In the never ending insanity in DC, this has to be a new low.
Never mind the amount of taxpayer money that is spent on Presidential date nights. Nor the amount the summer vacation at Martha's Vineyard is going to cost.
When the One and Mr Biden went out for a burger a while back, and graciously left a $5 tip, the cheapness and elitism was apparent. Heck, I leave $3 for a $5 Grand Slam.
But apparently now when you are invited to the White House for lunch and an audience with The One, you had better bring your credit card.
Four of the most powerful business leaders in America arrived at the White House one day last month for lunch with The One in his Presidential dining room, and their credit card numbers were taken and billed for the meal. There is no information on whether a tip was required or not.
It seems to be the first time in the history of our once great country, that a President has charged invited guests for their lunch tab.
The White House says it was to avoid any conflict of interest. I however, think it shows the contempt Our dear Leader has for businessmen, particularly successful ones.
The One declared war on private business his first week in office. Now that he is the CEO of two car companies, most of the large banks, several insurance companies, and dictating the rules to the mortgage industry, dictating salaries to the financial industry, and working to take over the medical industry, and everything is in disarray, I guess belittling people who actually know what they are doing only makes sense.
And what better why then to invite someone to lunch, and then make them pay for it.
Meanwhile, unemployment numbers keep skyrocketing. The GDP keeps shrinking. And Team O is telling us the whole mess is over. Well thank God. Or thank O.
Somehow, I have a bad feeling about the spin being put out. And it can only be one of two things. Either team O really has no idea about what they are doing, which I think is likely, or they are just flat out lying to us, which is also likely. Probably a combination of the two.
Of course, I still think it is all by design. In order to resurrect the country in the Marxist model that groups like ACORN have been working for (Oh Yeah, Mr O was the National Trainer for ACORN) they must first destroy our economy.
There you go thinking I'm batty again. But if you read up on ACORN, they really make no secret of their agenda.
Call me nuts if you want. Just don't call me for help when it all crashes.

Cash for Klunkers
Last month I mentioned on how the Cash for Klunker's plan was a disaster in CA. And I said it would be a disaster on the National level as well.
Well, I am here to eat my words. The program has been so successful, the government has suspended it after 6 days. They have run out of rebate money. From what I understand, if each of the remaining dealers sold 12 new cars under the plan, that would use up the funding.
Back in the happy days, a dealer would sell between 100 to 300 auto's a month. Granted, that was then and this is now.
However, now, many dealers are sitting with trade ins from this new government plan, and have no assurance that they will get their government reimbursement. According to the plan, they are required to blow the engines, and the cars will be scrapped, regardless of their condition. So the dealers are now stuck with vehicles they cannot resell, because the government promised something they could neither deliver or guarantee.
Not to mention how much money the non government companies spent on advertising for this plan.
And, while the deal was supposed to be in effect until the end of August, 6 days in it is over.
If Wal-Mart ran an ad for plasma TV's at $300 for a month, then 6 days in said, never mind, their would be lawsuits galore. When the government does it, there is no recourse.
And these same folks want to run your health care?
The real losers will probably be the dealers. Stuck with inventory they can't sell, having already paid for the new cars that were bought. They are out both the $4,500 and the trade in value. The dealers have gotten the shaft from the beginning of the government auto takeover. And this is just another blow to them, and the folks that work for them.
But hey, that is what you should expect when the government decides to run things. Poorly planned, ill funded, and short sighted, and the heck with what it does to the folks. It sounds nice and makes them look like they care.
I just watched Chris Dodd give a press conference about him being diagnosed with having prostate cancer. And he talked about how lucky he is to have the Congressional Health Insurance. And then used that to push the Government run Health Care system. Are we not lucky that he cares so much about us, that in his hour of need, he just wants us all to be covered.
Unfortunately, under the government plan, which Congress (and Mr Dodd) is exempt from, with his age he would be given pain pills. Not the surgery he has elected to have.
Actually, Ted Kennedy would not be with us anymore either. With his age, under the government plan, a brain tumor operation would not be considered cost effective. He would have been given some pain pills too, until he passed and left the government rolls. I guess that is why Congress exempted themselves from the new plan.
If we rally want to get into details, Social Security was a scam from the beginning. At the time of it's inception, retirement was 65, and the average lifespan was 63 years. They were playing the numbers and gambled most folks would die before they could collect. And so began the biggest Ponzi scheme ever known to man. Then, when they had an excess of funds, congress started using it for their own pet projects.
Now, that the average lifespan is well passed 63, and all the money reserves have been spent on other stuff, we now have a catastrophe. Congress says it is because of the high number of boomers, but in reality, it is because they pissed away the money.
Back to the Klunker plan, 6 days in and already the dealers don't know if they will get paid, and the plan is suspended.

Spin That News
Yes, the world is gone crazy, even by my standards.
On the one hand, you have Our Dear leader, who has been pushing for a vote on the Government Takeover of the Health Care system before the August break.
Today you have Harry Reid stating the media invented that timetable, as he tries to spin the truth to make it look like everything is on schedule. Actually I can see his point. It was the media after all, who put Obama on TV every day for the last two months, who in every speech has called for Congress to pass this bill before the August break. Yes, the media invented the timetable.
Then you have our old friend Nancy Pelosi and her insanity. According to her, it is the private insurance companies that are keeping the Government Takeover at bay.
Nancy said: It's almost immoral what they are doing, Of course they've been immoral all along in how they have treated the people that they insure. They are the villains. They have been part of the problem in a major way. They are doing everything in their power to stop a public option from happening.
So from the two Democratic leaders in Congress, we are told now the media came up with a voting timetable, and the insurance companies are blocking that timetable. And private insurance companies are doing everything they can to block the Government from instilling the public option, which will put private insurance companies out of business within five years.
And I am not making up the five year plan, all these folks have stated themselves that is not only the goal, by the design of their plan. They don't say it in front of the media camera's, but they do say it at their party rallies.
I don't believe anything Nancy says, but if you were working on a plan to put me out of business, I would try to stop you too.

Two cops in DeKalb county GA are now in trouble with the Secret Service. Seems they ran a background check on President Obama. Most likely they were trying to find the official listed birthplace.
1,200 business are about to be shut down in RI. Seems they owe back sales taxes. Their defense seems to be they can't pay the taxes if they can't collect from their clients. The state seems to not care about the why. They just want their money.
Russia has started drilling for oil off the Cuban coast. These would be the same waters our government has deemed off limits to our oil rigs.
Chris Dodd and Kent Conrad, are accusing Republican: Rep. Darrell Issa for their sweetheart loan scandal. Naturally, they did nothing wrong.
Chrysler, our good friends now run by the government, have a great deal now. Not only will you receive $4,500 from the government under the Cash for Klunkers plan, but they will give you an additional $4,500 off. That is $9,000 off retail, and one heck of a good deal. i wonder why Ford doesn't do that? Oh yeah, they are not subsidized by the government and actually have to make a profit on their sales. This, I believe, is the first step to eliminate Ford by our government.
Something funny is happening in the Gold Markets. It seems that many think the price is being manipulated, and suppressed. There would only be one reason for that to occur. Gold prices go up as the Dollar goes down. If the price is artificially being held down, that would mean the Dollar is actually much weaker than is being let on. Many of the Precious Metal experts think Gold should be almost double what it is right now. That would mean the Dollar is close to worthless. Holding Gold down would give the illusion that all is well.
The Stock Market is going against conventional logic. It is a suckers rally. And it is being manipulated by the big boys. There is plenty of evidence of this. Many MBA's say it will soon crash down to about 4,000, once they think they have suckered all they can out of the American public.
And the commercial real estate market bubble is about to burst. Experts say this will equal the housing bubble collapse in economic devastation.
Speaking of real estate, foreclosures have not slowed, but the banks stopped putting them on their books months ago. The reason is they are trying to keep housing prices from falling any farther. Don't believe the news that sales are up, 30% of their numbers were bank sales at heavily reduced prices.
And many ARM's are about to become due. That will throw the housing market back into a tizzy.
And suddenly DHS says there is terrorism. Not overseas, but domestic. And apparently it's more widespread than anyone could have imagined. I suspect this is the beginning game plan to start a gun confiscation program. Call me paranoid if you like. But I seem to have been pretty accurate in my doom and gloom predictions for the past few years.
I also foresee the crash of the Stock Market, a spike in Gold prices, and a National quarantine all happening about the same time. A triple whammy.
Well, that is probably enough doom and gloom for one day.

National Quarantine In The Works?
Welcome to crazy town, sit down and take a load off.
A little background first. As you probably know, I have been saying that the H1N1 is just propaganda to get everyone worried about the big outbreak this fall. You may also know I think the economy is going to collapse, and it will be blamed on the quarantine of country that will happen to coincide.
Today's news was that 6 Congressional pages have come down with the dreaded H1N1 virus. But it also seems, they haven't tested any of them for the virus. Apparently it is just assumed if you have the sniffles now, that it is H1N1.
Which makes me suspect of all the cases that have been reported recently. As they seemed to have stopped the testing for the virus in suspected victims.
So when you hear on television that there were 20 more cases somewhere, know that not one single test was done to confirm it. They are just either assuming, or worse, just making up numbers to scare everyone.
I know, you are saying big whoop. They are blowing things out of proportion. Nothing new there.

