recorded history, because I (Kennedy) was not there to run it.

That is the underlying Progressive stance.

They are smarter than you, and they know better than you. And they not only know, but will force you to live the way they know you should.

This week I met a very smart man, top of his field. And he told me what I just stated in no uncertain terms. They believe the masses to be idiots who cannot think for themselves, let alone govern themselves. They consider anyone with a different point of view to be idiots.

And they believe they can take over right in front of you. Sadly, I think they just might.

Which brings me back to a shadow government. Team O has already shut the GOP out of all decisions. He is not being partisan in his eye's. They are simply too stupid to join the discussion. It is simply the Progressive way of thinking.

Castro, Holder, and Rangle

President Barack Obama is trying to make positive changes in the United States, but is being fought at every turn by right-wingers who hate him because he is black.

No, thats not from Nancy Pelosi, but our old buddy Fidel Castro in his latest op-ed piece. Politics does make strange bedfellows, and he must be watching the news over here. He has picked up on the race issue the far left has been espousing to demonize anyone who does not agree with Team O's agenda.

Our other good friend, Rep. Charlie Rangel failed to report more than $660,000 in assets during 2007. Rangel also said he would have no further comment on the matter because of the ongoing ethics committee investigation.

I could be mistaken, but I don't think Mr Rangel has paid the back taxes he agreed to last year as of yet, when this scandal stared..

And here is something that is skipping under the radar. Attorney General made big headlines today announcing that he was indeed going after the CIA. What didn't make the news is apparently, Mr Holder was in on the decision to let the Lockerbie Bomber get his compassionate release.

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - Rhode Island will shut down its state government for 12 days and hopes to trim millions of dollars in funding for local governments under a plan Gov. Don Carcieri outlined Monday to balance a budget hammered by surging unemployment and plummeting tax revenue.

The shutdown will force 81 percent of the roughly 13,550-member state work force, excluding its college system, to stay home a dozen days without pay before the start of the new fiscal year in July.

The closures come as the worst recession in decades has eliminated hundreds of millions of dollars in tax collections and pushed unemployment to 12.7 percent, the second-highest jobless rate in the nation behind Michigan.

Now here is something that looks a lot like a conflict of interest to me.

Denis Hughes, president of the New York state branch of the AFL-CIO, has been named the chairman of the New York Federal Reserve Bank. He replaces our good friend Stephen Friedman.

Now that the AFL-CIO and the government have split ownership of General Motors, and the Federal Reserve is supposed to be separate from the government, how does this all play out?

In other Federal reserve news, Our other good friend Ben Bernacke will stay the main man. Since Mr O's speech to renominate him was pre-released, for whatever reason, I will share my favorite parts.

Our auto industry is showing signs of life. Business investment is showing signs of stabilizing. Our housing market and credit markets have been saved from collapse

The auto industry has shown signs of life for two weeks, thanks to government, I mean tax payer subsidies to encourage everyone to buy a new car. Sadly GM and Chrysler were in the last two places as far as car sales go. Government can't even bribe anyone to buy them. Ford was the big American winner. Now that the deal is over, I would expect sales to slag back into the toilet again.

The credit markets may not have completely collapsed, but they sure aren't loaning much. In fact, the credit card folks jacked all their interest rates right before the new law went into effect. Nothing like taking your tax money to save their company, then screwing the tax payer on top of it.

And the housing market is far from being saved from collapse. The banks with the blessing of the government have created a shadow inventory to hide foreclosures and keep the banks looking solvent, and to artificially keep prices higher than they really should be right now.

I guess business investment means Goldman Sach's profit margin. Because everywhere I look, I see companies folding for lack of investment credit.

Yes, old Ben and his friends have done an outstanding job, of accounting tricks, devaluing the Dollar, manipulating the Markets, and most likely prolonging the misery and making the final collapse all the more disastrous.

Not to mention he was in on seizing a few private companies, and forcing them on TARP recipients, forcing banks to take TARP FUNDS against their will, so the government could gain a controlling interest, and picking and choosing which companies will get saved and who would die. I am sure all his friends at Goldman Sach's had nothing to do with the decisions to let their competitors crash and burn, and Goldman winds up making Billions

Seizing banks and selling their assets to JP Morgon for pennies on the Dollar.

And I almost forgot, 2 Trillion some odd Dollars he handed out and refuses to say who received it, and hiring a Lobbying Firm to kill the Audit the Fed Bill in Congress.

Yes, he gets my vote for another term. He is doing a lovely job.

PC Patrol - Government Run Amuck

The world has just gone insane. Now the thought police have taken over in Europe. Phrases and terms used everyday by everyone are now on the chopping block for their offensiveness. Some of the really bad ones that you cannot say now are:

Black day, whiter than white , gentleman’s agreement, black mark, right-hand man, ethnic minority. I

Master bedroom seems to be a problem as well. I am sure there are more of these offensive phrases to be banned shortly.

Has everyone lost their minds?

I am looking for this week to be news slow, as Team O hides on Martha's Vineyard, and Pelosi and Reid hide elsewhere, as will the rest of the Dem's. Hope against hope that come nest week we will have forgotten how they have demonized the American people over the last two weeks.

I thoroughly expect them to come out of hiding fully pretending that last week never happened and the American people are all on board with their insane schemes.

My personal favorite story of last week was how

2)The White House had no idea how people were getting unsolicited Emails from them
3)There was no third party involvement
4)There are no list of Emails and names
5)The snitch site suddenly shuts down
6)Apparently there was a list of names and Emails compiled

Of course my very favorite was when Spokesman Gibbs said at the very beginning of this fiasco that the White House web site has nothing to do with the White House.

Once again, the Team O is stretching the realm of legality into new uncharted territory.

Meanwhile, several more banks were quietly seized by the Fed's, one large one in TX, seized on Friday and sold on Saturday to a Spanish Bank. Something there smells.

Meanwhile we are gearing up for the soon to be mandatory vaccine blitz. In MASS they are proposing a 30 day jail sentence for not complying. Since nearly every state is being forced to release prisoners due to lack of money, this ought to work nicely. Let out the rapist and toss in Joe for not getting his shot like a good boy.

The Chinese stock market is heading down. Apparently they injected tons of money into the system to keep it afloat, and now are having to deal with the reality of that.

Same thing our government did, and is still doing.

Right now our unfunded liabilities are at 99 TRILLION Dollars, our accumulated national debt is over 11 TRILLION Dollars, and the projected deficit for the next decade of insanity is 9 TRILLION Dollars. And that will go up. Sounds like a winning game plan to me.

