SNEAK ATTACK ON THE 2ED AMENDMENT

Since the attacks of 9/11, our rights have been stripped away. Always in the name of the greater good. Since Our Dear Leader took office, it feels like this policy has been kicked into overdrive. I'm going to cover a series of seeming unrelated events, that all connect together and spells bad things for us, the average US citizen. First, let's have a look at the 2ed amendment. Does anyone out there still have a copy? I am under the impression the government shredders have been very busy sucking up every copy in DC.

A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

Seems pretty simple to me, but then I am not in government. This clause was put in for one reason. If the government got out of control, our founding fathers deemed it not just our right, but our responsibility to rise up and put an end to the none sense.

And that all works fine, unless you are the government, you are out of control, and you don't want anyone stopping your power grab.

Several things were floating around right after the changing of the guard. First there was that nutty HR 45 Blair Holt Bill. That seemed doomed to committee forever, and I think there it still sits, dead in the water. Next they got creative, the 2ed amendment does not mention the right to have ammunition. Without ammo, a gun is just a bat.

So the Department of Defense , without warning, one day sent out a letter to all the ammo makers. They would as of that moment, sell their brass casings to China for scrap, instead of the ammo makers for civilian ammo manufacture. That didn't go over so well, and within a couple of weeks, the DOD reversed their policy, and pretended it was all a big misunderstanding.

The you have that automatic weapons ban that they want to bring back. If you read the new version, most of the guns listed are not automatic weapons at all. It should really be called the scary looking gun ban.

Now to be fair, they did just pass a National Park gun law, that would allow you to carry. Unfortunately, it was tacked onto their Credit card Bill, and won't go into effect until next Feb. A lot can happen between now and then.

But here is where they really get creative. And this is what I would call a conspiracy, since it involves more than one person, and several agencies.

DHS put out that crazy report about domestic terrorists. According to their logic, basically if you are against any of our Dear Leaders policies, you just might be a domestic terrorist. If you don't believe me, look it up and read the thing. Oh, they apologized to the veterans, but they did not change the document.

Here is the sneaky part. They have a new Bill that would strip the 2ed amendment rights of a suspected domestic terrorist. Sure sounds like a good idea, until you read their list of what makes a DT. And you find that it covers, well, everyone. The final decision on whether you are a DT or not will fall to Erick Holder, our new Attorney General, and a nut in his own right. Mr Holder is on record stating he would not let the 2ed amendment get in his way, and he believes no citizen should be allowed to own a gun. So I am pretty sure he will fall on the side of taking them away from you.

Now, the only guns they will know about are the ones that you had to register when you bought them.

Here is where my good friend Nancy Pelosi sticks her nose into the mix. She wants to do away with the so called GUN SHOW LOOPHOLE.

I like how any law they don't like becomes a loophole, that needs to be closed.

Under the gun show rules, used guns need not be registered when ownership is transferred, only new ones. And at most gun shows (in the south at least), there is usually a large used gun inventory. No waiting period, no background checks, just cash and carry. In my opinion the way is should be everywhere. But I am probably on their list already.

Under this deal, you would be required to register all firearms you own, no matter how long you have owned them. I think there is a provision for you to keep your flint muskets, as I don't think the pose much threat anymore.

Failure to comply with this registration would result in big fines, some jail time, and losing your 2ed amendment rights.

Once everyone has complied with this new law, Mr Holder and DHS can then start removing eveyone's firearms. Under the new DHS description of a domestic terrorist, if you oppose illegal immigration, poof, there goes your guns. If you oppose abortion, adios pistola. If you oppose the Stimulus Bill and the takeover of private institutions, kiss that 30 30 goodbye.

I do believe this is a joint effort between Congress, DOJ, DHS, and our Dear Leader to make America a gun free zone, in compliance with United Nations directives. Thus making it a conspiracy.

Looks like they want to take away your pocketknife as well.

Of course, if you voted for Our Dear Leader, love his policies, think the government owning everything is wonderful, sell crack and rob stores, you get to keep your weapons, as you are not covered under the new DHS agenda.. Probably get a new government owned house and a Government Motors car to drive too.