This came out of CNN today as well as the story of the sick pages in congress:
The U.S. military wants to establish regional teams of military personnel to assist civilian authorities in the event of a significant outbreak of the H1N1 virus this fall, according to Defense Department officials.
The plan calls for military task forces to work in conjunction with the Federal Emergency Management Agency. There is no final decision on how the military effort would be manned, but one source said it would likely include personnel from all branches of the military.
FEMA, as we all know, is under the DHS umbrella.
According to CNN:
Orders to deploy actual forces would be reviewed later, depending on how much of a health threat the flu poses this fall, the officials said.
I don't know about you, but this sure looks like the first step in the planning of a National quarantine.
Maybe I'm not so batty after all?
In related news, the U.S. Treasury sold $39 billion in five-year debt Wednesday in an auction that drew poor demand. This was the second day with a poor showing, and not much is expected from the 7 year bonds going up for auction tomorrow.
39 Billion is roughly about one day of running the Federal Government. They need to sell 150 Billion just to cover the interest already owed every month. It would seem the world is tiring of buying our worthless debt.
Since they are putting the Health Care takeover vote off until October, I wonder if the Dollar collapse will happen at the end of the month. Sort of an evil Halloween trick on the country. I would suspect they will do anything they can to keep the country running as if nothing is wrong until then.
Then add in this goody. It would seem the Federal Reserve is paying the banks who received TARP money, to keep it parked, in the Federal Reserve vaults.

Government Corruption and Finger Pointing
I think Bush-bashing has been alive and well since '07 and, since it keeps working, why not use it? Voters have short memories. The administration needs to remind people that things were way worse over the last four years than in the last six months. Said Liz Chadderdon, Democratic Party strategist.
I know I have a short memory, but I am trying very hard to remember how things were worse under the last four years under Bush. They weren't. Things were starting to go south towards the last few months, but congress and the Federal Reserve had more to do with that then Bush. Still, it is more politically expedient to blame Bush then the Progressive Left who blocked all regulatory reforms and created the policies that resulted in the financial meltdown. By the way, those same people now have complete control, are still pointing fingers, and now cannot even get their own party to agree with them.
Charlie Rangel still hasn't paid his back taxes, for apparently not understanding the tax codes that his committee writes. Or was it he didn't understand Spanish, or both? Either way, his deadline to pay his back taxes was a couple of months ago, and he still hasn't.
Chris Dodd still swears he didn't get any special deals from Countrywide, even though the evidence, and the former head of Countrywide say different.
I thought this was like a frequent-flier program, said Sen. Kent Conrad, chairman of the Senate Budget Committee, said of the special benefits. I thought nothing of it. Testifying about his Countrywide sweet deal.
Barney Frank never got into any trouble for a gay prostitution ring being run out of his apartment.
Diane Feinstein will never have to answer to how she diverted Millions in Stimulus money to her husbands company.
Nancy Pelosi will never even be asked about her ownership in a Green company that stands to make Millions from the new Cap and Trade law.
Then there is John Murtha, who doles out defense contracts. And you have his brother, who lobbies for defense firms, who seem to always win the contracts. He has been under investigation for this for quite some time. But again, nothing will happen.
This is just scratching the surface. We have the most corrupt government now than possibly ever in our history. So much for all that transparency we were promised.
The One is still trying to push his happy version of the government health care system. Even though nothing he promises in his speeches are in the Bill. In fact, it is quite the opposite. But then, he hasn't read it either.
And then there is old Tim Geitner. He told the Chinese that once the recovery is in place, he'll work on the deficit. I wouldn't hold my breath. He also said he convinced the Chinese to to take steps to increase domestic consumption of its products. I guess it doesn't matter that the Chinese have been doing that for months now.
Odd that Yesterday Press Secretary Gibbs stated that anyone could get a web site for $15. Maybe he should tell the Economic Recovery Czar that has authorized 18 Million for theirs about this revolutionary new information.
Most ethical and transparent congress in history, that is what Nancy Pelosi promised when she became Speaker. Instead we have the most corrupt and secretive congress ever.

This is a sad day. I understand the rush. With the total economic melt down on the horizon, they need to have everything in place before it hits. So under the new NAU all the framework is in place.

This is a sad day. I understand the rush. With the total economic melt down on the horizon, they need to have everything in place before it hits. So under the new NAU all the framework is in place.
Yes, I still think that is the plan.

Hope and Change - Or Tax and Control
I think America is slowly waking up, and is realizing that the Hope and Change they voted for was not exactly what Our Dear Leader had in mind.
Talk now is the Health Care Government takeover is dead in the water. And that is a great thing for America, for many reasons I have covered, and many I have not.
The smart Political Pundits now say a watered down version will be passed by the end of the year. For if it fails entirely, Mr O's Presidency will for all intents, be over. His popularity numbers have tumbled from pushing this government takeover. The real goals have come to light, and the good folks don't like what they are seeing.
Still, Cap And Trade is looming over our heads. This is another disaster for America. But has fallen out of the spotlight recently. I am sure this will pass and will be heralded as a giant victory.
If the Health Care does pass, along with Cap And Trade, and the government already controlling the majority of the financial system, and the Federal Reserve on the brink of gaining even more power, the government would in effect control every aspect of our lives.
I find it ironic that tapes have surfaced of Senator Obama complaining about then President Bush ramming the Patriot Act through with no debate, or time to read it.
Especially since that has been team O's modus operandi since day one.
There is still much damage that the O team can and probably will try to do. ACORN is still featured prominently in the Census department, and the new Americorp's program. The Czar positions are all filled with left wing radicals. As is the cabinet. The entire White House staff is Chicago thugs, running the country they way they ran Chicago.

But, the chosen One did tell America what he had planned during the campaign. Though it seems many could not see past electing a man of color. But he did state everything he was planning, and has been doing since.
His close friends all seem to be either Domestic Terrorists, racist's, and haters of our Country and it's freedoms, and the Capitalist system. My mother used to say you could judge a man by the company he keeps.
Ironically, as we have the media to blame for running a pro O campaign of their own, we just might have them to thank for the temporary failure of Obamacare.
It is not secret that every town hall, infomercial, and every press conference The One conducts, the questions are all pre screened by the White House.
They chose to answer the question about the Nutty Professor, during a Health Care commercial. And it was that answer that seems to have derailed the Health Care Bill. Taking it completely out of the news for several days, as The One tried to backtrack without apologizing.
But, a President should not get involved in local civil matters. Especially when admittedly he did did not know the facts.
Especially when it is again one of his friends, who is screaming racial profiling at the police, who were merely responding to a break in call, in a neighborhood that has recently been having a lot of break ins.
Although, the Nutty Professor is now going to make a PBS special about how he was wronged, or something like that.
As a young white man, I learned in my youth to be polite to the police. Otherwise they find a reason to arrest you. I had no idea Coo Coo Professors were exempt from that basic rule.