Of course, that is without the Obamacare plan.

Look for Cap and Trade to quietly get passed in the Senate, just like it did in the House. Odd there was again no debate on that one.

Speaking of Obamacare, the media blitz is on to tell us we all really like the Single Payer system. They compare it to the success of Medicare. Of course everyone pretty much agrees Medicare sucks. And it is also bankrupt.

So lets put everyone on it. The goal here is destroy the Private Insurance industry, and completely control the single largest private sector of what is left of our economy. They were all more than happy to tell everyone that was the plan, until they tried to ram it through congress.

But they will. Because we love it. They keep telling us we do.

The EU - and the hidden NAU Agenda

I think it is time to take a good look at the EU (European Union), how it was formed, and what it means to the various countries involved. There are parallels going on here, whether anyone will admit it or not. But I don't think most US citizens understand what happened in Europe, because that is being used as the blueprint for here.

I know, you say that can't happen here. Same thing they said in Europe as it was happening.

The formation ot the EU was the brainchild of one man a little over fifty years ago. I will skip all the names and details, as it get quite involved. This will be more like a Readers Digest version.

It all started with a trade agreement involving the coal and steel industries across the continent. In 1951 European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC) was set up. In 1957 the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community treaties were signed. In 1967 the European community was formed creating a single Commission, a single Council of Ministers, and the European Parliament.

By 1992, 15 of the European countries had signed on, and the Treaty of Maastricht laid the basis for further forms of cooperation in foreign and defense policy, in judicial and internal affairs, and in the creation of an economic and monetary union - including a common currency

In 2004, 27 countries had joined and an effort to establish an EU constitution began, This all sounds innocent enough. Just a bunch of trade agreements, and a common currency.

The CIA classifies the EU as a hybrid intergovernmental and supranational organization.

In June 2007, the European Council agreed on a clear and concise mandate for an Intergovernmental Conference to form a political agreement and put it into legal form; this agreement, known as the Reform Treaty, would have served as a constitution and was presented to the European Council in October 2007 for individual country ratification; it was rejected by Irish voters in June 2008, again stalling the ratification process

So the key here is the new term Supranational. The Eu has created it's own Constitution and laws. These laws trump the laws of the member states. They are now working on the full ratification of the Lisbon treaty.

Ireland voted this down last year, and they were told they voted wrong and did not understand what they were voting for. It is being put to them again with a blitzkrieg of propaganda. Once this passes, the EU will consolidate the various country militarily into one EU force.

The things to remember in all of this, is it started with international trade agreements, and the formation of unions. While it seemed innocuous enough, it was a well laid plan to incrementally suck Europe into this Union. The man behind it had a long range plan.

The man behind the formation of a North American Union studied this plan, and has already started implementing it. NAFTA was the first step. Simple trade agreements, nothing spooky here.

Incrementation is the key. A lot can be done if it is done slowly in plain sight.

Clinton brought us NAFTA, and President Bush signed the SPP agreement, this was just another step. As an agreement, it did not need to be taken before Congress, or the American people. It was signed on the sly. President Obama was just in Mexico for the annual conference of the SPP member states.

The man responsible for this agreement, is the same man that envisions a North American Union, and was the driving force behind NAFTA.

His name is Robert Pastor, and I suggest you look into him.

We all know, that can't happen here.

Housing recovery - or More Smoke and Mirrors

What a week. Monday the recession was over, Tuesday it was back on, and now Friday the housing market has bottomed out, again, for the forth month.

Today, after tinkering with their figures some more, they announced that existing home sales went up 7% in July. WHOO HOO, everything is looking up again!

But what is hidden in those new numbers?

First off, they didn't mention the 90,000 homes that were foreclosed on in July. That might offset that number a bit.

Next:

Sales in July rose for the fourth straight month to hit an annual rate of 5.24 million units, the highest since August 2007, the National Association of Realtors said. The total beat market expectations of a 5 million unit pace and June's 4.89 million pace.

In regular language, they hoped for 5 Million home sales by the end of July, and actually tallied 5,24 Million. Annual rate, simply means how many that have been sold up to that point in time. But calling in the annual rate makes it sound a lot more impressive.

Here is the real goody:

With distressed sales accounting for 31 percent of the transactions in July, inventories rising and home prices remaining depressed

Foreclosed homes made up 31% of the 7% gain. Depressed prices made up the rest, and these prices were already depressed this time last year..

The national median home price was $178,400 in July, down 15.1 percent from the same period last year, weighed down by distressed sales -- sales in foreclosure or close to it -- as such homes typically sell for 15 to 20 percent less than traditional homes.

So the houses that were not foreclosures that were sold, were marked down between 15 to 20%. This time last year, my former house had a depressed value of 18%, so I would think that this would mean in reality, the prices are down from 30 to 40%.

Then factor this in:

The inventory of existing homes for sale in July rose 7.3 percent to 4.09 million units from the previous month, NAR said. At July's sales pace, that represented a 9.4 months' supply, the same as in June.

So while sales went up 7.2%, there were 7.3% more houses put on the market due to foreclosed properties. To me, that looks like the market isn't breaking even.

Next, we have the shadow market. Somewhere around 1 Million homes the banks refuse to list or put on the market. It makes the books look better, and these bogus figures they put out look better.

In fact, our old friend Barny Frank now wants to take those houses, and rent them back to the former owners.

Add to that, the government put on a foreclosure moratorium, so they in effect stopped taking houses until the end of September, All in an effort to artificially hold prices higher than they should be, and keep the banks books looking profitable.

What they are passing off as a rebound in the housing market, is really nothing more then accounting tricks, and fanciful numbers created from the accounting tricks.

If you tried this with your tax return, they would arrest you.

But, this is they same way they come up with unemployment numbers. Just tinker with them enough and come up with something that doesn't sound too bad.

Add into all this the news that the deficit is now being projected at 9 Trillion over the next decade.

To put that into perspective, when Team O took office and passed the Stimulus bill, the combined national deficit since the founding of the country was 11 Trillion Dollars.

I think we are heading over a cliff. You can only fiddle with the books for so long before it all comes crashing down. The question is, how long can they keep the fraud going before it crashes.

Racism and the Left

Racism is alive and well, on the Progressive Left. And actual history shows, that is where it has always stemmed from. However in this day and age once again reality has been turned upside down to suit the Lefts agenda.

The blathering pundits on TV news were all a tizzy about a man carrying a gun at a recent Town Hall. Never mind that open carry is allowed in that state. The President is clearly in danger from these white racist carrying guns.

