The Constitution verses the Government Part 1

I was wandering around this mighty cyber world, reading the usual none sense. And I have been struck by the lack of either understanding, or caring, of people when it comes to the Constitution.

The really sad thing is, it was by design.

Back when I was a lad, it was mandatory to take classes in government. The school system had this crazy idea that everyone should have a working knowledge of how the government worked, and what the Constitution meant.

During the 80's and 90's, this simple concept of knowing how the government worked got tossed out. Since the schools are largely government institutions, I can only speculate they were behind this new lack of curriculum.

Diversity and sexual education seem to have replaced knowing what those folks in DC can and cannot do. Instead of learning about the restrictions placed on the Federal Government, you are taught to embrace your inner sexuality at Elementary school. It's great to have either two Mom's or two Dad's.

I have nothing against alternative lifestyles, as it is called these days. I've had a lot of friends that had alternative lifestyles. Sadly, some died of AIDS back in the 90's. And it was not a pleasant way to die. But what folks do is their business. It only becomes my business when you try to force it on everyone. And in these days of diversity, everything is being forced on us.

No, what I have a problem with is the pushing of an agenda at the expense of education.

Getting back to the Constitution, there seems to be a lot of people who think the King is not a natural born citizen. The Kings loyal subjects, however, say it is raciest and stupid to even worry about it.

Only in our Topsy turvy world is racism used as the Trump card on all issues. Under the Constitution, there is equal justice for all. In our real world, Congress has decided crimes are now distinguished by race. White on Black is a hate crime. Black on White, is a misunderstanding. The entire idea of hate crimes is unconstitutional. Every crime is still a crime. It matters not who does it. There is supposed to be equal justice for all.

But I digress.

Article II, section 1, clause 5:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

Seems pretty self explanatory, but many folks seem to not understand. This was put into the Constitution because the Founding Fathers had a real fear of the British taking control of the country back.

And just maybe they have.

When it comes to our new King, many issues have come up.

You have 3 family members who say they were present at his birth, in Kenya.
Well, that would disqualify him.

You have the Certificate of live Birth issued by the State of HI. That document is a little misleading. If you were a US citizen, and had a child overseas, and you moved back to HI before the child's 1st birthday, they would issue that document. It would allow you to get a Social Security number, and later a Drivers License.

It is not, however, a HI Birth Certificate. Two different documents entirely.

The actual Birth Certificate has not seen the light of day. In fact the King and his Court have spent untold amounts of money fighting legal battles to keep this document hidden. They have also sealed all college records, which would have his place of birth recorded.

Our King also stated that he went to Pakistan while in college. However, the US had a travel restriction on Pakistan at the time. Meaning you could not go there on a USA Passport. But, if you were born in Kenya, you would have a British Passport, and would be able to travel there.

But if you had a British Passport, that would mean you were not a Natural born US Citizen. Therefor, ineligble to be a US President.

People say, well, his Mom was a US citizen, so he is too. Not exactly. There are age requirements for citizenship to transfer, and at the time, his Mother was still under age according to the law, when she brought her little bundle of joy back to HI. That is of course, if he was born in Kenya.

The the King's followers argue that McCain wasn't born here anyway, so why should it matter. McCain was born on a US NAVY Base in Panama. Being a NAVY Base, it is considered US soil for all legal purposes. But, since folks don't comprehend the laws anymore, this argument keeps surfacing. And even if McCain won, we would probably be in the same situation right now. He was simply an old White version of the King.

But, when all else fails, the Kings followers scream racism. There is nothing racist about following the Constitution. The Founding Fathers were some pretty sharp folks. Their one flaw was they did not anticipate the amount of corruption and greed that would become the American Government. They put in a clause that was supposed to take care of that, however, the folks in charge like the status quo, so good luck there.

Whether he is a Natural Born Citizen or not, it seems to be a moot point, as we are stuck with him. It would only be one more sham, in a long list of shams, the government has pulled on the American people.

According to the Constitution, our rights were given to us by God. Not the government. And the Federal government has strict guidelines on what it can and can not do. At least it used to work that way.

Owning a car company is not listed as a government power. Nor is most other things they are doing these days. In fact, the simple writing of this article is about to be against the law. Because I might have offended some one with one of my factual statements. You would think it would be covered under the 1st amendment, but those fun folks in DC are busy working on laws to restrict any speech that goes contrary to their way of thinking.

Of course, only a people who know the Constitution would understand the government is completely out of control, hungry with power, and taking our God given rights away.

Oh yeah, they stopped making Government a mandatory class in the 80's. I wonder why?