Mass Graves - H1N1 - And Economic Collapse
There has long been talk of the US government creating sections for mass graves across the country. And there have been reports of forms being sent out to cemeteries, questionnaires, about their ability to handle mass pandemic victims, or natural disaster victims.
And over the last few years there have been many reports of massive stockpiles of plastic coffins kept at various facilities across the country.
Most of this talk has been coming from the Tin Foil Hat Conspiracy crowd. And not many have taken them seriously. It has all bee part of the N.W.O. plot to depopulate the masses down to the 500 Million person goal.
There is also a lot of speculation about the N1H1 Swine Flu virus. Most being that it is a bio engineered virus released on purpose. And I am starting to think they might be right about that.
Besides all the various doctors that say it was created in a lab, they can be argued away as kooks and nuts, there is one very suspicious aspect of the whole thing that just stands out as weird to me.
During the entire Mexican outbreak, ground Zero so to speak, not one single reporter from any national news agency went there to report on the outbreak.
The borders remained open, as did the airports and the hotels. Casualty numbers at first were astronomical, and yet, not a single reporter went to check into it. I still find that extremely strange and do not know how to account for it. I have mentioned this before, yet it still bothers me.
While I have thought a lot of the mass grave stories were goofy, I am starting to reconsider certain aspects.
Coming out of the UK this weekend, we get this:
We have some empty catacombs in an old cemetery in the city. These are 19th century underground burial chambers which are normally a tourist attraction.
They can, however, be safely used for their original purpose and allow us to temporarily store bodies in the remote possibility that the need should arise.
Yes, normally a tourist attraction, these 19th-century catacombs could become an emergency mortuary.
As the numbers of Swine Flu victims skyrocket around the world, I still see no evidence of a pandemic anywhere. And I have maintained all along I thought this was all hype.
Now as they race forward on the vaccines, and mandatory vaccinations are looming in the future, I think it may be time to take the mass grave stories a little more seriously.
While I still think this Swine Flu is nothing but hype, it could serve a very useful purpose for the various governments around the world.
According to the DHS's own documents, in the event of a mass pandemic, they could, and would, quarantine cities, or the whole country if it was deemed necessary. Odd they will quarantine your city when they won't close the border for prevention, but that was written in thanks to the SPP agreement.
The Flu is supposed to mutate and become deadly this fall.
There is a lot of evidence out there that the Dollar will collapse this fall.
If one had a conspiratorial mind, one might think that a nation wide quarantine for say, 14 days, will occur to let the flu run it's course. But if one was to quarantine the entire nation for 14 days, the economy would indeed collapse.
But if the economy was going to collapse anyway, and was merely being propped up by the government (as it is now), then a national quarantine could be used as a cover story for the economic collapse.
It was unavoidable. And now that its happened, we only have one choice. The integration of the NAU and a single new currency,
Ah, but how does that explain the mass graves and coffins? Well, franky with a pandemic so bad a national quarantine is needed, there will have to be some heavy casualties at the end of it all.
I would suspect a round up of dissidents would occur during the quarantine. Gun owners, anyone on the new DHS list of possible Domestic Terrorists. At the end of the quarantine, they would have simply been flu related deaths. It's a good thing we shut things down when we did, or the death toll would have been much higher.
Now you are thinking I've gone off the deep end, but have I really? Looking back at the events of the last six months, had I told you last summer that these things were going to happen, you would think I had gone batty. In fact, I told many friends I was afraid of exactly what happened, and they thought I was losing it.
Well, they don't now, because many of the things I feared have already occurred.
The NAU goal has not gone away either, the deadline had only been moved to January 1 2010. And as I pointed out several days ago, a government think tank has been advising Our Dear Leader on how to sell the idea to the US public. Because it did not go very well when they tried to implement it last time without telling us.
One must also take into consideration the new passport law, which Mexican Nationals are exempt from.
The new Obamacare Bill, which Mexican Nationals are not required to pay into but receive full benefits if they find themselves here illegally.
Also the GPS campaign that went on, where the Census Department sent folks out to GPS the front door of every American home. These numbers seemed to have been sent to the US military, and the United Nations. One has to ask themselves why they would need to know this information.
Then you have the delay on the governments financial numbers that Our Dear Leader decided not to release to the public. I am sure they do not show the happy outlook he keeps presenting. Take that and consider that September 30 is the end of the fiscal year for the government.
I also find it curious that while this deadly virus is reported to be spreading unchecked throughout Europe and North and South America, China and Russia are not allowing anyone suspected of being infected into their countries.
The two major creditors of the USA. And as we sit idly by watching our government do everything it can to destroy our economy, they are selling off their US Treasury and cash assets and using the cash to buy real assets.
It looks as they are getting ready for the Western economies to collapse. For when it does collapse, the West will default on its loans. They have already prepared for this event, and it will not hurt them very much, if at all.
There are a lot of dots to connect, but if you take a real look at everything, it looks like financial doom is on the horizon. I have maintained all along this has been done deliberately, with the Federal Reserve, Goldman Sach's, Congress, the White House, Treasury, and a few others hard at work to undermine the country, to recreate it into their vision of what they think it should be.
But in order to complete the plan, they must completely destroy our economy. And that would seem to be well under way.
But they need something to blame it on, so we don't blame them. Blaming Bush is getting harder, though last week the One did blame him for everything, including his own 1.3 Trillion Dollar budget deficit, and alluded the Stimulus was his fault as well. But they need something worse than Bush for the final step.

It Never Seems To End
Darn that Congressional Bean counter Office (CBO).
They did some more number crunching, and found that Obamacare wasn't going to be the money saver the Leader of the once Free World keeps touting. Darn them for being the only folks in DC to actually read the bill to figure out the financial impact, instead of just believing the sunshine and lollipop rhetoric from the Democratic Leadership.
And this comes out just as the strong arm tactics seem to be working on the break away house members. But hey, there is a lot going on in DC.
Our Dear Leader, the man who campaigned on putting the kabash on the lobbyist power in DC, and who then hired a bunch, has had another change of heart. He will now allow the special interest lobbyist to to meet and have telephone discussions with government officials regarding economic recovery projects. If it wasn't bad enough that most of the Stimulus was special interest earmarks designed to get the Democrats re-elected. Now the powerful who have money to spread around will most likely get the remaining money.
So much for main street America. But then, none of this was done to actually help anything. Just like Obamacare won't improve your health coverage. But it will dictate your life and your choices.
But it goes hand in hand with the nuts that have been appointed to the Czar positions.
For example, John Holdren, the Science Czar has written extensively advocating:
• Women could be forced to abort their pregnancies, whether they wanted to or not;
• The population at large could be sterilized by infertility drugs intentionally put into the nation's drinking water or in food;
• Single mothers and teen mothers should have their babies seized from them against their will and given away to other couples to raise;
• People who "contribute to social deterioration" (i.e. undesirables) "can be required by law to exercise reproductive responsibility" -- in other words, be compelled to have abortions or be sterilized.
• A transnational "Planetary Regime" should assume control of the global economy and also dictate the most intimate details of Americans' lives -- using an armed international police force.
All the Czar's seem to be radical lefties of the most extreme. I put up a link to another one of the kooks a couple days ago.
And while Mr Holdren now says he never actually believed that crap, I don't believe him. Like I don't believe Bam Bam when he says he didn't know Reverend Wright was a America hating raving nut. Or that he didn't know that about any of his friends from Chicago.
Sure seems like the Health Take over Bill comes right out of the whacko radical lefty take down America play book. So is the Cap and Trade Tax Bill. Frankly, I am starting to not believe anything that is said in DC. Since it all turns out to be lies, aimed at their own power consolidation, and the end of Freedom of the individual.

Texas At It Again
That Governor Rick Perry of Texas is at it again.
Earlier this year, during the Tax Day Tea Parties he brought up the idea that Texas just might leave the Union if the Federal Government doesn't start backing down on all their intrusive regulations and programs. Governor Perry also refused Stimulus money, saying the strings attached would be far more devastating than not taking the money.
Now he's talking about invoking States Rights and State Sovereignty if this new Obamacare plan gets past, and refusing to participate in the state of Texas.
He said hopefully congress would defeat the measure, but if not, Texas, and a number of other states might resist the Obamacare Federal Mandate.
I wonder who the other states are? They just had the Governors conference, and although many didn't attend, due to the financial mess in most states, those that did seemed firmly against the new Health Plan.
Apparently tucked away in that enormous bill are mandates for the states to follow, but leaving the states to also pay for it. And the states simply do not have the extra money right now to pay for anything.
In fact, most states are in the midst of huge cost cutting efforts to balance their own budgets. With unemployment rising and tax revenues falling, they have to face the hard facts of fiscal reality, while the Federal Government seems content to print money and pretend everything is fine.
Texas is one of the few states that isn't facing fiscal disaster, and seems to be leading the way on the issue of States Rights and Sovereignty. Some lines are definitely being drawn in the sand.
As more information of this Health Insurance overhaul gets out, and public support dwindles as Americans realize what is actually in it, it will be interesting to see what happens in congress.
Will they cave in to the President, or the will of the American people.
If they can be bullied to act this year, the President might win. If it drags out until next year, fear of their own job lose might make the American People the winners.

AROUND THE NEWS
While the Health Care take over is hitting resistance, and Our Dear Leader is losing popularity on the home front, it seems their International policies are hitting some brick walls as well.
In regards to Hillery, a North Korean spokesman said: by no means intelligent and a funny lady.
Sometimes she looks like a primary schoolgirl and sometimes a pensioner going shopping, as the NK spokesman blasted Clinton for what he called a spate of vulgar remarks unbecoming for her position everywhere she went since she was sworn in.
That was in response to Hillery referring to the NK leadership as small children and unruly teenagers and people who are demanding attention.
I think the UN is still trying to write the terse note for the nuclear tests a while back. And with this kind of diplomacy, those two American girls kidnapped by NK will never be released. But hey, we are now using the old Jimmy Carter plan for International peace. And that plan sure worked the first time around.
Now if you are ACORN and you people are getting busted for voter fraud, what do you do? You file lawsuits to change to offending law that your folks broke. In PA, that is just what they are doing, They think that entire law about paying folks for the number of registrations should be changed to accommodate the way they do business. The offending law is the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
Finally the GOP is looking into their antics and have released a report that says ACORN has used a scheme to use taxpayer money to support a partisan political agenda, which would be a clear violation of numerous tax and election law.
John Kerry is still on the Al Gore bandwagon. Even as we seem to be having the mildest summer in decades, his very serious Senate Panel has released some of their findings: Massive crop devastation, melting glaciers, water shortages, millions of displaced people -- all of these will drag the US military into conflict if global climate change goes unchecked. The stock market sure seems high right now. Doesn't make any sense with everything else going under. Unless, this is the final Sucker Market that has been talked about all year. The one where the big boys manipulate the market to suck in all the folks that bailed out after the crash. Make them feel comfy, reinvest, then watch it crash again. Taking what is left of the life out of the economy, and wiping out average America in the process.
Goldman Sach's will make another Bazillion dollars, and get in moved offshore into International money funds. Right before the world dumps the Dollar, making it worthless. How high will they push the market? When they think they have suckered everyone there is to be suckered.