They forgot to mention the man is question was black. It did not fit their hysteria.

Governor Paterson, who replaced Spitzer, by all accounts has been an incompetent buffoon since taking office. Never mind that he has no clue as to running his state. He now claims racism is at the heart of the attacks on him. In particular the racist media.

Team O's friend, the Nutty Professor, screams racism at the police.

The left wing media is trying to drill it into our heads that if we do not support Obamacare, we are therefore racist.

In fact, if you do not support any of the Presidents plans, you are racist.

If you didn't vote for Obama, clearly it was because you are a racist.

I've even been told I was a racist for believing in the Constitution, because they had slaves back then.

The media was all over the story that a black man was beaten at a town hall meeting. They blamed it on the anti Obama racist Nazi's. In truth, it was 6 SEIU members, paid by Team O to be there to keep opposing viewpoints out of the meeting, who beat up a conservative black man.

But all the media will say is out of control racists beat a black man.

The left wing Democrats, in truth, were the ones who kept the civil rights suppressed in the South. Once they figured out how to play it into their favor, they switched sides, sort of.

They pass entitlements galore meant to help the downtrodden. In reality, they are purposely trying to keep them downtrodden. As they can always promise the moon, get their vote, and then blame the GOP for their ensuing woes.

Real opportunities never come forth, just an endless cycle of poverty. But they have the game down.

Looking back, any man or woman of color who has risen in the GOP has been labeled an Uncle Tom by the left. In fact, to keep their stranglehold on the Black and Latino vote, they do their best to destroy any GOP person of color. And have been very successful at it.

Clarence Thomas comes to mind. They also blocked the GOP's attempt to put a Latino in the Supreme Court. Because only the Left can do that.

Yes, there is still racism. And it all comes from the Left, their community Organizing Groups like ACORN and its affiliates. Jessie Jackson, and Al Sharpton.

They will call you a racist and shake you down. Send in their private army of professional protesters, get the media to demonize you and your company. Vandalize your property, smear your name and make your life miserable.

The media and the Left use racism to their own ends, and keep it alive. Without division, they cannot offer up their solutions. Without needing their solutions, there is no reason to vote for them.

And that is what it is all about. Getting reelected.

Personally, I have had enough of this type of fraud. As I hope any rational person would also be tired of this.

Ethics? Not in DC

There is a few things making me want to stick pencils in my eye today.

Ted Kennedy is one of them. Back when John Kerry was running for President, and Mitt Romney was governor, the governor had the legal right to choose a new Senator in the event of a vacancy. Mr Kennedy didn't want Mr Romney to be able to pick a Republican in the event Mr Kerry won the Presidency. So he petitioned the Massachusetts legislature to change the law. He got his way and now the state is required to hold a special election within 5 months of the vacant seat.

Oh course that was then, and this is now. Now there is a Democrat governor, and Mr Kennedy isn't sure he will be around for the Health Care vote. So he has now petitioned for the law to be changed back, so the governor can appoint his replacement in the event of his death.

Yeah, soak that in.

Also today, it was announced that the government is going to soon announce how they will end the Cash for Clunker plan. Oddly, it comes the day after the dealerships in NY announced they are pulling the plug themselves, because they have yet to be reimbursed by the government for all the sales so far. In fact, many dealers across the country have already pulled the plug on the plan for the same reason.

Speaking of the Senate, news today is they are planning to use the little known rule of reconciliation to ram the Obamacare bill through. They only need 51 votes to do this. And it is questionable if this Bill qualifies under the Senate rules, but hey, why worry about that now. It really is no big surprise, as Harry Reid said months ago that he would use this rule to ram it through if support for it disappeared.

Again, the arrogance is appalling, but not surprising.

Rep. Henry Waxman and Rep. Bart Stupak have sent letters to the top 52 Health Insurance companies. They want their books, so they can try to find some dirt to air publicly and get the people mad at them, much like they tried to do with the car company CEO's. It is comforting to know that when the government has decided to take over your industry, they can demand your records and books be turned over.

I fully expect them to find some non issue to blow out of proportion to make their point. We need to take over the Insurance Industry. They are going to pass the single payer / Universal Health Care plan, and they will do anything they can think of to justify it.

These are the same folks that do not want the Federal Reserve audited. Or their own books. We might find out how corrupt they really are.

On a lighter side, I read the other day that the Socialist and the Marxist Parties are offended by all the comparisons to the Administration. Even they do not want to be associated with them anymore.

Another shocker, David Axelrod still owed 2 Million for a company he founded that is, how should I say, profiting from the Obamacare legislation. Don't worry though, he is no longer involved. His brother owns the company now.

Didn't the Senate Ethics committee find Chris Dodd not guilty of getting that sweetheart deal? Go figure. Charlie Rangle still hasn't paid his back taxes. And Nancy Pelosi list her winery as worth somewhere between 5 and 35 Million. I guess it all depends on the current real estate crises.

It's Only Fair

There are three kinds of business, private, private / government, and government.

Examples of private / government would be when a private company, such as General Motors, get taken away from the private owners and becomes a mix of Union and Government. This was very popular with Stalin. There actually is a lot written by the Stalinist followers about this very subject.

The USPS, AMTRACK, DMV, Medicare are examples of government run business. Everyone has a horror story or two about these. Unlike with a private business, you have very little recourse when the government overcharges you or somehow makes your life miserable.

Then there is the dying breed, private business. This is where innovation comes from. It also is run on a consumer basis, if you the consumer isn't happy, the private business will fail. It is also market driven, if no one wants your goods or services, the private business will fail. It is also cost conscience. In private business, both your operating cost and and your product cost must be kept in line to make a profit.

Profit is a word the government doesn't like. If you make a profit, these days you are somehow evil. It is a rather new concept, but seems to be the catalyst for much of what the government is doing these days.

Profits allow you to pay your employees, pay your taxes, expand production, hire new workers, donate in your community, sponsor little league teams. Private business is good for the economy. It also creates competition.

Competition is good because the consumer has a choice of a variety of products, in various pricing ranges. You can but an I pod or a Zuni, it is your choice. Or neither if you like.

Going back to the government business, they do not operate under the profit generating business model. They operate under the subsidy model. Which means they receive tax money to keep them running.

AMTRACK is an excellent example. It has not made a dime in profit since its inception. It does receive billions in tax dollars every year to keep it operating.

The USPS doesn't run on a profit model either. They are in fact losing money on a daily basis.