Sometimes she looks like a primary schoolgirl and sometimes a pensioner going shopping, as the NK spokesman blasted Clinton for what he called a spate of vulgar remarks unbecoming for her position everywhere she went since she was sworn in.
That was in response to Hillery referring to the NK leadership as small children and unruly teenagers and people who are demanding attention.
I think the UN is still trying to write the terse note for the nuclear tests a while back. And with this kind of diplomacy, those two American girls kidnapped by NK will never be released. Now if you are ACORN and you people are getting busted for voter fraud, what do you do? You file lawsuits to change to offending law that your folks broke. In PA, that is just what they are doing, They think that entire law about paying folks for the number of registrations should be changed to accommodate the way they do business. The offending law is the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
Finally the GOP is looking into their antics and have released a report that says ACORN has used a scheme to use taxpayer money to support a partisan political agenda, which would be a clear violation of numerous tax and election law.
John Kerry is still on the Al Gore bandwagon. Even as we seem to be having the mildest summer in decades, his very serious Senate Panel has released some of their findings: Massive crop devastation, melting glaciers, water shortages, millions of displaced people -- all of these will drag the US military into conflict if global climate change goes unchecked. Obamacare - the speach - And My Ideas
Well, if you watched the speech, you know absolutely nothing more about the plan did you did before. I do know that Mr O has no idea about it either, as everything he argues is contrary to what has come out about the Bill in the House.
If I were to reform the system, there are a few things I would do, and I really don't think they would cost much at all, but save tons.
First off, if you make a frivolous lawsuit against your doctor, and lose, you pay for all the court cost and your attorney pays the fee's for both sides.
That would stop about 99% of the crap. Only those with real cases would peruse a suit.
Unfortunately, there is no tort reform under this Universal Health Bill. Because the lawyers have a lot of good lobbyists. And most of congress has a law degree. But there are a few doctors in there, and they think this plan stinks.
Next, Our Dear Leader stated that 25% of every dollar goes to pay for the 47 million uninsured as it stands now. Well, 30 million of them now are illegal Aliens. And they all go to the ER. And even with insurance, they will still go to the ER. So instead, lets pay for 1 on duty Border Patrol Agent at each hospital. If it is colds and flue, off they go to the clink. If is it life threatening, help them until they can travel, then off to the clink. And then back to their home county.
Now we are down to 14 million out of 300 some odd million (you'll have to ask ACORN for the exact number). Those 14 million probably already qualify for Medicare, so have the forms at the hospitals to sign them up at admittance.
If you are there because of a car wreak, auto insurance will be picking up the tab. If you get hit by a bus, like Mr O's Example, then the city municipality insurance would be picking up the tab for the bus hitting you, and hoping you don't sue.
If they are working folks, but don't have insurance, sign them up for a small co pay version of Medicare..
Drugs. In Europe they pay next to nothing for drugs, and here we pay a lot. Ever wonder why?
You can thank our government. Same government that still to this day subsidizes the cost of petrol for Europeans.
Yes, they all worked out a deal where we, the US citizens, pay extra to cover the research and development cost of the Drug companies. Europeans only pay wholesale.
So here is my idea, and it won't cost anything. Lets redo the agreement and level the playing field so we all pay the same amount for the same drugs. Europe's cost will go up, and ours will come down. The French will complain, but that is nothing new.
Look at how much money I have just saved the country, and I haven't spent a dime yet. These costs will not only offset themselves, but we will actually come out ahead.
Medicare has so much fraud in it, why don't we stop that too? Only lets hire an outside agency to do that. Lets hire VISA. If anyone can detect fraud, they sure can. What they save will more than pay for their contract. And lets take the oversight away from congress, and give it directly to the President.
Congress is too partisan, and has screwed up the housing problem (Barney Frank comes to mind). The President himself doesn't have to over see things – but he likes Czar's, so lets give him a fraud Czar. Who answers to him. This way, if fraud continues, we have the President to take the blame alone. No finger pointing. You want to be the big dog, here you go. The buck stops with you.
And it becomes law that the Czar's findings and statement are announced publicly.
If the President can't find honest folks to work for him, when it's his buttox on the line, then there is no leadership.
See how easy it really is? I haven't spent a dollar out of pocket, and I just saved about 100 Billion in the first year. Maybe a wee bit more.
Now, if we cut out all the stupid lawsuits with my plan, that will stop the endless and needless tests that doctors do to keep from being sued. There is another 100 Billion saved without spending a dime.
So I have just saved the government 200 Billion dollars, and it cost us nothing.
So lets look at private insurance. Yeah them premiums have gone up. But why?
Because the hospital costs have gone up. Why have the hospital costs gone up?
Because they see 30 million illegals in the ER, they do endless and needless tests to keep from getting sued, and they pay up the nose for drugs.
Wait, my plan fixes all that, so the insurance cost should drop like a rock once my plan goes into effect.
Lets say another 500 billion a year in saving for private insurance.
I'm just getting started, and we now have saved over 700 billion at no cost to the taxpayer, and no Universal Insurance.
If you gave me the nuts and bolts of Medicare, I bet I could save you at the least a few billion, if not a Trillion in cost, without taxpayers being effected, or the quality of care being effected.
Why doesn't the government do this? Excellent question.

Power over your life, dependency on them, and your continued support so they can fix the mess they themselves created.
Second, the American people have no lobbyist. All the companies involved do. They vote where the money comes from, so they can outspend their opponent on the next election. Say you are Joe Regular, and an excellent guy, a smart businessman, and decide to run for congress.
They will have the ability to outspend you on a campaign 1 million to 1. And they will hire a group of PI's to dig into your past and find all the skeletons. And if there aren't any, they will invent them. And since they out spend you 1 million to 1, your message will not be heard.
Being a congressperson was not meant to be a life long job, but it has become one, and they like the perks and the power. I think Senator Byrd fought with Lee, he's been in there so long. And they have to wake him during his own speeches.
Lastly, and the most disturbing of them all, Our Dear Leader is bent on making this a socialist country.
For him it is pure ideology. He has control of the banks, the auto's, health care is only the next logical step.
Read up on Stalin, Hitler, and all those other wonderful socialist's. See what they did to consolidate power. You might just be surprised to say – hey – that's what our guy is doing.
Our Dear Leader can't sell the plan to us the folks, because he doesn't really know what is in it. 90% of what he said to night was invented numbers.
He blamed Bush not only for the economy, but also the Trillion plus deficit he signed, saying he walked blindly into this mess. Liar liar pantywaist on fire.
Remember, President Elect O – who had the daily press conferences, had his economic team in place and was going to hit the ground running. It is time to start being accountable. Bush didn't sign that stupid Stimulus, nor did he sign the 1.3 Trillion budget for this year. That was all O.
He blamed Bush at least 6 times that I counted before I dozed off, as he was only repeating what he's been saying. And that isn't much. To be fair, he can't say much, because he doesn't even know what is in the Bill he is desperately pushing. He has admitted to not reading it.
Vague ideas. Loverly ones at that. Control everything. Mr O does not care if he is a one termer, as long as he can socialize the country. Doing what Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton gave up on. They wanted to stay president. Mr O is a lefty Marxist. It is more important to him to create the correct change, than get elected again.
But, if all his plans succeed, he will, because of the new illegal swing vote. Oh yeah, they won't be illegal, they will be getting amnesty.
Hows this – if private insurance turns you down due to a condition that already exists, you get automatic Medicare. If you are working, you are already paying into the system. So there should be no need to charge you anymore. But you have to be deemed incurable for that to happen. If you had something like a pre-existing pulled groin, that won't float, and private insurance will have to take you.
What they can fix – is if you wind up in the hospital for several weeks, and your paycheck stops, as it is now, so does your insurance payment. And you get cut off while sitting in the hospitals bed.
How about they cover your payments until you get back to work That would save everyone tens of thousands of dollars. Cost a lot less than his plan. Although with my savings plan, I think we'd have enough laying around to cover it.
Another law I would impose..
Congress can not appropriate money set aside for one thing, and blow it on something else.
That might even save Social Security. Another program the government can't run. And why you might ask is Social Security now bankrupt?
Because since day one, congress has been spending the surplus on pork projects. And they have put IOU's in the safe. Sounds like CA's state government now, probably where they got the idea. Social Security is broke because of congress.
It is not because all the Baby Boomers are about to retire, like they tell us. It is because they spent the money on other crap every year, and there is nothing left.
Both sides, makes no difference, they are all guilty.
Why don't they follow my plan which would solve most of the problems at almost no cost? Because I am looking at it like a businessman and a consumer, not a politician.

GM Obamacare and Insanity in General
It is a good thing the Government owns General Motors. Because if they didn't they would be heading right back into bankruptcy, only this time for real. Of course, now that the government is in charge, it is hard to figure out how they are now doing their counting.
GM said its global first-half sales, which include brands the automaker is trimming from its lineup, fell 21.8 percent to 3.55 million vehicles. The automakers sales in the second quarter fell 15.4 percent to 1.94 million vehicles
2 years back, they sold 17 Million in the US alone. Now a little over 5 Million worldwide sales is only a 36% decrease over last year? Auto sales started dropping last year in October. Well there you go. Government a accounting for you.
Speaking of government accounting, I am looking forward to the big Prime Time speech from Our Dear Leader tonight. And I hope he explains a few things in the 15 pre-screened questions he hopefully will address.
I hope he explains why he has stated he has no idea what is in the Health Care Bill.
And I hope he explains why everything folks are afraid of, like the government running everything from taking over every ones insurance, giving illegals free insurance, telling you what you can and can't have. down to the doctor fees, despite what he has been saying, is all in the Bill.
In reality, I'm sure we will get more abstract rhetoric. Mostly how bad our system is, and how they need to fix it. Anyway, 4 prime time news infomercials by a President in 6 months is a first.
Moving on, the big news yesterday was California solved it's crises. And if they were in DC I guess it would be considered solved.
They decided to borrow money from the municipalities to cover their debts, steal money out of different programs, and in general, just pretend there is no problem. Even after all their creative book keeping maneuvers, they are still 11 Billion in the hole, and they are calling it a success.
Or course success is all in how you look at it. Since they didn't ask any of the municipalities if they could take their money, there are now lawsuits flying to stop their insanity. The cities are broke too, and have been laying off folks and shutting down programs. Something the state seems unable to consider.
But, that is how the Federal Government has been run for years. If CA could print it's own money we'd really be in a pickle.
Speaking of states, the ATF has now told all the offending state that their new gun laws are trumped by Federal Law. And Alaska has added itself to the growing list of states that have declared state sovereignty. I am sure it will not be long before the FED's step up and say that won't fly either.
Not to worry though, Hillery says when Iran gets Nukes, they won't use them except for defense. I guess their kooky President is just full of hot air when he says he'll wipe Israel off the map once they get nukes. And that whole thing about destroying us next is just silly talk as well.