Now that the UAW has partnered with the government to run GM, and Chrysler, it is hard to find out how much money in tax revenue is being floated their way. But since Unions don't work for the company to make a profit, and nothing the government runs makes a profit, I imagine they are getting a good share of tax money.

Which brings me to health care, again. There are a lot of things the government could do to improve the system and reduce costs. However none of that is being addressed in the 1,000 plus page Bill. Because the goal is to drive out private business and have the government run the whole system.

Now, lets go a step farther.

The FDIC is bankrupt. They are the government agency that takes over failing banks, and guarantees your deposit safety. They estimate another 500 banks will fail in the next three months.

Since the original bailout plan started, the idea was the banks would start loaning money to small business to keep them afloat. In fact the opposite has occurred, and small business has been forced to lay off workers to try to stay open.

Many have closed altogether. A lot of big companies have closed. You would think the folks in DC would be talking about jobs a little bit. Instead they are touting how good things look since only 500,000 jobs were lost last month. That is down from 700,000, so things are looking up.

That is how government views the world. If it is better than the worst case scenario, then it is a success.

This brings me back to cash for clunkers. I said this was stupid since day one. Why, because the government isn't profit driven. A timely manner for them is years, not days, to get things done. The Car dealerships use their own money to buy the cars on their lot. And now, they are having trouble getting the government to reimburse them for this plan.

This means the dealers now are cash short, for operating cost, payroll, and new inventory. That means if you work for one and managed to survive up to this point, you might be facing a layoff now, thanks to the government fix.

The government however, sees this as not only a success, but a sign the recession is over.

The government does not operate by the same rules the private sector must abide by. In fact, once they get involved in an industry, they tend to tilt the regulations to favor themselves and kill competition.

This is exactly what the public option is designed to do. Tax payer supported, designed to undercut the private industry. New taxes imposed to coerce business to use their plan.

So far, nothing since last October has been done to help the economy or save jobs. Everything has been done to reward political allies, and crush competition. Once they thoroughly destroy private business, there is the matter of where will they collect their taxes from?

I firmly believe this madness is meant to take the USA and bring it down to a third world standard of living. The Progressives blame us for all the evils of the world, and since they can't figure out how to raise anyone else's living standard, they are content with wrecking ours.

It is only fair after all.

Here we are, all the way into Tuesday, and not only is the single payer plan back, now they are no longer trying to hide it, and are calling it the single payer plan. Wasn't way back, Monday when I said it would be back?

Meanwhile, news has come out that the Canadian and British single payer systems are imploding. In fact, both countries are now considering some sort of private insurance system to save them. Of course you won't see that on most TV news.

Congress is now openly stating they will vote for this debacle against their constituents wishes, because they know better. But that is to be expected these days.

What really has chapped my hide is the new Progressive campaign against America. They have now created the none sense that if you call Team O a socialist, what you really are doing is calling him a N#$%^^.

So I guess I will have to refer to him from this point on as a Progressive Communistic Marxist. Nothing at all racial involved. If it walks like a duck.......

I won't even go into the nuts and bolts on how bad this Bill is going to be for the country. I will say that it is completely Unconstitutional.

Nowhere does the Constitution give the Federal Government the power to create a single payer public health system. In fact, they are only supposed to have the power to do what is spelled out in the Constitution.

Of course the Constitution has been overlooked a lot lately. And to the Progressives, is means nothing. What counts is complete and total power over America. And look at what a fine job they have done since taking over.

Make no mistake, the single payer plan is nothing more than a government wealth redistribution plan. And that is why it will pass. Same as Cap and Trade, it will pass as well.

Add these to the tax increases coming, and I think its safe to say unemployment will be at 50% if not more. Small business account for 70% of American jobs. And when the math is done, 90% of small business will close with all these new taxes placed on them.

The Great uniter has divided the country more than ever.

The administration started with a war on Wall Street, and the Banks. Now they have declared war on the American people themselves with the language used to describe us. And they do not care. They do not care that unemployment is still rising at over half a million folks a month. They don't care that 90,000 homes were foreclosed on in July. They simply want complete power over us at any and all cost.

One of my favorite statements from Team O is 14,000 people lose their health insurance everyday. Why doesn't he follow that with the statement that those 14,000 people also lost their job, which is why they lost coverage.

Is it just me?

Or does Team O not care about the law until they get caught, then toss the blame somewhere like we don't see what is going on?

Way back last week Team O started their Fishy Email link. You remember, if you get an Email about Obamacare that looks like it is fishy, send it to the White House site, so they can set the record straight. How they were going to do that was kind of iffy.

I was planning on sending the congressional web site to them, because everything looks fishy there.

I went to some lefty forums on the Internet, and saw people bragging about how they turned in this person or that person to the White House. Spooky stuff, very much reminiscent to the way the Nazi's got folks to turn each other in.

By the middle of the week, even the ACLU made a public statement that said they thought this had crossed the line. That in itself is like a flare going up that something nefarious was happening.

Towards the end of last week, Major Garret from Fox News asked every one's favorite Press Secretary, Robert Gibbs, about the fact that suddenly people were getting Emails from the White House that they never signed up for.

Mr Gibb's mumbled and looked irritated, and then dismissed the questions and moved on. For the next three days Mr Garret seemed to have hit a brick wall trying to get an answer. He even got permission from some of the Email recipients to give their Email address to Mr Gibbs so he could check it against their list.

List? They said they weren't compiling a list from that sight. Blunder number one. So they were compiling a list from the Emails turned in to them from the Fishy Information site.

Through Sunday, Mr Garret could not get Mr Gibbs to respond and check his list against the Emails. But today is a whole new week. And things change quickly in Washington, especially when you are trying to cover your self.

Today the White House announced that the Emails sent from the White House were really sent from un-named third party groups. Today the Fishy turn in your friends and family web site has been disabled.

Something just does not look right here. Now why would they shut down their site, once questions are being asked. Unless they are doing what we all feared they are doing.

And it doesn't look right to the ACLU either. This must be the first time I agree with them in 20 years.

No matter how you slice it, the White House seems to have been collecting Emails of dissidents, and using that list. That is against the law.

And now the Government finger pointing and blame deflection has started. Something they seem to do a lot of.

Somebody tell them they are not in Chicago anymore.

This isn't the main subject, but I didn't want to forget it so here goes. As we all should know, the White House took the Census Department and gave it to Rahm Emanuel to run.

Then they hired ACORN and it's subsidiaries to do the footwork. As we should know, the main point of the Census is to draw up congressional lines, and decide how many rep's a state has, and how much Federal Funding they will receive..