The University system just jacked up student fee's, for the second time since last semester. Leaving many students in a sudden pickle. They now need to find another $1,000 before next month to stay in school. I guess this is the new education plan.

Speaking of states, the ATF has now told all the offending state that their new gun laws are trumped by Federal Law. And Alaska has added itself to the growing list of states that have declared state sovereignty. I am sure it will not be long before the FED's step up and say that won't fly either.
Not to worry though, Hillery says when Iran gets Nukes, they won't use them except for defense. I guess their kooky President is just full of hot air when he says he'll wipe Israel off the map once they get nukes. And that whole thing about destroying us next is just silly talk as well.

The University system just jacked up student fee's, for the second time since last semester. Leaving many students in a sudden pickle. They now need to find another $1,000 before next month to stay in school. I guess this is the new education plan.

TARP, FDA And the NAU
Now the FDA admits it has no idea how much the agency needs or spends in its budget. This is the same folks that just took over the entire tobacco industry. And as any typical government agency, it just has no clue. So now they are working to figure out what they need for their budget.
A related but separate story today, the Inspector General over the recovery program has estimated the bailout program could top 23 Trillion Dollars. Treasury says no way, they have only spent 2 Trillion so far, and the IG numbers are a worst case scenario. However, they don't mention the 7 Trillion the Federal Reserve has handed out on the side, that is known about so far. I'm sure there are some other numbers the Treasury are not mentioning. Like the 2 Trillion dollar deficit for this fiscal year, or the monthly interest we are paying for all this money spent that they borrowed.
The Treasury also says it can't answer the question of what the banks have done with the TARP money either. I find that odd.
Other news of the insanity we live in, the Swiss banks are tiring of the IRS and is now refusing to do business with American interests. Since Our Dear Leader has started his worldwide hunt for tax revenue, the UK was the first to start dropping American depositors. This is creating a problem for American citizens who work overseas. Folks who are not trying to hide money, but simply need accounts in the country the are living and working in. But, according to Our Dear Leader, they are all considered tax evaders.
And under President Peace, we are increasing the number of combat troops.
And here we go, under the radar, the SPP is making it's return. That is the foundation document of the North American Union. A think tank has been working on ways to revive and sell it to the American Public:

More Insanity
Well, that cost cutting maniac, Our Dear Leader, gave his cabinet until yesterday to find 100 million in spending cuts, and to get them started, he had suggested such innovations as buying pencils in bulk. Amid the Trillions they h\are spending, it should be easy to cut 100 Million somewhere. But since no ideas were presented yesterday, and a spokesman said they would have them soon, I guess they are still looking for something to cut.
Along the same note, the Government Financial Outlook Report was supposed to come out today, as it does every year at this time. But since all those green shoots were imaginary to start with, and things are bleaker now then when the Stimulus was passed, Our Dear Leader has decided to putt off the report. Maybe next month after congress runs away and takes cover. Maybe not, he's not being too clear on that. Robert Gibbs blamed the delay entirely on the transition from one administration to the next. No, they are not trying to hide anything, honest.
And possibly one of the most insane things today, our Commerce Secretary Gary Locke, has come to the conclusion that American Taxpayers should pay for China's Green House Emissions. It’s important that those who consume the products being made all around the world to the benefit of America — and it’s our own consumption activity that’s causing the emission of greenhouse gases, then quite frankly Americans need to pay for that, said Mr Locke.
So, we borrow from China so our Government can spend Trillions on stupid and useless things. Most of our manufacturing has moved to China because of our Governments regulations. And now, we are going to borrow more money from China to pay for their Green House Emissions. What in the world are they thinking?
There can be only one answer, they are trying to destroy this Country.
Health Care reform turned into Universal Health Care, which is what it really is meant to be, but that name isn't very popular, so today it suddenly became Health Insurance Reform. Different name, same stupid idea to bring us single payer coverage just like Canada.
In Chicago this past weekend, there was a conference of Muslim extremist's who want to bring us down and install Shariah Law in the US. Nice to know DHS does not have a problem with this. I guess they are busy looking for old white guys who are against illegal immigration, and can't be bothered with Radical Muslims who are actively trying to recruit people to help them overthrow our country.
Then we have Our Dear Leader, who we all know does not want to meddle in other countries business, well, unless it is Israel, telling them not to build in Jerusalem, which happens to be their Capitol. This would be because, again he does not like to meddle, but he promised earlier this year that Hamas would be given Jerusalem for their capitol. I am pretty sure we don't own Jerusalem, so I don't get how we can tell the Israeli's what to do with their own land. But then I am not in government, and tend to use common sense whenever possible.
And just for the record, still to this day, not one single Toxic Asset has been bought. Remember, that what what they sold us the TARP program on. We will all die if we don't buy those Toxic Assets. I guess that was an overstatement.
The Federal Government told CIT to go pound sand. They furnish a lot of loans to small business. Turns out, their biggest competitor is GE, who is so in bed with this administration it isn't funny. Since the FED and the Treasury helped eliminate Goldman Sach's competitors earlyer this year, I wonder if they are now trying to help get rid of GE's. Lucky for CIT, they found some private money to hold them on for a while.
But the power consolidation in DC is frightning.

Insanity Government Style
It just gets crazier every day.
Tucked away in the Obamacare bill, is a provision that makes abortion mandatory in the government plan. Well, it makes it mandatory in the private plans too. If you do not want this coverage, you will be forced to pay a 2% penalty. If your employer doesn't want to include this coverage, they will be forced to pay an 8% penalty.
If you are a religious hospital, tough. You will now be forced to perform abortions. I see some hospitals closing. And now the truth of the matter is slowly starting to leak out.
This is really a plan to eventually get everyone on Medicare.
Bad as this is, it is not even the disturbing part.
Using the 10 year old number of 12 Million illegal aliens, under this plan, they are all covered for free. I guess nothing changes there. Except there is more like 30 Million illegals here.
Not that this is a surprise. The Dem's need the illegal vote to stay in power. Yes, the illegals vote.
Which is why every time a state tries to enforce voter ID laws, the Fed's step in and declare it unconstitutional. Never mind that everyone over 18 is required by law to have an ID.
This whole deal is just insane.

And the there is the guy who apparently deserted and got captured. Team O is upset the bad guys are not following the rules of the Geneva Convention. I don't know why, Jihadist never signed it. But I guess after we have been so nice to them, and said we are sorry about everything, Team O thinks they should be nicer to.
The lack of knowledge of what these Bozo's in charge are doing is really starting to show, and it is destroying the country. Actually, I had a discussion with an old friend the other night. He thinks they are just stupid, I argue they know what they are doing, and are doing it on purpose in a planned method.
Doesn't matter which one of us is right. The end result is the same.
Then you have Hillery over in India. Basically saying she is sorry that we created so much global warming. Not to worry though. India doesn't care, and said it will not sign any stupid Global Warming treaty.

White House Run Medicare
Our Dear Leader has asked congress to give him the power to dictate Medicare payments and make cost cutting decisions. He also said last week that Medicare is the most popular system with the folks. I guess he has not asked anyone who deals with the current system.
Lets start with the doctors. In many states, doctors are refusing to take Medicare patients. Never mind the paperwork is a unbelievable hassle. But the government has some very bad habits. Like not paying the bills, and if they do pay, they pay pennies on the dollar. Oddly enough, the way the system works, private insurance is mandated to pay a slight percentage over Medicare payments.
Meanwhile for the doctors, the cost of everything has shot up. From malpractice insurance to medices to office equipment.
So doctors are already not accepting new Medicare patients, because they can not afford to. Many doctors have simply left medicine altogether. So what is going to happen when everyone is on the government plan? Because like it or not, believe it or not, that is the plan in DC.
There will be less doctors. Just like the Canadian system, they have a doctor shortage which adds to the months and moths one has to wait for an appointment.
What doctors we have will be forced to see more patients. This is already happening here just due to the Medicare debacle. In order to make enough to cover the overhead and still make a profit, doctors are forced to push people through like a factory. This will only get worse as more doctors decide it isn't worth it anymore.
Medicare does not usually pay enough to cover many tests. So doctors in private practice are forced to pay out of pocket, if these tests are done at all. And any businessman will tell you (unless you work for the government) you can not stay in business if you lose money on every client.
I know Joe Biden says to avoid bankruptcy we have to spend money. But I question his real world business experience.
Nothing about the proposed health care plan seems to make any common sense whatsoever.
It will cost Trillions, and by design put everyone except congress and the UAW on the public government plan. There will be doctor shortages. Tests will not be done. People will be suffering needlessly for treatable ailments. We will see month long waits for emergency procedures.
And to top it all off, Our Dear Leader wants to have the power to tinker with things without congressional oversight. Sort of like how he has taken over everything else.

It seems like only a month ago, they were promising they would not micro manage the auto industry. Well, except for Barney Frank making calls to reverse decisions to close plants in his district. No really, they will stay out of it.
Except to dictate that GM makes smaller cars that are more efficient, since they say that is what we the people want.
And to extort money out of the States to use the GM plants, instead of using the most logical ones that would accommodate the new small putt putts. Because the government never does anything on a cost basis.
But that was last month. Now they have the bright idea, since they own 2/3's of the American companies, now they can push everyone to using E85 Ethanol. More of the global warming none sense.
I know, they can't remember very far back, but just 2 years ago their push for Ethanol created a few problems.
Since E85 is made from corn. The brilliant folks in DC decided to offer higher subsidiaries to farmers growing this strain of corn. The corn used for ethanol is not edible, so government subsidiaries were the only way to get folks to grow it. Because the market wasn't there yet to support what they envisioned.
So they paid higher amounts for the non edible corn to get the farmers to make the switch. If you will remember, this then created a International food crises. It also created a huge problem for livestock ranchers. Because there was also a shortage of grains for feed. This effected the cattle, swine, and horse industries greatly.
In KY folks would just leave the gates open to let their horses out, because they could not afford to feed them anymore. In TN, folks would come out of livestock auctions to find animals tied to their bumpers. Food prices in general spiked as well.
And the third world faced starvation on a new level, because of this new food shortage, which came about from our governments intervention. Retailers like Costco were limiting rice purchases.
But that is all so long ago. Now they want to push corn based E85, and make it mandatory for every vehicle to be able to run on it. The fact that it will again create a global food shortage has no bearing on their ideas. They want to be green, even if it kills everyone.
The fact that ethanol decreases gas mileage doesn't matter either. Because as it is more and more apparent, there is no such thing as a bad Government idea. If it didn't work before, obviously they simply did not spend enough money on the program to make it succeed.
It would be nice if they would decide which energy source they would like to use. The auto industry works on electric cars, the government decides it wants ethanol. The auto industry works on ethanol, DC decides it want hydrogen. And so it has been going for the last decade.
The only thing they seem to agree on, is only privileged government folks should have the choice to drive SUV's and trucks. For the rest of us, they will decide how big it will be.

I Am Getting Tired of These Idiots
Boxer, Pelosi, Reed, Feinstein, Frank, Dodd, nearly the whole lot of them need to get out of DC.
Boxer dhows clearly how she holds regular people in contempt. It is the same from all of them. They know better, which is why they don't listen to their constituents anymore.
It is always the democrats that toss out the race card. Then try to paint everyone else as a racist.
During the President ail campaign, only team Obama brought up the fact he was black, but in an occupational way, as to paint McCain as a racist. While I don't think it worked, he did try to make it an issue.
ATF Verses Tennessee
Well, it looks like it is game on.
When Texas, Wyoming, and Tennessee all passed their respective gun laws this year, we all knew it was just a matter of time before the Federal Government would step in and scream foul.
The laws in question states that any gun manufactured inside of those respective states, and are bought and sold in those states to legal residents, are not subject to Federal Laws.
And now the ATF has stepped in. They issued a letter to Tennessee's gun dealers that states Federal law Trumps State Law. I would think they have sent the same letter to Texas and Wyoming gun dealers.
So now it is a waiting game to see who will take the Federal Government to court. I am sure it would work its way to the Supreme Court, and heaven help us there.
Besides the threat to gun owners and their rights, in the big picture this move threatens states rights in general.
Going back to the infamous DHS report, anyone who supports states rights over the Federal Government control is considered a possible Domestic Terrorist.
And while this has not made big news yet, as it seems most all things dastardly the Federal Government does, is not widely reported, it is the first salvo aimed at the rights of states to govern themselves.

Who Listens to the CBO Anyway?

It is not happy, nor pretty. All the hard core Obamamaniacs are choosing to ignore the fiscal reality.
Nancy Pelosi said today that National Health Care was the reason she came to DC. All the Progressives are very proud of themselves. Nancy actually looked giddy when she was commenting.
But for some reason, they are ignoring the hard numbers released by their own bean counters.
Their plan will not save money, but in fact cost far more then they are letting us know about.
But hey, it's only money right?
The Congressional Democrat Machine seems to be running on all cylinders, and is blocking any attempts by to GOP for open debate on, well, everything. They don't need GOP votes to pass anything, so why bother having them weigh in on the writing of anything?
Keeping debates out of the picture also keeps the nasty little hidden surprises from coming to light. It is quite the game they have going right now.
And they do have their schedule to keep to. And they seem to be willing to pass a horrible Bill, and say they fixed a problem, then take their time and really fix it.
Never mind that the Health Care Crises, and Global Warming, are both invented problems. And the solution for both these invented problems will cost the American people almost all their jobs, and free choice.
But it is one step closer to a complete Socialist country, and that is the goal.
It is particularly telling when you consider 4 weeks ago, ODL made a point to say they were not pushing Universal Health Care.
Now they toss Universal Health Care out every day. They are trying to convince us that it is what we need.
If anything in their plan actually would reduce the price of anything, I might be for it. And if the government wasn't running it. They could not run a Lemonade Stand without raising taxes.

Good Bye Private Health Insurance
So it looks like the top earners in NYC will have a 57% income tax once Obamacare passes. That should be good for the economy, as the wealthier folks start to leave.
On a related note, there was an ad on Craigslist that has since been pulled, that offered $11 to 16 per hour, to be a Grassroots worker, pushing Obamacare door to door.
Since I'm on the subject, it seems there is a hidden surprise in the House version.
Under :Protecting The Choice To Keep Current Coverage,
Section: Limitation On New Enrollment
Except as provided in this paragraph, the individual health insurance issuer offering such coverage does not enroll any individual in such coverage if the first effective date of coverage is on or after the first day of the year the legislation becomes law.
That means your private health insurance will become illegal, under certain circumstances.
If you are covered now, fine. According to this though, if for any reason you lose your current health care, by changing jobs, which is common, the government plan is the only thing you will be allowed to get, once Obamacare is adopted.
Regardless of what the politicians say, the ultimate goal is a Nationalized Health Care.
Anyone with an active brain cell who has actually looked into their idea, will see they will undercut the Free Market. Penalize Employers, and tax everyone to pay for it. And now in the wording, making it legal to crush to Private Insurance Industry.
Not to mention how many thousands more folks who work in the Health Insurance Industry that will lose their jobs. But it would seem that nothing the government is doing is in the interest of saving jobs.
There has been a lot of talk about the 1 ½ Trillion Dollar deficit the government is running this year. And as bad as that sounds, that is on top of the 11 Trillion Dollar deficit they have racked up and taken off this years books. And that isn't counting the over 7 Trillion the Federal Reserve has quietly handed out over the last 8 months. And that is still not counting the TARP money, which is almost 1 Trillion.
The true deficit of the country is somewhere between 65 and 100 Trillion Dollars.
Goldman Sach's had record profits, after earlier declaring themselves a holding Bank, and soaking some government TARP money. And after admitting that their computer program that can manipulate the Stock Market has been stolen.
It is curious that all of Goldman's competitors were allowed to fail, but the companies that owed them vast amounts of money were given TARP money. And in turn they took that and repaid Goldman.
Have I mentioned that Goldman is set to make Billions off the Cap And Trade farce?
The whole thing is so hideously rigged against the folks.
Then you have Senator Al Franken. His contribution to the Supreme Court Nominee hearings were truly astounding. They discussed episodes of Perry Mason. I am so proud.
CIT is now looking like it's going under. They are the primary lender to small business. ODL just said he wouldn't help them. When CIT goes under, the Small Business Administration will have almost no underwriting. Consequently, small business's, who already have a hard time getting capitol, will go under. Again, less jobs.
I can only say this is all connected. Socialize, and destroy the free market. I can only imagine that a destruction of the economy is the ultimate goal. And I think they are getting darn close to achieving it.
And the ramming through of all this is by design as well. They want to pass their Amnesty bill by years end. To do so they need to get all this through as fast as they can before we find out all the ugly details.
You may not be hearing about that, but ODL recently promised the Mexican Special Interest groups he would get it passed before years end.