Then they quietly announced that this year they will be counting illegal aliens. And today I find this:

The U.S. Census Bureau has told Utah's elected leaders it won't count Mormon missionaries serving overseas in the nation's next head count.

Utah says the omission cost the state an extra congressional seat in 2000, when Utah fell just 857 people short of receiving the last available slot in the U.S. House.

Yes, our government will award congressional seats for the amount of illegals you have, but will not count Americans who happen to be working abroad. That should make you want to stick a pencil in your eye. Isn't Utah mostly Conservative? I'm sure that has nothing to do with it.

But lets move on to the main topic.

Lets talk Obamacare. Today's big headline:

President Barack Obama's administration signaled on Sunday it is ready to abandon the idea of giving Americans the option of government-run health insurance as part of his ambitious healthcare proposal.

Really? The article right next to it says this:

I think there will be a competitor to private insurers," Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said Sunday. "That's really the essential part."

As we all should know, the government option is the reason they invented the health care crisis in the first place. And right up to a few months ago, they were glad to tell you that their plan is designed to eliminate private insurance. This has been a plan in the works for over 40 years, and they see this as their best opportunity.

Then, you have Arlen Specter, who faced a lot of angry constituents this past week. He now says this:

Sen. Arlen Specter says critics of the Democrats' healthcare proposals are not representative of the public's view on the issue.

The Pennsylvania Democrat says people who are angry at town hall meetings don't reflect the broader public opinion of the proposed overhaul. Specter has faced tough town hall audiences in his home state.

There is overwhelming evidence that many of the pro O care folks at the meetings were Democratic plants. One even pretending to be a doctor, to seem more credible.

It looks pretty obvious to me that the single payer plan is alive and well. The democrats are blowing off the American people, and all the polls that show we do not want this. Not to mention the congressional Email that has been overloaded all week from angry Americans.

But hey, they know best.

As Kathleen Sebelius says, it is the essential part of their plan. Unless you listen to her interview, where she said it isn't essential. Which is it? Two different same day interviews, two very different opinions.

I would venture to guess that Team O will put a little distance between himself and the plan, and when it gets passed in congress, it will have the single payer plan buried in there in a last minute amendment that will not be read, on the day of the vote.

They may call it a co-op, I call it Three Card Monty.

Pandemic as Excuse For Martial Law

I was looking for something happy to talk about today. The best I could find was Bob Dillon getting busted for looking eccentric, and the young policewoman had no idea who is was, or is. So much for happy.

There is a lot of shadowy things going on across the country right now, and it looks like my earlier speculation that a H1N1 national quarantine is at the very least, being prepared for by the government.

The DOD and DHS are planning troop placements. The DOD is trying to gain control of 400,000 National Guard Reserves.

A lot of other odd things happening as well, but this one here really stands out

U.S. Rep. Paul Broun, at his recent Town Hall in GA, just may have let the cat out of the bag. After voicing his disdain for Obama care, he also spoke out about some other things he is ticked off about with this administration.

He also spoke of a socialistic elite, Obama, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid - who might use a pandemic disease or natural disaster as an excuse to declare martial law. They're trying to develop an environment where they can take over. We've seen that historically.

WHAT?

That is what I said when H1N1 broke out in Mexico, and no reporter from any news agency went down to cover the story. That whole thing smelled fishy.

So either this congressman is as kooky as I am, or he knows something. There have been several secret congress meetings over the last year. Which in itself is suspicious. You can't trust them when Cspan is watching, let alone when they have the camera's off.

Whichever it is, no one in the media is covering Rep, Broun's remarks. Which is to be expected.

Speaking of fishy, I think everyone should send the Email address of every member of congress to the White House web site. After all, they spread more fishy information than anyone I can think of.

And speaking of fishy, I was taken aback that the ACLU is standing up to the White House on the collecting Email subject. It clearly violates the law, and the Constitution, but I just never thought the ACLU would do anything adverse to Team O. I thought they were on the same side, and would endorse this new practice.

And speaking of Town Halls in general, I am really enjoying how regular Americans actually take the time to read the House Bill posted on line, and then quizzing their representatives, who tell them what they are quoting is not in the bill.

Like I said, send your representatives Email to the White House. They are spreading fishy information.

TARP and the SPLC

Remember the reason for TARP? It was to buy the banks toxic assets. Almost one year later, not one toxic asset has been bought with that fund.

They bought a couple car companies, gave money to Hedge fund companies and credit card companies that declared themselves banks to get some cash. It seems they have done everything except what the fund was intended for.

It would seem that only the banks that have close ties to the Federal Reserve got a financial infusion. Lets take JP Morgon Chase for instance. Back in 1913, Mr Morgon was one of the founders of the Federal Reserve.

Looks suspicious to me. So expect a lot of bank closures this fall.

But here is what I really want to talk about today.

Remember yesterday, when we discovered that the DHS report was largely written using the Southern Poverty Law Center's web site? Now the SPLC is using that report to enhance their claims. And again, in this article, the EXPERTS who track these things is the SPLC, who again is not mentioned.

It seems that there is an active campaign to inject racism into the country, to try to divide and conquer. The media is fueling this none sense.

The article sights 4 seperate incidents around the country, of four nut jobs to back up their claims.

It's certainly a scary time, said former FBI agent Brad Garrett, now an ABC News consultant. Garrett said the Secret Service "cannot afford to pass on anyone, and he believes they really do fear that something could happen to [Obama].

I thought the Secret Service always took all treats seriously.

And blame the right:

Garrett said statements like one recently made by controversial radio host Rush Limbaugh comparing a logo for the White House plan to a Nazi symbol legitimizes people who are on the edge to go do something or say something.

And then bury the truth in the article:

Los Angeles police officers apprehended a man Thursday after a standoff with him inside a red Volkswagen Bug car in Westwood, CA – the latest disturbing case even though officials said the man had mental problems.

New FCC Plan

Something else ticking me off today. I read about this last night, and could not believe my eyes.

FCC’s Chief Diversity Officer Wants Private Broadcasters to Pay a Sum Equal to Their Total Operating Costs to Fund Public Broadcasting.

Yes, you read that correctly.

Mark Lloyd, newly appointed Chief Diversity Officer of the Federal Communications Commission, has called for making private broadcasting companies pay licensing fees equal to their total operating costs to allow public broadcasting outlets to spend the same on their operations as the private companies do.