Revising History - The New American Way
The Cold War reached a conclusion because of the actions of many nations over many years, and because the people of Russia and Eastern Europe stood up and decided that its end would be peaceful. That is what Our Dear Leader told a group of Russian students.
Anyone who remembers the cold war knows this is not true. The question is, does Our Dear Leader believe this revised history none sense, or was he merely trying to make Putin like him.
For the first hour he met Putin, he did get schooled in the cold war history.
Or was he simply trying to get Putin to agree to help with Iran.
If that was the case, Our Dear Leader has again failed miserably. Russia has announced they will not. Back when ODL started to waffle on European Missile Defense, he sent a letter to the Russians in secret. The Russians made it public, in a statement saying they will not confuse the two issues.
When ODL was in Russia, he agreed to dismantle 1/3 of our Nuclear Weapons, along with 1/3 of the Russian weapons.
Now it has come out the Russian weapons are broken down and rusty useless nukes. While ours are not. In the bigger scheme, the college professor and community organizer that is now ODL, has it in his head that if we get rid of our Nukes, Iran and North Korea will not build their own.
Again, he is like a minnow in a pool of sharks. He has been revising our history since his inauguration to fit whichever audience he is addressing, telling them what he thinks they want to hear. Giving away the keys to our country, and looking like a weakling in the process.
Before the mess after the Iranian elections, he had sent a secret letter to start negotiating with the regime once the election was over. Again, they made it public, using it as proof that the US believes they are the legitimate power. And ODL had painted himself into a corner, and refused to come out in support of the Iranian people who have been jailed and killed daily since the rigged election.
It reminds me of back when Jimmy Carter would go around to third world dictatorships, and verify their elections were fair. It always seemed old Jimmy had been bamboozled every time. Of course, Jimmy wants Hamas to be a world power, and we have been funding them.
If history teaches us anything, I mean the real history, not the new revised version, it tells us that giving in to dictators never turns out well. Giving them money doesn't make them love us. Giving them food doesn't make them love us.
Going around telling them how bad we are only gives them more propaganda to use against us. Truth is, outside of a few Dictators, the rest of the world looked up to the USA, right up to this year. We have always stood for the freedom they all wanted for themselves. Those days are gone.
We have suddenly become a pansy country. Where politicians dictate how battles are fought, bad guys are brought back for trial, and torture is now defined as anything that makes one uncomfortable. Homeland Security seems more concerned with American citizens than foreign terrorists.
Iran and North Korea will continue with their Nuclear programs. Russia will continue to play ODL as a fool. We will continue to reduce our defensive weapons, as the world grows theirs.
And ODL seems bent on continuing to apologize to the world for everything he believes we have done to them, and revising history to lessen what we have done right.
Our government now seems more like the Kremlin in it's heyday. Transparency has transpired into the most secrecy ever. Czar's are running all aspects of the country unchecked, and most of them come from the same radical background as ODL.
And the country is now bankrupt. The only question is how long can it continue to function before the system breaks down.

Taxes Taxes Taxes
The progressives are in charge, and they like to spend money. Not their money mind you. Late Friday, when they knew it would not make much headlines, our good friend Charlie Rangle made a statement.
The House is going to raise income taxes by 540 Billion.
This is in addition to the Bush tax cuts that will expire next year.
This is in addition to all the other tax increases they are tossing about.
If you own a small business, you are in their gun sights.
So, if you have a gross income of $200,000, your income taxes are going up next year right off the bat. If you gross $280,000, or $350,000 as a couple, meat Charlie Rangle. Because he thinks you need to give him even more. And say hello to Nancy Pelosi while you are there.
They have a goal of 39.6% income tax for any of you that have done well.
They say this is to pay for their Nationalized Health Care program. But it won't. History tells us they will piss the money away on non essential stuff, and be coming back demanding more shortly.
Or, the will invent another crises they need to fix, and it will involve your money.
This is separate from the Cap and Trade tax. Which will be imposed on the same small business owners. And separate still from the fines you'll be paying if you do not provide Health Insurance for your employees.
And since unemployment is the highest since the Great Depression, and profits are down, and the states are now charging more for unemployment insurance taxes, and all the bailed out banks are not loaning you any needed capitol, it only make sense to raise your taxes on all fronts.
Plus the 25% Value added tax they want, on everything.
When unemployment hits 50%, I wonder if they will raise taxes again on the half still working.
On the same note, the money grabbers in charge have hit another new low.
They have been going after the UBS, and Swiss banks in general. They know you have been hiding your money there were they can't get it. And they want it. And they want everyone's account numbers, and names.
In a particularly unsettling announcement, our government stated, if you have an account in a known tax haven country, we will assume you are hiding money.
So much for innocent until proven quilty.

The Raping of a Country
It doesn't matter which side of the political isle you stand. Both sides have been swindled. What we have now is a soft revolution taking place. It has been in the works for a very long time, and it is now in complete control of our country.
As I have mentioned, Ron Paul had introduced a Bill to audit the Federal Reserve. A similar Bill was introduced in the Senate, and was shot down in flames last week. The Federal Reserve has hired a top notch Washington Lobbyist to either kill or muddy up the Bill. And this strategy seems to be working.
Federal Reserve deputy chairman Donald Kohn on Thursday defended the U.S. central bank's independence, saying congressional oversight could interfere with monetary policymaking.
The question is how would auditing the Fed's books, interfere with with monetary policy? Under the Constitution, Congress is the only agency that is allowed to issue currency. Now the folks at the Fed say that just looking at what they are doing will send things spiraling out of control? Makes one wonder just what is going on over there.
If the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the investigative arm of Congress, were authorized to audit the Fed, that "could cast a chill on monetary policy deliberations," Kohn told a House of Representatives committee.
"Although Federal Reserve officials regularly explain the rationale for their policy decisions in public venues, the process of vetting ideas and proposals, many of which are never incorporated into policy decisions, could suffer from the threat of public disclosure," Kohn said.
He also defended the Fed's closed-door policy-setting meetings as vital for the financial markets and the public.
Credit rating agencies, Kohn warned, would lower their ratings on the United States if the independence of the central bank seemed threatened, which would make it more costly for the government to borrow at a time when its deficit is soaring amid a recession.
The only reason that looking at their books would create the havoc Kohn describes, if if something really fishy is going on. Like, they have been printing more money then we know about, they have been doing deals with foreign countries and banks we don't know about. Things that if they came to light, would devalue to Dollar and send interest rates skyrocketing,
One must remember, under their charter, the Federal Reserve answers to absolutely nobody. Not congress, not the President.
Which makes it curious why the Federal Reserve and the Treasury always have Goldman Sach's alumni in charge.
At the Treasury we now have Tim Geitner. n May 2007 he worked to reduce the capital required to run a bank, right before the banking crash.
Mr Geitner previously worked for this guy, Robert Edward Rubin, who served as the 70th United States Secretary of the Treasury during both the first and second Clinton administrations. Before his government service, he spent 26 years at Goldman Sachs.
Henery Paulson, former Goldman Sach's, Joshua B. Bolten, Carl Roves replacement, and former Goldman Sach's excecutive. Neel T. Kashkari , Bailout Czar, and former Goldman excecutive, Then there is Dan Jester, a former strategic officer for Goldman who has been involved in most of Treasury’s recent initiatives, especially the government takeover of the mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Then there is Steve Shafran, inventor of the Treasury’s initiative to guarantee money market funds, Kendrick R. Wilson, and the list goes on and on.
It is clear that Goldman Sach's is firmly embedded in both the Treasury and the Federal Reserve.
And what has been going on over at Goldman this past week or so?
Goldman had it's top secret computer alogorythem stolen.
According to them, if any one besides them uses this code, they could manipulate the Stock Market.
And that is one heck of as admission of guilt, since it is pretty evident that manipulating the Stock Market is exactly what Goldman has been doing for years, under the protection of both the Treasury and the Fed.
What else would they be using that program for, if even they admit it manipulates the market. And if they admit it, why doesn't the Fed or the Treasury, or the FDIC or the SEC go after them?
Because Goldman owns them all, including most of congress. A nice little band of thieves they have going. It makes Jessie James look like a mugger of little old ladies by comparison.
Yes, we have been the victims of a quite, secret revelotuin. And no one will be held accountable, because the government is just as deeply involved as Goldman is.
Goldman, with the help of the Fed and the Treasury, has been at the helm of every bubble, and every bust going back to the Great Depression. When the markets crashed last year, somehow they managed to make Hundreds of Million of Dollars, while America lost it's shirt.
But not only do they have free reign, under the Hope and Change of the Obama Administration, they have actually gotten more powerful, and more entreanched in the government.
So powerful, they can admit that not only have they been manipulating the markets, but their covented computer program for doing it has been stolen by a rouge employee.
So why does the Federal Reserve not want congress to audit their books? What would we find? Evidence of the pilfering of the American people? Evidence they have been robbing the country blind since 1913? Evidence they have been working hand in hand with Goldman Sach's in this crime against the people?