This looks to me like another attempt to silence free speech on radio. If you double the operating cost of a station, they will go out of business. Team O has been looking for ways to regulate talk radio off the air, and this looks like their new plan.

Sunshine and Lollipops in the Land of Denial

The newest term to describe folks that want to speak their mind at Town Halls is: Evil-mongers. This comes courtesy of Harry Reid.

In a government that has truly lost it's collective mind, it seems that DHS just basically trolled some questionable web sites to come up with their everyone who doesn't like Obama is a possible domestic terrorist. The Southern Poverty Law Center was one of the web sites used in making the report. And now, the SPLC is using the report to back up their far left kooky outlook. And then, DHS takes that to mean Militia groups are on the rise. See the pattern here. BS exponentially grows, and DHS is making policy on pure BS.

Militia groups with gripes against the government are regrouping across the country and could grow rapidly, according to an organization that tracks such trends. Notice they don't mention the tracking organization is the Southern Poverty Law Center's web site.

But that isn't what I want to point out today. Remember all the way back to Monday? Monday the recession was over, unemployment was down, and housing and retail sales were up. Here we are all the way into Thursday.

The Commerce Department said Thursday that retail sales fell 0.1 percent last month. Economists had expected a gain of 0.7 percent.

The Labor Department said initial claims increased to a seasonally adjusted 558,000, from 554,000 the previous week. Analysts expected new claims to drop to 545,000 .

Didn't they say last week only 200,000 filed for unemployment? 558,000 looks a lot like the horrible numbers from 6 months ago. And those folks from 6 months ago are now out of unemployment benefits, and no longer being counted as unemployed.

Banks repossessed more than 87,000 homes in July, up from about 79,000 homes a month earlier. The number of U.S. households on the verge of losing their homes rose 7 percent from June to July.

Wait, they said just yesterday the housing market had turned around.

Ah, but here is some cheery news: The federal deficit climbed higher into record territory in July, hitting $1.27 trillion with two months remaining in the budget year.

I remember when I was a kid, at least people thought they could trust what the government told them.

Now they just blatantly ignore the facts and tell you the world is full of lollipops and sunshine. Don't look at the real numbers, just believe the crap we make up on the spot, that gets repeated on all the news shows to make you feel good.

Never mind that Detroit has no grocery stores anymore, and they need armed guards to deliver to the mom and pop operations.

And the White House, they weren't going to use the Email addresses that got turned in for FISHY information, now were they. At least they said they would not on Monday. Well, OK, they lied, they are sending every one that was turned in official Emails now.

The country is a mess, despite what they tell us. There is no such thing as a jobless recovery. It is just something the government made up to pacify us.

There is a noticeable anger brewing across America. There is also fear in the eye's of the people that we are losing our country. And in confronting the elected officials, there seems to be genuine surprise at the animosity tossed at them by the rank and file constituents. The elected officials in DC are for the most part, so removed from the lives of their constituents, they had no idea that so many people have been growing upset with how they do things, and what they are doing.

The Democrats, who for decades have relied on professional groups like ACORN to get out the “grassroots” activists, and have made disruption of events a way of life, are screaming foul. In their mind the Republicans must be doing the same thing. They still do not understand the anger is real, and the folks if organized at all, have organized themselves.

So they call the folks names. Nazi's, Brown Shirts, Racist, Unamerican, anything to marginalize the opposition. What they do not seem to comprehend is the anger at DC is real, and is not going away. The Health Care takeover is just the tipping point for many Americans.

Most of what they do in DC goes unnoticed, and takes a while to effect the regular folks. But this has been brewing for a while. The anger started with the TARP bailouts, that 90% of Americans were against.

Then the Stimulus, which 90% of Americans were against. Cap and Trade, Health Care, taking over the auto companies and the banks. Wiping out regular folks retirement plans, while demonizing them as “Greedy Hedge Fund Wall Streeters”. America has had enough. It only adds fuel to the fire when you contact your representative about a specific concern you have, and they reply with a short note basically telling you they know what is best, but thanks for your input. I have received several of these over the years.

And I haven't said anything you don't already know, but here is something you might not fully comprehend.

I read an article yesterday that really hit the point home on how we lost our country decades ago. It was written by one of the co owners of the Above Top Secret web site. He had gone too DC with some other independent web owners to represent their concerns in regard to upcoming legislation concerning the Internet.

They were assigned a Lobbyist, and proceeded on their schedule. By the end of his visit he made the observation that the lobbyist's control DC. He asked a lobbyist about it, and was told it had been like that for decades. The people have no say.

I tell you this, not because you don't know it in the back of your mind, but we still like to think our voice matters. It does not.

Which brings me back to the town halls, and the genuine surprise at the anger of the people. They only deal with lobbyist's. Their staff handles the Email and letters and phone calls. They really have no clue. This is probably the first time that regular folks have felt inclined to go to town halls and voice their opinions in decades, if not longer. And the congresspeople just were not expecting it.

And since they have been sheltered from the building anger, they feel it cannot be the regular folks behind it. It simply must be the GOP organizing it.

I read a quote where someone made the observation that the GOP could not organize a bake sale right now, and I think that is pretty close to the truth.

The media, which outside of FOX, is just a probama cheerleader, doesn't help. Anyone in DC watching any news outlets would believe all is well with the little man.

Back to Health Care. Have you noticed that what they call it has changed several times over the last month. Now it is health insurance reform. And have you also noticed that the regular folks asking questions seem to have read the House Bill posted online, but their representatives have not. They just give the official talking point answers.

And they wonder why folks are upset.

Slowly, America is waking up, and they want their country back. The question now is, is it too far gone to save, or must we start over.

There are a lot of rumors floating around now that there will be bank holidays in September. There are rumors that the police and the military are getting ready for a major outbreak of civil unrest. While there have been rumors of martial law being imposed since Bush took office in 2000, it is now coming from rational and sane people.

Everyone seems to understand the official unemployment numbers do not reflect true unemployment. The debt incurred this year alone is unmanageable, and the green shoot theory is just more DC none sense trying to ease the fears of the people. Folks are seeing through the veil of disinformation and see how bad things really are.

One only has to go back to when the government acknowledged the recession. For two years they said everything was wonderful. Then in December of 2008, they suddenly rechecked their numbers, and admitted we had been in a recession for one full year. Now they say oop's, it was more like two years.

Six months ago 600 to 700,000 folks applied for unemployment every month. Now those folks are all running out of benefits and being kicked off the rolls. They will no longer be counted as unemployed, and they will have zero income. This has already started. Although everyone quotes different numbers on any given day, it seems that between 500 and 800,,000 just lost benefits during July.