Credit rating agencies, Kohn warned, would lower their ratings on the United States if the independence of the central bank seemed threatened, which would make it more costly for the government to borrow at a time when its deficit is soaring amid a recession.
The only reason that looking at their books would create the havoc Kohn describes, if if something really fishy is going on. Like, they have been printing more money then we know about, they have been doing deals with foreign countries and banks we don't know about. Things that if they came to light, would devalue to Dollar and send interest rates skyrocketing,
One must remember, under their charter, the Federal Reserve answers to absolutely nobody. Not congress, not the President.
Which makes it curious why the Federal Reserve and the Treasury always have Goldman Sach's alumni in charge.
At the Treasury we now have Tim Geitner. n May 2007 he worked to reduce the capital required to run a bank, right before the banking crash.
Mr Geitner previously worked for this guy, Robert Edward Rubin, who served as the 70th United States Secretary of the Treasury during both the first and second Clinton administrations. Before his government service, he spent 26 years at Goldman Sachs.
Henery Paulson, former Goldman Sach's, Joshua B. Bolten, Carl Roves replacement, and former Goldman Sach's excecutive. Neel T. Kashkari , Bailout Czar, and former Goldman excecutive, Then there is Dan Jester, a former strategic officer for Goldman who has been involved in most of Treasury’s recent initiatives, especially the government takeover of the mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Then there is Steve Shafran, inventor of the Treasury’s initiative to guarantee money market funds, Kendrick R. Wilson, and the list goes on and on.
It is clear that Goldman Sach's is firmly embedded in both the Treasury and the Federal Reserve.
And what has been going on over at Goldman this past week or so?
Goldman had it's top secret computer alogorythem stolen.
According to them, if any one besides them uses this code, they could manipulate the Stock Market.
And that is one heck of as admission of guilt, since it is pretty evident that manipulating the Stock Market is exactly what Goldman has been doing for years, under the protection of both the Treasury and the Fed.
What else would they be using that program for, if even they admit it manipulates the market. And if they admit it, why doesn't the Fed or the Treasury, or the FDIC or the SEC go after them?
Because Goldman owns them all, including most of congress. A nice little band of thieves they have going. It makes Jessie James look like a mugger of little old ladies by comparison.
Yes, we have been the victims of a quite, secret revelotuin. And no one will be held accountable, because the government is just as deeply involved as Goldman is.
Goldman, with the help of the Fed and the Treasury, has been at the helm of every bubble, and every bust going back to the Great Depression. When the markets crashed last year, somehow they managed to make Hundreds of Million of Dollars, while America lost it's shirt.
But not only do they have free reign, under the Hope and Change of the Obama Administration, they have actually gotten more powerful, and more entreanched in the government.
So powerful, they can admit that not only have they been manipulating the markets, but their covented computer program for doing it has been stolen by a rouge employee.
So why does the Federal Reserve not want congress to audit their books? What would we find? Evidence of the pilfering of the American people? Evidence they have been robbing the country blind since 1913? Evidence they have been working hand in hand with Goldman Sach's in this crime against the people?

How does the new Administration fit into this? It is safe to say that Goldman stands to make Billion of Dollars under the new Cap and Trade Bill, and most likely under the Health Care Bill. General Electric is now firmly in bed with the Administration, and also stands to make Billions off the Cap and Trade Bill.

Recovery,gov 2.0
Smartronix is a global professional solutions provider specializing in NetOps, Cyber Security, Enterprise Software Solutions, Defense & Commercial Products, and Health IT. That's what their web site says. I wonder if they spent 18 Million building it?
They were just awarded a contract by the US government for up to 18 Million dollars through 2014, for design and maintenance of the new Recovery.gov web site.

In the summer of 2008, he was appointed assistant secretary for international economics and was confirmed in that post by the U.S. Senate.[1] On October 6, 2008, Paulson named Kashkari interim head of the new Office of Financial Stability.
Prior to joining the Treasury Department, Kashkari was a Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in San Francisco, where he led Goldman's Information Technology Security Investment Banking practice, advising public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions and financial transactions.
Why is it all the folks that were part of the problem are now in charge of fixing it?
I can't find a connection, but I would not be surprised to find Smartronix is somehow connected to Goldman Sach's.
Goldman Sach's has been behind every bubble and crash since the Great Depression. Along with their good friends over at the Federal reserve. The Federal Reserve and the Treasury are top heavy with former Goldman Sach's employees.
Since they have bilked the country out of all it's real wealth, they now are apparently bilking us out of any future wealth, by sucking up the imaginary money the Federal Reserve is printing.
It is a nice little scam they have going, with the full support of the Federal Government. This really just reinforces my suspicion that saving the economy is the last thing anyone is government is trying to do. Pillaging what is left seems to be the agenda.

The Constitution Part II
I am pretty sure the Department of Homeland Insecurity will one day knock on my door, and lead me off to a government re-education facility. Being the troublemaker and subversive dissident that I am.
But I just can't help myself.

Yes, the Constitution is The Law of the Land. It is what every other law is supposed to be based on. Unfortunately for us, the Federal government has seized so much power since the Civil War, no one can stand up to them anymore.
Speaking of the Civil War, there has been a lot of revised history concerning it. Hey, the winners write the history books. But what has been taught as fact is pure fiction designed to put a nice warm and fuzzy light on the subject.
And I bought into the lies for most of my life right there with everyone else. It wasn't until I read a book on Lincoln, quoting his speeches and papers and ideology that I figured it all out.
Lincoln, according to Lincoln, could not care less about slavery. Actually, he wanted all slaves to be removed from the country, not for any great humanitarian reasons, but because he thought they were a detriment to the population. He did not consider them people, simply property. He was a racist.
He actually funded studies done on forming a country in South America to send them all to. It was to be called Lincolnia. Unfortunately for Mr Lincoln, they could not work out a deal with the countries already there to sell him the land and form his vision. We did manage to get Liberia going though in the 1840's, and that was the model Mr Lincoln had in mind
As a lawyer, Young Mr Lincoln actually represented slave owners, who were trying to recover run away slaves. It just was not an issue for him at all. However, in our brave New World, the facts lose out to social and political correctness. And I am sick and tired of both of those concepts.
Here is what really happened, like it or not. No racism, just the cold hard facts. The truth is rarely nice and polite. Although this is the readers digest version, since it would take a series of books to go through everything.
As a Legislator in IL, young Mr Lincoln had a brilliant idea. The State Government should build a railroad. To finance this project, new taxes were levied on the residents, whether they liked the idea or not. Like many State projects, graft and corruption was rampant, the Railroad was not finished, and it bankrupted the State.
In fact, other States thought Mr Lincoln was onto something, and followed suit. And their States were soon bankrupt, and the Railroads were not completed.
The folks running the projects however, made a fortune at the expense of the public. Some things never change.
Young Mr Lincoln later becomes President. Like any bad government idea, the government sponsored Railroad came back. Only this time, Mr Lincoln decided it should be done on the Federal level. This sweet project would put the railroad across the Northern States. From DC, right up to his old home in IL, and beyond. After all, it worked out great on the State level.
Only how to pay for this monster of a project? All the real money at the time was being made in the Southern States with cotton exports to Europe. So naturally, in the name of public interest, President Lincoln jacked up the export tariffs on cotton. He taxed the heck out of the Southern Economy, to pay for a railroad that would not even come close to any of the Southern States.
Under the Constitution, the way it was written and intended, any State could bail out of the Union. In fact, as early as 1850, Massachusetts had been debating getting out for their own reasons.
Anyway, the Southern States did not like the new heavy tax burden, and after a lot of deliberating and congressional discussion, they decided to use their Constitutional right and break away and form their own Union, known as the Confederacy.
The MO ans KS border wars were a completely different issue, and that started back in 1850. That started out about whether KS would be a slave state or not. And the Federal government, sticking it's pointy head into the matter, actually made things worse, and it turned to a bloody violent mess.
MO eventually sort of sided with the South in the war, but only because the Federal Government forced them to. The folks believed in States rights.
Back to the South. Lincoln didn't want the states to bail, he needed the tax revenue for his railroad after all. But, a deal was made, where the Union would pull all its troops out of Southern territory.
Well, almost all of them. They left troops at Fort Sumter. The Confederacy was told they would be removed. However Mr Lincoln decided to stick his finger in their eye. Instead of pulling out, he resupplied them and added troops. Like a bully picking a fight. And a fight he got.
I know in school, everyone points out the Emancipation Proclamation as Mr Lincoln freeing all the slaves.
Not exactly true.
At that point in the war, the Union was getting a resounding butt kicking from the South. The Union was out of money and losing on all fronts. That is when Mr Lincoln got a brilliant idea.
And if you actually read the document, you'll see just how brilliant it was, and how the Union had absolutely no intention of ending slavery in general.
The document states that all slaves in territory not held by the Union are free. Lincoln's goal was to have the Southern Slave's rise up against the plantation owners. His thought was, all the men are busy fighting, and only women and children were at home running the plantations. If there was a mass slave uprising, the men would be forced to leave the battle and return home to protect their families. And that would give the Union Army a strategic advantage.
It was purely a military strategy. Nothing more.
Slavery was in fact already becoming less viable, and left alone, would most likely have been a thing of the past by 1870.
During the war, Mr Lincoln did all kinds of other things you never hear about in school. He imposed Martial Law on all of the North. He shut down every newspaper that voiced support of the South's right to succeed. He imprisoned over 30,000 Northerners without charges for the same reasons.. He displaced and or murdered thousands of folks in MO.
And, slavery in the North was still legal during the war. Even after the famous Proclamation. Because it only effected territory not in Northern control at the time it was issued. It did not, nor was it meant to cover the country as a whole.
Slavery was a bad thing. Every people since the beginning of time have been enslaved by some other group of people. In fact the word Slave, is derived from the word Slavic. The Vikings were big on capturing the Slavic people and selling them to the Arabs. Hence the word Slave. To this day, there are still countries that impose slavery.
The Civil War started for the same basic reason the Revolutionary war was started. Unjust taxes. And the Federal governments unwillingness to follow it's own rules as described in the Constitution.
However, in school we are taught the whole thing was over slavery.

When Our Dear Leader started comparing himself to Lincoln, I understood. Lincoln was the president who suspended the Constitution and did whatever he wanted.
And no one on television will tell you that. It is not politically or socially correct.