The banks have been keeping new foreclosures off the books since January. And there is about to be another monthly wave as folks lose their benefits. Commercial real estate is about to implode.

The government was all a tizzy with happiness as they touted last months lower unemployment numbers. In actuality, after you take out their formulas, I have seen estimates that reflect 500 to 800,000 actually lost jobs. I have also read economist's stating the lower numbers are a result of companies are now operating on a skeleton crew, and will simply fold up if they let anyone else go.

I think both are true.

The anger and fear in America is real. The question now is, will the folks in DC recognize this and act accordingly, or will they go back and pass their agenda anyway. If they do the former, there is still hope for the country. If they do the latter, there will be some very bad and scary times ahead indeed.

When Chase Took Over

I have been trying to find any of this is the old news reports, but so far I have not been able to. However, the information I received came through an long standing employee with impeccable creditials.

This goes back to President Bush, Hank Paulson, and the original TARP bailouts. Little Tim Guetner and Mr Bernake were there as well.

We need to go back to September of 2008, back when we still had a semi free economic system. Hard to remember that now.

Back in September 2008, Washington Mutual was collapsing, and was triggered by a wave of deposit withdrawals. The Federal Government stepped in and seized Washington Mutual. And this stinks just like the Bank of America scandal. If you remember, B of A was forced to buy a company after they found their debt was billion more than reported. B of A stock took a nose dive, wiping out many private investors. And there have been congressional hearings on it since, where Paulson admitted to forcing the deal.

Well, apparently, after the Government seized Washington Mutual, they gave it to J. P. Morgon Chase for 1.9 Billion Dollars for WaMu's banking operations and will assumed the loan portfolio of the thrift, which has $307 billion in assets. Holders of more than $30 billion in debt and preferred stock got stuck holding the bag.

Well, and apparently they were not the only ones.

When Chase took over WaMu, they inherited there employees. Many of them long term, and what the news and media never reported, when the government gave WaMu to Chase, they wiped out all the WaMu employees retirement plans as part of the deal.

That is right, 20 year plus employees suddenly had no retirement thanks to the US government.

There is currently a lawsuit from the employees who are trying to recoup their retirement. Though I don't give it great odds at success.

As in all these government takeovers and bailouts, the folks loose everything. GM sand Chrysler stockholders got screwed, Bank of America stock holders got screwed.

I can only imagine this same scenario has quietly been playing out behind the scenes in all these takeovers. I only wonder why the media has not reported on any of it at all.

Well, I know, it makes the government look like it doesn't care about the people.

ASTROTURFING - The New Buzz Word

Until this past year I had never heard the term Astroturf, except to describe various football fields.

But it has a political definition, artificial grass roots. And it is being lobbed at anyone who shows up at town halls meeting to ask questions or voice opposite opinions of the administration.

AstroTurf is when groups are hired and paid to go and protest, by larger groups with a stake in the outcome.

An excellent example of AstroTurf groups would be last years Presidential election. ACORN, their hundreds of affiliates, the AFL-CIO, the SEIU, and many other Unions, all participated in the phony grass roots support of Team O.

Now the American people are being accused of this by the Democratic leadership. Along with being called Nazi's.

An organization called Health Care For America Now has launched it's own AstroTurf campaign against the American people who truly want their voices heard at town hall meetings.

So there is no doubt on who is behind this group, from the About Us page:

It is no wonder that suddenly ACORN members were filmed monitoring the door at one event, and only allowing fellow ACORN members inside, while keeping the local constituents out. At another event SEUI members are seen in a video ruffing up a poor guy outside.

There they go calling us Nazi's again. I tried to link to their source to see the call to arms, but only got a non existent Twitter page. So I have no idea if this threat was real, or just something to rally the masses around.

But I did find the Nazi connection. At one event in which Pelosi attended in Denver, a 16 year boy was wearing a t-shirt, which had a picture of Obama and the slogan Hitler gave good speeches, too.

There you go, we are all Nazi's.

Now, since the AFL-CIO, ACORN, and the SEIU have all stepped up to keep the town halls from being taken over by constituents, things sadly might turn violent at these meetings.

Many of these meetings have already been canceled.

Rep. Brad Miller did receive a death threat. But also conceded he had no planned town hall meetings scheduled anyway. And the caller called from his home phone, and their caller ID got the number and it was turned over to the police.

The web site also states their have been physical assaults. But following their link takes you to a Roll Call article, and I found no mention of any assualts, Under the link they state:

That was 4 days ago, so use your best judgment.

They also claim ARRESTS...........but when you follow that link to the actual story, it was the 6 SEIU members who assaulted and hospitalized a man passing out Don't Tread On Me leaflets who were arrested.

I think the democrats are fanning the fire. And sending in ACORN and the Union thugs to keep folks out will only make it worse. What is really disturbing is this all seems to have been signed off on by the Obama administration. Chicago politics on a national scale.

I don't know if they are really so arrogant they think they can fool everyone with these thug tactics, or if they are really trying to pick a fight. Time will tell. But clearly it is meant to intimidate and close the entire discussion. They do not want our opinion. They are marginalizing us now, like they have for the Tea Party movement.

Extreme Ring Wing Fringe - Funny Unemployment Numbers

According to the DNC, average values of average Americans are now considered the Extreme Right Wing Fringe. We are the enemy. And so is anyone that speaks out against their attempt to completely control the country.

In an attempt to silence this extreme fringe, congressional town hall meetings are now being packed with friendly Union members, before the doors are opened to the public. Oddly, these Union members are exempt from Obamacare, as is congress. In fact the SEIU helped write the bill.

You have Nancy Pelosi stating that the trouble makers are wearing swastika's. I don't know where she gets her information, as I have not seen one swastika one anyone at any of the numerous video's of town halls.

Barbra Boxer says the trouble makers are the Brooks Brothers Mob, run by the GOP. I guess she hasn't watched the video's either, as I haven't seen anyone wearing pinstriped suits.

Others from the DNC are simply calling the average folks Nazi's, and Brown Shirts. And the White House wants you to turn in your family and friends who either pass along or write anything against the Health Care take over.

Demonize the opposition. Make things up if you have to.

There is a plan, a formula so to speak, on how to seize control of a Nation. And it has been followed many times before, and it is being followed now.

First the banks must be controlled. Next major industry must be controlled. Then you start taking away the people's freedoms for their own good. Enter Cap and Trade and the Single Payer Government Option Plan.

Then you make the populace afraid to speak out, and encourage the good people to turn in their friends, family, and neighbors if they spread any misinformation about the new policies or leadership. Certain groups of people gets singled out as the enemy of the country, one group at a time.

Public ridicule begins of Radio and TV personalities that speak out against the Regime. Soon they are gone, and the airwaves are censored for content.

Once the people are afraid to dare to speak up, a confiscation of firearms follows. It is for the good of the people.

From here on, you have forced labor camps filled with political dissidents. People simply disappear in the night. And they are never spoken of, for fear you might be next.

Last year I never thought this possible. But it would seem the plan is being followed to a tee, once again.

The Progressives have control of the government, and the country. If you were to read their propaganda, a Socialist Society, where the Government has complete control, is their agenda.

This week the White House made a rather threatening remark aimed at Rush Limbaugh. He's on thin ice. I see the end of free speech on the horizon.

Many older people have been afraid to voice their opinions for months. It is easy to intimidate and scare the elderly. They are the ones who will be directly and adversely effected by Obamacare. And now they are being shut of of the discussion. Actually, everyone is being shut out.

Obama again blamed Bush for everything he deems wrong with the country, and yesterday stated he doesn't want any of those people (meaning Republicans) to say anything about his plans. He is here to clean up their mess.

They have shut out the Republican Congresspeople for all discussions on any of the Bills. Nancy Pelosi gave a standing order for the Democrats to not even talk to the GOP members about it. They do not need their votes to ram this agenda through.

I saw a Tee shirt yesterday. An official DNC shirt, with the phrase Ask me about Single Payer Insurance written on it. If that isn't the goal, why are they putting those out for their proponents to wear?

Something is very wrong with the way things are being done.

They average American is now fearing their government.

What a surprise it was to find that Unemployment went down 1% last month. I find that hard to believe, until you consider how they come up with that number.

Thursday I read over 500,000 jobs had been lost last month. Friday that number shrunk to 200,000. That would be the Government Birth / Death index, where they arbitrarily decide that 300,000 new jobs were created.

Also, they only count you as unemployed if you are collecting unemployment. Last week 800,000 folks had their benefits expire, and are no longer counted as unemployed. So that takes 1 Million 1 Hundred Thousand people off the books

Once you take them out, and then adjust for seasonally variations, a formula I can't find, you wind up with 9.4%. If you were to actually account for everyone, it would be sitting just north of 21% unemployed.

I watched an economist defend their 9.4% number yesterday. Stating it wasn't funny math. Their argument was week and not very convincing.

But, this new number is all the proof Team O needs to state the economy has turned around. But since federal income tax revenues were down by 21% last month, I would suspect that is a fairly close indication of true unemployment.

Well, I have a few issues today, Since they are inter related I guess I'll start with my favorite racist Congressperson.

According to her, well and all the Democrats and the White House, anyone who objects to Nationalized Health Care is just a GOP paid stooge. You folks are not real people, protesting what you actually believe, like ACORN does.

No, you are an unruly mob, unleashed by the special interest groups to give the President a black eye. Because despite what the polls say, Americans want this plan!

When they say this is just like during the election, I can't figure out what they mean. Which election? Are they referring to the two Black Panthers that were arrested for voter intimidation? Oh wait, they were official DNC poll watchers. Must be why Mr O had all the charges dropped.

Then there were those crazy people that went to AIG employee's homes to protest their bonus pay. Oh, no, that was organized by ACORN. You know, outside of the DNC and it'd affiliates I can't think of a single GOP sponsored protest.

So basically the government has now declared war on us, the average citizen. I guess they are running out of business's to destroy and take over.

Never mind that what folks are saying is directly quoted from the posted House Bill, or even video's of all these folks saying how they will turn the US Health Care into a Nationalized system. Because according to the White House, it is all misinformation.

Yes, you cannot trust the American people, they are the biggest liars around. How can the regular folks dress nicely to go to those town hall meetings? Heck, we all know the regular folks wouldn't go anyway. So they must be paid operatives for the evil GOP.

Which brings me to the next thing that has me scared.

The White House now wants you to turn in your friends and family, if they send or forward you an Email with this horrible disinformation in it. Or, turn me in for writing about it. The official term is FISHY. If it looks FISHY, turn it over to the White House.

There have been a few other governments over the years that required you to turn in your friends and family if they said something that went against the government position.

A few that come to mind are Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini.

The thought police have arrived.

On a side note, I heard today that the White House has asked congress to cancel any up coming town halls they have scheduled. It isn't they are afraid to answer any questions, because they are all screened anyway. But they do not want any more video's popping up showing how pissed off the American people are at the government. They see this as damage control, as they are planning on ramming this through no matter what. So they will keep it out of the news, and keep calling us all kooks.

Because the community organizer in chief knows better than you do, what is good for you.

A Shadow Government?

It is good to see everyone giving their congresspeople what for. It is also not unexpected that most media and the White House call this some GOP sponsored plan. And some other names. Dick Durbin defied all reason when he said the American people are all in favor of Obamacare today. The polls clearly show they do not.

But the truth never got in the way of politics. What does matter is they are once again defaming the American people who are freely expressing their views.

I read today that many of the local town hall meetings are being run just like the Presidents. All questions are screened, .and only the ones they like are being asked. No wonder the people are frustrated.

But that isn't what I want to talk about. I want to talk about all those crazy Czar's.

I think we are up to 44 of them now, and they are all extreme kooks of the first order. And so last night I started to wonder just what might be the reason for all these Czar's?

I have a theory, and you might think it as kooky as the Czar's are, but here we go.

Just suppose the economy is going to crash and burn, and the dollar is worthless. I know, that is a big leap there, but bare with me. If the end result, or goal, is a North American Union, just how does congress fit into that?

I don't think they do. The constitution would be meaningless, and I think congress would be as well.

But you need a system in place for that event, or else you'd lose control of the country.

I believe, enter the Czar's. I think these folks are being put into place now, to take the place of congress after the crash.

It is a shadow government being implemented in plain sight, to take command after the economic crash.

It is really the only thing that makes sense. Call me loony tunes, and I have no proof, just a bad feeling in my gut.. And I hope I am wrong. But think about it for a little bit, and you tell me what the possible reason for these guys might be?

In other news, in is good to see they sent Bill in to get the girls out of North Korea. No one knows what we gave up, but at least they didn't let Jimmy Carter go.

A shadow government of kooks being installed into the government to assume control on the NAU implementation. That would be January 1, 2010.
